    My sister is working with health mission nhm gujrat for 1 years last 3 months she has lots of works with patient & hospital as well when she is on duty his cell phone is shutdown regularly & many times she did not pick up the phone as well she is today fell free to contact me & cpp customer care as well she already told cpp customer care i'm not taking your request and don't give you cpp benefits as well sir i'm very disappointed with cpp his websites already mention due to covid-19 i upgrade the warranty details not panic sir when i call to customer care she ya he told me i'm not able to log in your details, please call me back sir i belong to the middle family my sister getting the first salary she buys me a smartphone oppo f11 pro with cpp india protection as well sir please help me if the covid-19 is not going on definitely log a complaint in times but the delay in covid-19 and customer care denied me to service against my request sir customer care said to me i'm not able to find your details and they don;t help me sir do you know very well covid-19 is dengerours for all my sister is doing better job at this time his priority is safe life of people that's why she is not taking care my cell phone issue his priority is save life of covid-19 people & all diseases patient that's the reason for delay to complain for my mobile sir my sister many times email but they don't take action on my request

      Please cancel this wrongly registered insurance policy of mobile as it is not registered my correct products as i have purchased so cancel this polycy of my monthly deduction with emi.
      If you are not cancelling i will go ahead to customer court to made this payment for wrong registered product name

                      Hai, as per company's request i have taken a card protection plan against my sbi card in a form of emi deduction the plan of 2199 for a year and emi of 382 (Including gst) but after entering me in the cpp amount was totally deducted from my card.                         I have been requesting the company to cancell my member ship for the last three years continously by email and not to deduct the amont of Rs. 2199/-as membership fee. But the company has always deducted the amount from my saving account. Again, I am requesting to the company to cancel My membership and not deduct Rs. 2199/- (which is due on 15.05.2020) from ky account as I am not interested to continue IT.

                            I got letter one day informing me about activation of card protection service (Membership number - ia9152343) for my sbi credit card by cpp group india. It was not my choice at all. It’s kind of auto activation service. They deduct 1699/- rs from my credit card. I want my refund as soon as possible.                             They didn’t refund money .it’s already 17 days passed and they even automatically deducted money for that service from the SBI account on 30/03/2020 . Because that was last date if paying credit card due payment .
                            So now I’m expecting you to order them to return the CPP Sbi 1 yr. plan money into same account .

                              After sending all my documents to the cpp company, my bank account told me why i wanted to know the reason for not getting the money in my bank account. They say all my documents have been sent in late.. But i told the cpp the reason for my delay. Then he told me that when you inform us, you should send it as soon as possible. I sent it on 09/03/2020

                                I purchased the card protection plan on 31/12/2018 for 1 year (Membership no. - ia5915196).

                                I did not apply for any renewal of this plan but the company debited an amount of rs. 1699/- from my sbi credit card on 02/01/2020 towards automatic renewal of the plan, without my consent.

                                The company on its own then cancelled the membership, deducted half the amount and refunded only rs. 849.50 on 24/02/2020.

                                This is a clear case of fraud where they have debited rs. 1699/- without taking my consent (Neither written nor verbal) and instead of refunding the full amount, they refunded only rs. 849.50.

                                When i contacted their customer care[protected] on 16/03/2020, they refused to refund the amount.

                                Please take appropriate action against this company and get me refunded the remaining amount of rs. 849.50

                                  On feb 26, i received first email from cpp. I ignored thinking someone used my email id and maybe a harmless thing. Today i received second email with a pdf of membership and having all the personal details.

                                  I just want to make it clear, i did not order it and i don't want it. I called cpp customer care and they asked me to verify the information. I was forced to tell, anyway they already have everything in their system. The guy said it is activated on behalf of icici and when i told them to cancel it, he said he can't cancel it.

                                  It is clearly seems that icici is selling my information without my consent and the cpp is not ready to cancel my card.

                                  "i don't need this service and neither i asked for it."

                                  Please help to address to close the cpp account. If you need any additionial information, let me know.

                                      I purchased a oppo smartphone model f9 on finance through bajaj finance limited. Bajaj's executives suggest me to purchase a smartphone protection plan worth 1924. Which will cover my smartphone against any physical/liquid damage for 1 year

                                      My smartphones was damaged accidentally while travelling, and firstly i called customer care executive after that your your executive explained whole process of claim, i sent mail a copy of claim documents and i sent hard copy by courier

                                      When i spoke cpp customer care executive, his telling that claim was got rejected why means that i am given one reason (When ridding bike suddenly my bike got skid and mobile fell down and got damage) that and cpp executive your given reason and mobile damage reason not matches.

                                      When i spoke cpp customer care executive, they said it will 80% damage happened, it will consider like total damage and my got total fully 805 above damage service center they given estimated bill they told that mobile not repaired, that totally damaged and cpp they rejected my claim with silly
                                      Reason.

                                      Kindly requesting you my mobile damaged and already over, please i requesting you to do or take immediate action and give me a claim amount as soon as possible.

                                      The first claim registered on Sep 30’19 was rejected as the documents were shared for total damage however phone was in working condition.

                                      We would request you to submit the repair bill for the first claim registered in Sep ’19. We will share the document with insurance partner and will send the 2nd claim registered in Dec ’19 for reconsideration.

                                      your asking repair bill for first claim, ( after claim was rejected) when i given mobile for service, that is local shop, that time they not given any bills for me. they direct ask money. that wise i cant give bill.

                                      please, i given complaint about mobile claim last 6 month back to till the time, please give me claim amount soon, i cant wait anymore time

                                      when i purchase mobile in bajaj finance that time i purchased two mobile at the time i did insurance two mobile also now i am feeling why i did insurance for that
