I have sent e-mails repeatedly regarding the cancellation of the card protection plan, but no action was taken. I have stopped my credit card and it is no longer active. Since the card is not active and there was no prior intimation of the transaction that was going to happen transaction of 2199 failed.
For your ref my id was ia1576126. This very annoying to keep sending e-mail very 2 months and see no action has been taken.
I see you have mentioned in earlier thread that you called but were unable to reach and asked me to call on helpline number. It's very difficult to get to the operator to talk. The automated message loops and asks credit card number. As i described earlier the card is no long active and i have destroyed it. You may call back again. I have not seen any comment after this on the earlier complaint so submitting this afresh.

At 26 March 2019, I have recevied CPP Card Protection and Rs 1699 SBI credit Card but i am not aware for this unauthorized payment. Please reverse my 1699 SBI Credit Card Account.

    It's very difficult to get to the operator to talk. It asks credit card number. As I described earlier it is no long active and I have destroyed it. You may call back again.

      Cpp team, i have called you on the toll free number 4 times, emailed you multiple times still you have not responded. So read my story here in short.

      I have enrolled for the membership in jan 2016 and cancelled it on feb 2017, but still on[protected] my rbl account got debited 1499/- with the narration "cpp charges - classic new rs 1499". I called rbl bank they said talk to cpp, so i talked to you, you said your membership is inactive talk to bank.
      I don't know what is hell is going on!! So the bottom line is give back my money asap without any argument.

[protected], आपसे विनती करना चाहता हूं की मेरे sbi कार्ड के साथ दिनांक 1 मार्च 2019 को एक फ्रॉड हुआ था, जिसके खिलाफ मैंने आपके cpp कॉल सेण्टर में 1 मार्च 2019 को 5.45pm पर शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी और नजदीकी थाने में सूचना दी थी, आप के कस्टमर केयर अधिकारी मिस्टर रजत ने मेरी कंप्लेंट दर्ज करके आस्वाशन दिया कि आपको cpp की तरफ से 2 वर्किंग डेज के अंदर वेरिफिकेटिन कॉल आएगा |
        3 मार्च 2019 को आप के कस्टमर केयर सेण्टर से कॉल आया और वेरिफिकेशन कम्प्लीट की गई |
        तत्पश्चात 3 मार्च 2019 को 8.20pm पर, मेने cpp के कस्टमर केयर में फिर से कॉल किया, मेरी बात मिस्टर आदित्य पांडे से हुई, उन्होंने वेरिफिकेशन किया और विश्वास दिलाया कि अगले 48 घंटों में आपकी मेल आईडी पर क्लेम और सप्रोग्रेशन बांड फार्म आपको प्राप्त हो जाएंगे, तबतक आप बाकी के दस्तावेज तैयार करवा ले| 48 घंटे बीत गए लेकिन मुझे आप की तरफ से कोई ईमेल प्राप्त नहीं हुआ|
        फिर 06.03.2019 को 02.40pm पर मेरी बात आप के कस्टमर केयर अधिकारी मिस्टर आशीष से हुई, उन्होंने भी फिर से मुझे 48 घंटे का टाइम दिया और साथ ही आस्वाशन दिया कि आपको एस सून एस पॉसिबल (जल्दी से जल्दी) बांड फॉर्म और क्लेम फॉर्म रिसीव हो जाएंगे| मेरे बात पूरी नहीं हुई और किसी कारण से कॉल काट गया|
        अपनी बात पूरी करने के लिए 06.03.2019 को सायंकाल मेने फिर से कॉल किया, मेरी बात मिस्टर जावेद खान से बात हुई, उन्होंने सलाह दी कि हो सकता है आपकी मेल आईडी पर कोई टेक्निकल इश्यू हो, अतः आप अपनी कोई दूसरी मेल आईडी रजिस्टर करवा दे, तो मैंने अपने पहले की मेल आईडी [protected]@gmail.com को [protected]@rediffmail.com से चेंज करवा दिया| और मेने cpp की website पर ऑनलाइन जाने के लिए मेरी id, password की मांग की जोकि मेरी नई मेल आईडी पर तुरंत प्राप्त हो गई, मिस्टर जावेद खान ने आस्वाशन दिया की मेरे द्वारा बांड फॉर्म और क्लेम फॉर्म पुनः भेजे गए है अब 2 वर्किंग डेज के अंदर 100% आप की मेल पर बांड फॉर्म और क्लेम फॉर्म आप को रिसीव हो जाएंगे आप निश्चिंत रहे| लेकिन 48 घंटे फिर से बीत गए और मुझे cpp की तरफ से कोई ईमेल प्राप्त नहीं हुआ|
        स्टेट्स चैक करने के लिए मेरे द्वारा 07.03.2019 को फिर कॉल किया गया, इस बार मेरी बात मिस्टर जीतेन्द्र से हुई, इन्होने आस्वाशन दिया की मेल भेजा गया है 08.03.2019 तक आपको मेल प्राप्त हो जायेगा| लेकिन 48 घंटे फिर से बीत गए और मुझे कोई ईमेल प्राप्त नहीं हुआ|
        मैंने 09.03.2019, 9.30am पर फिर से कॉल किया, मेरी बात मिस्टर कमल से हुई इन्होने आस्वस्त किया की 08.03.2019 को 7.44pm पर cpp की तरफ से मेल भेजा गया है आप अपनी मेल के सारे फोल्डर चैक करे, बांड फॉर्म और क्लेम फॉर्म आप को रिसीव हो गए होंगे और अगर नहीं हुए है तो कल तक प्राप्त हो जाएंगे| मैं इन्तजार करता रहा लेकिन मेरे मेल के किसी भी फोल्डर में ऐसा कोई मेल प्राप्त नहीं हुआ|
        तत्पश्चात 10.03.2019 को 11am पर मैंने फिर cpp में कॉल किया, मेरी बात मिस्टर मो. जुनेद से हुई, इस बार मैंने एक कॉपी भारतीय डाक या व्हाट्सप आदि अन्य किसी माध्यम से भेजने की प्रार्थना की| इनके द्वारा फिर वही प्रोसैस दोहराया गया, की मेरे द्वारा पुनः भेज दिए गए है, अब 2 वर्किंग डेज के अंदर, (12 तारीख मंगलवार तक), बांड फॉर्म और क्लेम फॉर्म आप को रिसीव हो जायेगे| और एक कॉपी भारतीय डाक से भेजने की रिकवेस्ट भी डाल दी गई है, मैंने 10 दिन का समय निकलने के बारे में चिंता व्यक्त की तो आप के ग्राहक सेवा अधिकारी मिस्टर, मो. जुनेद ने बताया की, आपको आज दिनांक 10.03.2019 को रिक्वेस्ट डालने के बाद, 28 दिन के अंदर क्लेम दस्तावेज सब्मिट करने होंगे| आप लगातार cpp से संपर्क बनाये हुए है अतः आप निश्चिंत रहे, cpp से हर संभव सहायता की जाएगी |
        श्रीमान जी, मैं अत्याधिक परेशान हूँ, मेरे लिए रु.60907.00 बहुत बड़ी रकम है, कृपया मेरी सहायता करें|

