Respected sir,
I, Pinakin D. Jadav, ( CPP card protection Premium + plan membership no .IA9829762), have obtained your return plan related kit on 01/10/2020 against your on mobile call concent before 30/07/2020. At the time of call your sells representative had not told regarding 3 types of plan and they have directly started CPP card protection Premium + plan by deducting 2499 Rs fees from my credit card balance. So I want to close my this plan membership with refund of my fees back.
But, Due to your error hard copy of CPP card protection Premium + plan KIT, I have received on 01/10/2020, , , that is two months delay.
Then I got information from your customer care representative that "yourdocument would be send on mail and then within 14 days of period ( from commencement of policy) in hard copy of policy with KIT. But I got Your policy plan kit 2 month in hard coopy format and I have red policy term and condition, plans and their respective fees structure after 01/10/2020.
Now I want to cancelled my membership with 100% refund of fees, but your customer care representative told that your cancelation period (30 days from date of membership commencement) is over, so we cant refund 100 % fees.
As your fault to make delay in post plan document in hard copy/ material, and due to COVID 19 pandemic situation, I could not able to cancelled membership in your given time.
So Please I request to cancel my membership with 100% reund of CPP card protection Premium + plan that is 2499 RS, otherwise I need to go GRAHAK SURAKSHA CENTER AHEMADBAD and ask to reporters for media CNBC AWAZ channel.
