My name is jaimin bhatt. I saw an entry for rs 1999 in my statement debited for renewal of cpp protection fees. I am very shocked to see that amount could be debited from my card without my consent/approval. I have called up their customer service number and they said that my number is not registered with them. I even asked them for any official proof that they might have for my consent/ approval to register for this service, but they said that they do not have the authority for the same. How can a corporate not take responsibility for their action.
His is the way they intend to run their business by embezzling money from random people and then refusing to refund it, i am going to raise this in the appropriate platforms and forums and make sure their fraud gets noticed by the common public.

Please in the future beware of any phone calls from cpp, claiming to provide insurance, even if you decline, they will still register you for that service, keep checking your statements very carefully for any such entries.

I purchase a mobile phone named vivo v9 by finance within 1month it got damaged ihave insurance of 2499 rs from 1 month I tried so much bt my claim couldn't pass i got tired now I snd all my mobile accessories and doccuments also to the compney. Now plz consider me and pass my claim.

    Hello- I bought fonesafe policy and when claim was submitted and form was filled by agent, company rejected it with reason claim intimation is prior to accident date. As a customer I am not trained filling out claim form and that was the reason it was filled by agent Sachin Kumar with mobile number [protected].
    At the end it feels like there is no benefit of buying insurance . Please advice where do I need to escalate this matter to get this resolved.

        This company cpp india is doing such a fraud of rejecting claim of the genuine customer by giving lame excuses. I have submitted all the relevant doucments by courier to their gurgaon office by spending my own money of more than 800rs to send the requested document.

        Terrible experience of buying a fonesafe classic policy from cpp india. After submitting all the relevant documents as requested for getting claim the team has cancelled the claim. Membership no. 2346358 claim ref no. 4003922

        I have spent the 13897 inr in repairing the mobile thinking that i will get the insurance claim for this as it was a genuine case of screen damage and the insurance policy is giving the cover for it.

              Hello,

              I have never choose an option of selecting your plan but still you guys are charging Rs.1699 as Annual charge. When I am complaining them they are saying that they have sent letter. FYI I have not received any such letter and if you have any proof then kindly share.

              When I have tried to explain scenario to CPP team, their persons are disconnecting the call in between and many times it happens. I was neither rude or using any inappropriate language.

              I think there should be law against such unprofessional companies. They are wrongly charging money and very unprofessional behavior.

              Guys who are reading this, never opt for CPP. They are very rude and unprofessional.

                Hi,

                My name is dinesh verma. I have been charged for an cpp plan for a credit card which was already placed with a cancellation requested. The card is already cancelled now but cpp is still active.

                I would like to mention that i have never registered for this service and i am very shocked to see that amount could be debited from my card without my consent/approval. I have called up their customer service number and they said that they can only provide me 50% of the refund as per the policy. I am very shocked from this treatment, how can somebody just charge any amount from my card without my approval and then refuse to refund it.

                They said that they have sent me a welcome kit and renewal letter, but as per this day, i have not received anything or i would have canceled this at that very instant.

                I even asked them for any official proof that they might have for my consent/ approval to register for this service, but they said that they do not have the authority for the same. How can a corporate not take responsibility for their action.

                This is the way they intend to run their business by embezzling money from random people and then refusing to refund it, i am going to raise this issue here in consumer forum.

                  In spite of my clear instructions number of times to your team for not renewing the plan, the CPP plan has been activated by your team vide membership no. IA4025475. I got frequent calls from CPP and I have given clear instructions not to activate any plan; they have unauthorisedly activated the same.

                  This is a clear fraud and stringent action to be taken against for such frequent customers.

                    In this case Where is the Time crossing of 30 Days?.

                    So they intentionally cheating to SBI Customers in this SBI also one of the Part I think.

                      In response to my complaint in this forum there was call from [protected] from one mr tripathi who claimed to be from cpp and promised to cancel the said membership. But in turn he wanted the credit card number / expiry and most important the cvv number"so that he can credit my credit card". It os strange that they could debit my account without my approval / knowledge and signature but to cancel the unsolicited membership they now need my financial information.

                        While purchasing an ifb washing machine from khosla electronics, behala, kolkata on june 13, 2019, i also purchased one-year extended warranty by paying rs. 1274/-.
                        Meanwhile, i received a text message saying that a welcome kit has been delivered on june 28, 2019.
                        But, the fact is, i have not received anything so far.
                        On contacting khosla electronics, they refused to assist.

