This is bijay kumar mundari having a membership number - ia3153849 in cpp group india for 2018 to 2019. But it is very sad to see that my credit card is debited for rs 1699 for cpp services and that to without my approval. When i tried their costumer care and explained about cancel my membership and asked how they could debit my credit card without approval, they told they have sent an mail to my email but i couldn't find any mail regarding renewal of my membership. Whenever i try their costumer care the call cuts midway automatically not a single time but whenever i try it repeats again. I have even sent mail to their email (Cpp india. [protected]@cpp.co. Uk) repeatedly but no answer from their side till now as i'm writing this complaint letter.in their website they are showing that the membership can be cancelled at any time, but they are not at all doing that. I feel very sad and angry at the same time for their behaviour.
Therefore i want to put a complaint against those cpp group and want my membership cancelled and refund to my credit card.

Yes sir they had contacted me during the working hour... So I could not talk to to them...
Today also I have sent mail to their email about cancelling my membership from cpp services...

I have called their costumer care and inquired, they told my membership has been cancelled on 7th Nov 2019 but amount is still not credited to my card.

And that to no correspondence regarding cancellation of my membership in my mail till now. If they have cancelled my membership why they are not sending the mail regarding cancellation and also refund.

Cpp India enrolled me without any prior notification. When I called the customer care and complaint about it found that they have my details as well not sure how it got leaked. I told the operator to explain why I got enrolled. He was asking me about other details..this is really frustrating.

    My phone is damaged in travling than i claim in insurance that your claim solve in 28 working days. I contact company to many more times that time company said your claim in process our we are verifying your device but today i contact company than he said your claim is rejected after 90days time having company & giving me unsatisfied answer on 31 oct 2019.
    This company is fraud aur he cheets customer. I want to complaint against this company today. Last discussion with harshit kumar sharma he said your claim in under process at 10 oct 2019 time 04:43pm.

      I vivek kumar my policy no is im2238298 and claim no is 4048302. I submitted all the documents by mail or courier also. They are not intimate single time if i call to customers care they told me to send another pic of mobile with imei no again i send it by mail or courier after submitting all the documents. I call lots of time to customer care they told me to wait for updating of claim status. If i call another time they told me due to late submission of documents your claim is rejected. Now i can't understand what is this totally unfair.

        i have purchased an insurance from Bajaj finserv alaong with my smartphone vivo v9 on 19th of july 2018 and as per the insurance policy i have claimed my insurance on 13th of july 2019 as i met with a road accsident on 13th of july 2109 itself around 8 o clock in the morning in which my smartphone was completely damaged by a four wheeler as it passed through my phone when i fell on the road,
        after being admitted as my leg got fractured i sent my brother to bajaj finserv office to register a claim regarding this where the officials of bajaj helped him to registered a complain and given the list of documents which is to be sent through couriers to cpp india within 14 days of incident.
        as per instructed i mailed all the documents and sent the hard copy along with the damaged phone through DTDC courier and the documents had reached to you on 24th of july 2019 that is well before 14 days.

        i confirmed everything regarding my documents and my process of claim got started and after 28 working days i called the cpp officials they said me very fluently that `SIR YOUR CLAIM IS APPROVED AND THE APPROVED AMOUNT IS 14760/- WHICH YOU WILL RECEIVE IN 3-4 WORKING DAYS` now after waiting for enough 7 days i started calling cpp india and they started delaying me since than that wait for some time and on 20th september they finally got an answer that ( sir your amount is being kept on hold as your documents are reverifying and claim is under process)

        my concern is that after being approved what the hell this company is doing since 2 months. they always tell me to wait and misbehaves with me and only tells me that sir you have no option you have to wait.

        so this clearly shows that this company is a total disaster they only manupulates and mentally torcher its customers,

        this is my humble request you to the higher authority that please listen to
        my said complain and immediately transfer my approve amount as i am in no contact with my insurance partner (icici lombard general insurance)

        this is not my concern i am in immediate need of my amount
        this is just creating a badwill in place of goodwill in front of your customers.

