Hello- I bought fonesafe policy and when claim was submitted and form was filled by agent, company rejected it with reason claim intimation is prior to accident date. As a customer I am not trained filling out claim form and that was the reason it was filled by agent Sachin Kumar with mobile number [protected].
At the end it feels like there is no benefit of buying insurance . Please advice where do I need to escalate this matter to...

I have never choose an option of selecting your plan but still you guys are charging Rs.1699 as Annual charge. When I am complaining them they are saying that they have sent letter. FYI I have not received any such letter and if you have any proof then kindly share.

In response to my complaint in this forum there was call from [protected] from one mr tripathi who claimed to be from cpp and promised to cancel the said membership. But in turn he wanted the credit card number / expiry and most important the cvv number"so that he can credit my credit card". It os strange that they could debit my account without my approval / knowledge and signature but to cancel the unsolicited membership they now need...

This is Mihir Khakhkhar from Pune. I saw an entry for Rs 2199 in my statement for the Card number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for CPP protection. I would like to mention that I HAVE NEVER REGISTERED FOR THIS SERVICE and I am very shocked to see that amount could be debited from my card without my consent/approval. I am very shocked from this treatment, how can somebody just charge any amount from my card WITHOUT MY APPROVAL....