                          For the last 3 years cpp india has been billing without providing any service / welcome kit - no paper at all confirming that my cards are under the plan. Now i wish to cancel the membership and not continue any more. I am not able to do so.                             My phone is damaged and i submitted the phone with original bills to cpp office gurgaon. They rejected the claim saying i did not inform them in 24 hours. That time i was outside and don’t know how to claim. So i visited the bajaj office and got information and i waited 6 days to get all the documents they asked for. I submitted the original bills and the phone to their mail address then also it is rejected.

                            Actually they reject the claim. That’s their policy. It’s a fake insurance

                                I am following up with cpp since 09th june 2019 with regards to refund on my deactivated plan for cpp.
                                Details as follows":
                                Membership number: ia1702547

                                Email id: [protected]@gmail.com

                                The conversation started with sumeet sharma on 09th june 2019 where i explained him that the amount has been deducted from my bank account on my deactivated plan. However, he was unable to help and told me to put up an email on cpp email id.
                                I emailed all the details on their email id however, this was not attended and no email revert received inspite of putting so many reminder to them.
                                As on 22nd june 2019 i got connected with ranveer, who was able to tell me that i need to resend the bank statement as email team can't see dates on the attachment send.
                                I resend the attachment in two forms a) pdf b) jpg and today as on 24th june 2019 i got confirmation from ajay (Cso) that they have received an email attachment however, a call will be arranged from backend team. I think backend team works on their whims and fantasies and give call as per their convenience.
                                Adding to it, i have sent my membership copy, registered mobile number, bank statement copy on email. Still i just can't understand why the team is unable to process refund?
                                I want my refund as soon as possible of rs. 1999/- which has been debited by cpp and they seem to be not interested in refunding the amount.
                                Today i was able to speak floor supervisor - dipesh yadav and senior floor supervisor - harish and they were just unable to help and kept on repeating that"call back will be arranged". Out of which senior floor supervisor used amazing trick in keeping the blame over to customer that customer's phone was disconnected on account of network issue and he just kept on saying continuously"am i audible to you" and nothing more.
                                However, from last 8 days i am just waiting for call back.
                                I need your help in getting my money back. This is just not happening.

                                  Executive miss guide me.. He tolled me cpp service in 12 installment but he scehdule this in 3 month installment.. And after this service start he never call me for service assistance. From 30 may they start my service and till know i don't get any hard copy which he tolled that hardcopy will receive in 14 days.. By chance i check mail then i see mail in span box when i see my service activated... It waist 1 month of service till now i didn't not able to register my cards... I tried to call on tall free no but not getting response.. I used my username and password which i get through mail but my account got lock because i don't know the actually what to fill in there fields so i tried many time thats why my account got lock.. I want solution or cancel my service...

                                  No they only help me to add my card details...they don't discuss about froud which happens with me and 1 month lost of service, service is started from 30 may and they assist me on 2 July ...now I can use 11 month of service only...

                                    This is Mihir Khakhkhar from Pune. I saw an entry for Rs 2199 in my statement for the Card number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for CPP protection. I would like to mention that I HAVE NEVER REGISTERED FOR THIS SERVICE and I am very shocked to see that amount could be debited from my card without my consent/approval. I am very shocked from this treatment, how can somebody just charge any amount from my card WITHOUT MY APPROVAL.

                                      I'm a new SBI credit card customer. Without my approval CPP India Credit card protection debitted 1699 rupees from my credit card account. Even I emailed them multiple times regarding the service cancellation and refund but they didn't respond. How can they debit the amount from card without approval? Who is approving them to? Dear people please don't get into this fraud if you get a call from CPP India right away cut the call and don't opt for any of these services.

                                        I am not at all interested in cpp plan as it is totally money wastage and today money deducted by cpp from my credit card which i am attaching at the bottom.
                                        No phone call nd no information. How you can garantee that i will take this this plan or not.
                                        Its your duty to ask first for the plan.

                                        Pls revert back the deducted amount to my card back as i am not àt all interested in this plan.

                                        I am sambhaji Jadhav member of CPP of india. but now i stopped the SBI Credit card and also card is already closed. So I dont have membership of CPP india and i not give you permission for Membership.
