It's been almost 14 days since I had cancelled my membership on 7th November, 2020 and have told you to refund my money and every time I call your customer care.. you people tell more 7 days and still my money is not getting refunded... Please refund my money back.And not even replying to the mail which we send. You guys are doing a fraud with this thing not giving people's money back even after cancellation.

An unauthorised (without consent) deduction on the name of CPP assistance charge of Rs. 1699 on newly issued Kotak Mahindra credit card. No statement/Message was received of the same earlier, just got one day before duction. On talking to customer care executives of CCP, they are saying "You were agreed that is why service is activated and if you want service will be cancelled but refund amount would be half." Refund of cancelled membership fee of Rs. 3199 not yet received

I had cancelled my membership for SBI credit card on 26th October 2020. My membership number for the same is IAA353270. I had contacted the customer care and they had told me wait for 7 working days but till today (9th November, 2020), I have not received any refund. They had assured me that refund will be posted to my payment account but no such action has been done yet.

So, refund my amount of Rs. 3199 that has been charged...

I want to cancel my CPP LIV

Amout Rs. 3199 deduction on behalf of CPP Assistance charges

An unauthorized (without consent) deduction on the name of CPP assistance charge of Rs. 3199 on newly issued SBI card-IRCTC-Rupay card. As per card statement which was seen after getting payment reminder on 28.10.2020 payment was done on 25.09.2020 (CPP Assistance Services P Ltd) which was deducted on 29.10.2020 on auto debit basis. Cancellation of CPP Card Protection Plan

I have tried to cancel my CPP membership (Membership No. IAA325790) by calling CUSTOMER care and by sending mail also but all the time they say same ### with gentle behaviour. Moreover, CPP Card Protection is fooling CUSTOMERs by intentionally speaking very speedily so that CUSTOMER do not understand the real trap....

CCP executive intentionally speak in very speedy manner so that no one can understand. Hence they start my Membership on Dated 28.10.20
I have contacted their customer care no but not able to reach.

It is to inform to you that the amount is deducted for CPP assistant service charge about Rs 1899/- in terms of renewal process sans any information to me (neither hard copy nor SMS). I got bank statement through email. Kindly stop the renewal process immediately of the my credit card and refund the amount in the same account with this request don't do any implementation without giving information. Further, provide the hard and soft copies...

I Pousali Samanta by crooked they activated CPP service which cancelled on the sane day.They told me regarding refund tat it will reflect by 7 working days.But after their stipulated time frame yet to recieve refund amount.
I want to know that why you are not crediting my account with refund.

cpp group india cancellation of cpp membership and refund of money

I have cancelled the subscription of card protection services just after realising what i have really subscribed for.

It's been more than 25 days, still my money wasn't refunded by cpp group india. Each time i call them, they say the same thing that the money will be refunded within 7 working days, but it doesn't.

If you take this much time to refund the money then how can i trust you to help us out when the...
