Regarding insurance

I purchased mobile phone from bajaj market on emi last year in nov 2019. I also offered insurance from cpp india and rs 119 was extra deducting as insurance emi but not i need that insurance claim they said there is no insurance on this product. Wrong product was sold by cpp india....

non receipt of refund of 3199 on cancellation of cpp plan on sbi credit card

I was enrolled in cpp plan amounting to 3199 with membership no iaa082334 but i cancelled the plan on 6 sep and received a mail from cpp end stating the cancellation and refund to be processed within 7 working days. But since then 15 days have passed no such refund has reflected in my account but they are saying they processed the refund on 7 sep itself but not giving me any transaction or refund reference no also sent them my last statement...

I have requested many times to cancel my cpp plan on credit card which the added without my knowledge. I requested on 24th july 2020 but they didn't resolve till now dated 11 sept 2020. They added a plan of 2499 without asking me on my sbi credit card. I told them i don't want the plan but forcefully they retained it many time. Its totally harrassment....

Hi i recently received my new sbi credit card. I got a call from some insurace company which i denied to take. Later in my credit card statement i got to know it was cpp as they charged 1899 for some membership ia9862784 which i never wanted. I emailed the company and got it cancelled.

After few days i again got an email regarding a membership iaa081337 which i have no idea who authorised to charge them on my card.
