CPP Group India Complaints & Reviews

CPP group has made fraudulent calls to me saying they are calling from sbi cards and told me some benifits saying these are offered by 'sbi bank'. Then said your sbi card comes with benefits of emi conversion, whenever you want they will call and confirm. The person never mentioned that he is charging me for a customer protection plan and misleadingly charged me of Rs.2499 for cpp. All this was done without my consent. I only got to know about this 'cpp group' until it came in the 1st statement by sbi.

And now they are saying they can only make 50% of the refund.

I haven't even used this card, no transaction. I was sitting at home from past month since i had covid, and this company is making unnecessary fraudulent charges.

I have not signed a single paper to approve this transaction, then how can you charge me for this. Taking money from my account without my permission.

Please don't make your excuse on saying that after 30 days we refund only 50%.

For any transaction in my account there has to be an information shared on registered mobile no. Nothing was intimidated to me that cpp is charging 2499 in my account, no msg from this company. I didn't knew they have made me a member of this company and no letter received .. nothing.
How can you charge me such payment.

It's been almost 14 days since I had cancelled my membership on 7th November, 2020 and have told you to refund my money and every time I call your customer care.. you people tell more 7 days and still my money is not getting refunded... Please refund my money back.And not even replying to the mail which we send. You guys are doing a fraud with this thing not giving people's money back even after cancellation.

An unauthorised (without consent) deduction on the name of CPP assistance charge of Rs. 1699 on newly issued Kotak Mahindra credit card. No statement/Message was received of the same earlier, just got one day before duction. On talking to customer care executives of CCP, they are saying "You were agreed that is why service is activated and if you want service will be cancelled but refund amount would be half." It is totally misleading and fraudulent, no consent was taken to me for this services of amount Rs. 1699 was taken by me.
Once again requested to take action against them and refund my full amount of Rs. 1699.

I had cancelled my membership for SBI credit card on 26th October 2020. My membership number for the same is IAA353270. I had contacted the customer care and they had told me wait for 7 working days but till today (9th November, 2020), I have not received any refund. They had assured me that refund will be posted to my payment account but no such action has been done yet.

So, refund my amount of Rs. 3199 that has been charged for the membership as quickly has possible.

Below I am attaching the mail that I have received confirming about membership cancellation and refund of the fee. Also I am attaching the screenshot my statement where the charge is shown.

And Yesterday 'CPP LIV ASSIST IN ECOM TB URBAN" insurance is added in my account without my knowledge.

I have tried to cancel my CPP membership (Membership No. IAA325790) by calling CUSTOMER care and by sending mail also but all the time they say same ### with gentle behaviour. Moreover, CPP Card Protection is fooling CUSTOMERs by intentionally speaking very speedily so that CUSTOMER do not understand the real trap.

I have cancelled my Membership No IAA112495 on[protected]. In this regard I have received confirmation of card protection membership cancellation dated 11/09/2020. but till date refund of the same has not been credited to my account. So kindly initiate necessary action to refund the amount as early as possible please.
I have attempted many times through their customer care number and mailed them twice at [protected]@cppindia.com they are not even responding to my mail.

It is to inform to you that the amount is deducted for CPP assistant service charge about Rs 1899/- in terms of renewal process sans any information to me (neither hard copy nor SMS). I got bank statement through email. Kindly stop the renewal process immediately of the my credit card and refund the amount in the same account with this request don't do any implementation without giving information. Further, provide the hard and soft copies to close the CPP assistant service renewal process. It is point out here without my permission /information you cannot deduct any charges from my credit card account.it comes in fraud category.I will do complaint it in cybercrime deptt. if not refund the amount.

I Pousali Samanta by crooked they activated CPP service which cancelled on the sane day.They told me regarding refund tat it will reflect by 7 working days.But after their stipulated time frame yet to recieve refund amount.
I want to know that why you are not crediting my account with refund.

I have cancelled the subscription of card protection services just after realising what i have really subscribed for.

It's been more than 25 days, still my money wasn't refunded by cpp group india. Each time i call them, they say the same thing that the money will be refunded within 7 working days, but it doesn't.

If you take this much time to refund the money then how can i trust you to help us out when the card is lost???