          Sorry to say to that this is the worst insurance company i have seen in terms of customer communication and processing the claims. I had an issue with my phone and i have raise the claim immediately after the incident took place and submitted all the required documents and waited for 22 days for the response and called the customer service they say that you need to repair your phone on your own and send the repair bill. I asked him when we approached the outlet from where we purchased the phone he said estimation from nokia care is enough and you need to send the asset along with documents. I did the same. Inspite of waiting for 22days and speaking to them and calling them they are not ready to make the customer understand the issue and they have simply sent back my phone. Instead of saying this as a insurance company we can say in the name of insurance they are betraying the customers

            Purpose of this email to review, understand and discuss following grievances:

            Request to review the claim,
            Complaint about rejecting the claim for bogus reasons and the unacceptable delay and error in processing claim till rejection.
            Misbehavior and misguidance by the CPP India officials.

            This letter is a formal letter of reconsideration of denial of a claim: ID IM1951699 initiated on date: 07/Aug/2019

            I raised the claim request for the damage to the phone ( I phone XS MAX 256GB GOLD : IMEI: [protected] and ASSET MODEL TYPE: MT552HN/A)

            The process I followed:

            I went to the Vendor from where I purchased the Product, they asked me to contact CPP India to register complain and understand the claim Process.
            According to CPP India, They said that sir go to the Apple service centre, it was clearly stated by the official that you have to go to this particular service centre only which was:
            (RELIANCE RETAIL LIMITED RESQ SHOP NO.224, 2nd FLOOR CITY CENTRE ROHINI DELHI-110086).
            CPP INDIA official want to know the cost of repair and they said if the cost is below 70% of your device price. then i have to pay it and after 28 days they will return that.
            which happened in my case it was below 70% then they asked me to pay the initial damage repair charges.
            I did the same as per CPP India official instruct me to do, I paid the Rs. 65, 200 from my side as an initial damage repair charges.
            and till then the claim was raised by the initiation of CPP India.
            and i precisely followed all the instructions that was given to me
            I Couriered all the documents to CPP ASSISTANCE SEVICES GURUGRAM-122002, SECTOR-42. on 19/AUG/2019 (attaching all the documents with this mail below)

            Then after 9 Days I called CPP on 28/AUG/2019 and the Official NITIN said that sir, we have received all the documents on 20/AUG/2019 but there is a requirement of one document and they Named it as (FULL PAID REPLACEMENT BILL).
            Then i said to NITIN why haven't you called me as it has been 8 days. since you have received the docs, he said we are sorry for that and its our fault,
            that we haven't informed you.
            I said that i have provided all the documents as it was mentioned in your E-MAIL. (proofs provided below as screen shots)
            Then he want me to send all the documents on the mail id: [protected]@cppindia.com
            Which i have sent immediately, then after confirming the receiving of e-mail NITIN said sir, i have contacted the back hand team and,
            I have personally seen all documents you have sent, but there is only one problem that the bill you have provided has no full paid stamp on it,
            due to which your insurance partner is not confirming the payment.
            then i asked him briefly about this, and as a conclusion he wanted me to go to the apple service centre, and he said that he will talk to them about this,
            I agreed to this and followed his instructions and told the whole story to the apple service center official, the person on apple centre denied for having any (full paid stamp) and said that the stamp which they have putted on the bill is itself able to confirm the payment and said they always put that particular stamp on every bill.
            Then again I called CPP and i assured that the official NITIN talk's to the apple service centre person and they talked for a long time and after that he said sir, do one thing take a letter in writing with their stamp on it stating that, you have paid this amount to them and in addition send the receipt copy of your card payment Transaction of (65, 200) to RESQ, and the bank statement showing this transaction.
            I again followed his instructions, gathered all the documents and mailed them to [protected]@cppindia.com. on 29/AUG/2019 (attaching all the documents and screen shots of mail sent to cpp with this mail below).
            after a day to this he himself called me and said sir, we have received the e-mail and i have checked the documents, please give us 14-15 more days and he said i will personally look into your case and, i will inform you. I said ok to this.

            I waited for a month which was a decent time to Process a claim. But claim never got processed in that time.
            from 29/AUG/2019 TO 11/OCT/2019 (45 days) there was not a single phone call from cpp neither by the official named NITIN. but i have contacted cpp on regular basis as i remember i have called more than 15 times and, every time every official said sir, your claim is under process please wait for 3-4 working days as soon we get any information regarding we will contact you but this never happened, till today i haven't received any call or E-MAIL.
            It was me calling always every time the officials said sir, we are raising a query, we are doing this and that in your case. but no one did a thing, i always said please send me a E-mail about my process and every one said yes sir we will, but no one said that they haven't received the documents not a single person said once,
            this lame thing to me.
            but when they saw that they have taken more then enough time they by misleading me, they said sir your claim is rejected. and when i asked why they said they haven't received the documents. seriously do i look like a fool to you?
            If there was a shortage so why the officials to whom i have contacted in between hasn't told me a thing. why? answer this, i have all the recordings.

            And many more. all of these calls are on record and even i have the recordings of these how your officials have mentally harassed a costumer and hasn't provided the right information and never told me about not receiving the documents
            and stretched the time duration till denial of the claim, due to a self created thing (NOT RECEIVING THE DOCUMENTS).
            so can yo tell me how it is possible from 19/aug to 11/oct 2019 your team doesn't know about the documents that have they received them or not this is your professionalism,
            what was they doing, every time when i called, and didn't you informed me about this,
            this is how you misleads the costumer by hiding the details, playing with their time.
            and even when my claim was rejected the CPP hasn't informed me i didn't received a single message or E-mail on my registered NUMBER or E-MAIL, it was me calling again and every time ever since the process stared,
            though i called to know the claim status and then also I did not get any clarification on rejection of my claim from the officials,
            they just said we have not received your documents.
            what am i supposed to do now file a
            POLICE COMPLAINT TO CHALLENGE YOU IN COURT...

            This a formal request to review the claim and i will really appreciate if there is an acknowledgement of this email communication.

            As I am taking follow-up on this issue since last 2 months now.

            Issues need to highlight out here are:

            1. The CPP officials are always like this, that sir, your insurance partner is gonna pass this they gonna do this and that.
            why the hell I'll be listening this i have purchased a policy of CPP. I don't care what's the insurance partner is doing and what your are.
            I have paid the money on the brand value of CPP.

            2. On the name of a FULL PAID REPLACEMENT bill you have created so much hype and forced me do certain things, go there we want this thing in writing and ol,
            let me tell you first go and read the list of documents that you sends to a costumer which they will need in the process of claim and,
            there is no such type of words are there as FULL PAID REPLACEMENT BILL. Its written there as "REPAIR BILL" which i have provided. And your officials also confirmed it.
            (attached this with the documents in the mail below) please read the list of required documents very carefully.

            3. your official has chosen the service centre, it wasn't me suggesting to him/her so they has to be aware of the situation that the particular service centre doesn't full fill their needs,
            in your words they don't put particular full paid stamp which you want badly to process a claim, that's again your fault not mine.

            4. if you and your insurance partner wants to confirm the payment authenticity so the process has to be done directly with the service centre there was no need of involving me.
            why don't CPP's so called Officials check by themselves or your insurance partner, there is no need for harassing a consumer and raising random demands
            and let me tell you one more thing that on the bill it is clearly mentioned as "amount received in words"=RS 65, 200 and their GST no. is also mentioned over there.
            (attached this with the documents in the mail below) please see this carefully

            5. Officials who are misleading the costumer are pure disgrace to the company like CPP India, which has a legacy of trust for decades now. Humble request to take a action against this.

            6. process for the claim settlement needs to be changed as, despite the mobile number and email id mentioned on the claim form, I have not received any mail or phone call from CPP India.

            7. I need the acknowledgement for this official complaint.

            8. my invested money of Rs.65, 200. Need to get passed on priority.

            If this is how you reject claim by creating fake issues then what is the use of purchasing the effectively ensured products.

            I am marking to all the higher authorities of both the companies ( IFFCO TOKIO and CPP India): I am humbly requesting you to clear this issue on priorities and,
            I am quite confident on the resolution because I don't think the companies like IFFCO TOKIO and CPP India will be negligent to address this issue.

                I am subash g here, i have been running behind and following up customer care for document and emails for complete documentation to claim the amount for damaged phone. End of the day they have rejected the documents on 10th, oct 2019 with out any intimation or information via any means till now. Very disappointing!! Where as all th documents have reached them on 09th oct, 2019. If required i can even share the audio spoken to customer care person from the day one.                     My name is tarun kumar i have registered the claim on 14th of july 2019. My membership id is im1580382 and my cpp policy no is-4030148. I have sent you all the documents along with damage phone vivo (V9) on 24th of july 2019 although i have faced a sever accsident on 13th of july at around 8 o clock in the morning yet i have completed the claim process with the help of my brother by suggesting him the right way. I have done everything i could but my claim amount of rs 14760 which was approved by you on 29th of august 2019. But now its been almost 2.5 months from the day you received my documents and whenever i call and speak to your respected executives they are providing me with the details that your neft is on hold by insurance partners,
                    Kindly try to resolve my case as i need this money due to my father is seriously ill as i told you on the phone and he is in the hospital here in ranchi so kindly understand the situation i am facing. If you will provide this type of service then why anyone will trust on your policies.

                    Its my humble request to you to kindly process my amount in the bank account asap.

                    why its taking so long and for what reasons its been reverifying .

                        When my smartphone was damaged i contacted cpp india. There executive explained whole process of claiming amount.in which i have to provide given documents.
                        Given documents:
                        1. Claim form
                        2. Statement of incident
                        3. Copy of mobile purchase bill.
                        4. Service engineer report
                        5. Copy of a valid photo
                        6. Cancelled cheque
                        7. Damage phone photograph

                        On provided link where i have upload all the documents & send them through email at cppindia. [protected]@cpp.co. Uk.

                        I sent this complete set of documents through mail on[protected]

                        The hard copy of document was sent by speedpost.
                        At given address:

                        After which i contacted with cpp officals. Where same response given by them that my documents are not yet delivered to them yet & my claim is rejected due to delay in submission of documents

                        I have contacted multiple times regarding this but never received a single revert from there end.

                        I have already shared documents delivery details given by indian post. According to which documents were delivered.

                        As per my last communication 28 working days are also completed but still my claim is under process.

                        It’s already been more than 4 months since i raised request for claim & still no update.

                        I request you to kindly provide me actual status of my claim.

                          My complaint is that he took amc with this company for 3 years for ac. When i contacted the company for servicing (Cooling problem), the company replied for wait for 10-12 days. Again gas filling problem arises in his ac so i have complained to the company, technician visited and they filled the gas in ac. After 3 days of servicing still, the same problem persists (Cooling problem). I want a solution from the company. They will not provide the proper services and also provide the same complain number again.

                          First time I called on your customer care number on 28th of July. Now it's 26th of September still my problem not solved.

                            This is to complain about the cpp, they are a total fraudulent practice based company one the first instance they made a policy of mine from date 23 aug 2018 to 23 aug 2019, policy nu ia 982013. I came to know about this later since i am a civil servant posted in uttrakhand and was very busy to check my credit card statement, i objected to them but they said that we will not renew it next time and that without my consent they will never do such a thing but i was shocked to see again today morning they had renewed it for the next one year, i did not receive any email, postal communication or mobile call regarding this renewal, this is a serious issue and i would want to warn this company that i would escalate this matter to the concerned ombudsman and the pmo grievance cell. This is totally unethical on their part, i even called the call centre and they too offered to refund 1000 as part payment but my point is why would they cut the remaining amount due to no fault from my side. I asked the executive that if they had ordered a pizza last month then would the pizza company send another pizza and deduct bill from their credit card thinking suo motto that the gentleman would want to have pizza. This is totally ridiculous. If a person like me can be taken for a ride then imagine the plight of an ordinary indian citizen at this company hands

                              New sbi credit card was sent during last week of july 2019 through blue dart courier service at my residence and i have refused the same to accept the credit card and returned the same. Sms has been received on 5th aug 2019 @ 5.03 pm from sbi –credit card which reads as :-
                              Dear sbi cardholder, we have been trying to contact you to deliver your sbi card ref ev[protected] but despite our best efforts we have not been able to reach you.
                              Similarly pin envelope also received and also refused & returned the same to the courier
                              .
                              To my surprise i have received an sms from sbi credit card on 30th july 2019 with the following content :- transaction of rs.2, 199.00 made on sbi credit card xx0022 without effecting add 'nl factor of authentication mandated by rbi, at cpp assistance servi p on 30 jul 19. I do not have any sbi credit card or any other card both debit & credit cards of any bank and the sms is an unauthorized transaction.

                              Hence i have no option so writing this request letter for blocking the card protection and cancelling the account henceforth by refunding the entire unauthorized debit on my behalf of the transaction sum of rs2, 199/- as stated above.. Please also delete my registered phone number and email id etc in your system to close this issue once for all. I have no dues to sbi card division as i don’t hold any credit card of sbi.
                              Present occupation:-home maker - voluntarily retired. Hence please do the needful without calling me once again over phone for any sort of confirmation. I am finally repeating that it was an unauthorized transaction. Kindly refund the full amount immediately as the money is due to sbi only.

I am send my phone 70% damage but you can send two peace in my phone i am return pkt in your add again this is not my fault your fault you can return my phone same condition otherwise i am going consumer court aur i am comparing central vigilance commission. Complain your all customer care executives wrong information provide to customers. Shameful your all customer care executive i am sending pictures me sending my phone and you send my phone.                                   To the point i would like to raise a complaint for this.

                                  On 11th sep 2019, i received a call from [protected], women on other side of call, identified her named "safa" from kotak mahindra bank.

                                  Initially she just informed me about offers in kotak 811 app. Later without asking my consent she generated service (1-[protected]) request for something card protection plan, something which is not correct. I have all the call recording of the conversation happened and i didn't agreed for any type of cpp.

                                  I got to know about this scam from my bank registered email id.
                                  Now on my request i want 2 things to be done.

                                  1). Please cancel this service request number that had been generated and refund my deducted money amount rs 2199 back to my account.

                                  2). Provide me necessary details of her so that i can register complaint against her & strict action should be taken against such misconduct of customer care executive named "safa".
                                  I am very disappointed by such behaviour by bank executives.
                                  For further investigation of proof may i please send you the voice audio recording of conversation, let me know.

                                      On june 2018 rs 1788 deducted from my credit card without my consent for renewal of previous plan. Previously also i was forced by so many call s from icici bank for accepting cpp india plans and asked that they will reneiwe 1 year later and only after ur approval i[censored]r satisfied and they will call u before that. I was not in mood to renew that plan beacause i don't need it.
                                      But they deducted money from my account without any approval or any call to me. When i called icici bank regarding same, they taken my complain and assured me to take action on my complain and refund my money. After that i also received a call from cpp india regarding same and asked to refund the money. They asked me to refund the same. After a month i received a meassgae that they will not refund the money.
                                      Cpp india is totally a fraud in collaboration with icici bank.
                                      I urge govt of india to take action against this fraud company and also to charge fine to icici bank for helping this fraud company.

                                      These two - cpp india andd icici bank are snatcthing indian money without their approval.

                                        I have been using the CPP account since the day they pre-enrolled to my SBI credit card. I have called the customer care and raised the cancel on expiry earlier and last week they are renewed my account and deducted Rs 1699 from my account without any intimations. I have called the customer care. After multiple tries got connected to the an executive he raised the cancel on expiry again. And there is no immediate cancel, no refund. I’m bloody sure they are going to repeat this next year also. I never ever got an intimation for the cancel request I made.