            I bought a phone (Samsung a7) from bajaj finserv on 24 feb 2019. And the sell me a mobile insurance without informing me whose value is rupees 2574 and the name of insurance company is digital fonesafe policy.               I would like to mention that I HAVE NEVER Re-REGISTERED FOR THIS SERVICE and the same concern has been already informed to Customer car that I am not interest to continue the CPP services.

              Today 07/03/2019 - I am very shocked to see that amount could be debited from my card without my consent/approval. I have called up their Customer Service number and they said that they can only provide me 50% of the refund as per the policy. I am very shocked from this treatment, how can somebody just charge any amount from my card WITHOUT MY APPROVAL and then refuse to refund it.

              I received a call from them last month where they told me about the Card protection services and I directly refused for this service, but still they enrolled me anyway and debited my card with the charges.

              They said that they have sent me a welcome kit and renewal letter, but as per this day, I have not received anything or I would have canceled this at that very instant.

              I even asked them for any official proof that they might have for my consent/ approval to register for this service, but they said that they do not have the authority for the same. How can a corporate not take responsibility for their action.

              This is the way they intend to run their business by embezzling money from random people and then refusing to refund it, I am going to raise this in the appropriate platforms and forums and make sure their FRAUD gets noticed by the common public.

              Please in the future beware of any Phone calls from CPP, claiming to provide Insurance, even if you decline, they will still register you for that service, keep checking your statements very carefully for any such entries

                A few months back during finance, i bought 2 years extended warranty for my washing machine from cpp asset care. Since then they are unable to deliver my welcome kit. After raising many complaints, they only said this "we have forward your complaint to concern department & you will get your documents within 10 days". But it is almost 2 months now, i didn't receive anything.
                Every time they courier my document via professional courier and without even attempting to deliver they just sent back to origin don't know why.

                And today, i received a call from an anonymous gentle lady stating, she has received my documents on her mail. How can an insurance company send my personal belonging to someone else without my concern? This is a privacy flaw.

                Hoping any solution from this forum for my concerns.

                  This cpp company is a scam and fraud. They keep calling me from multiple numbers to sell me their insurance scheme which actually is useless. When you need their help the steps taken to save your cc isn't any different from what they offer. They just want 1600 rupees for free and sbi gets a nice commission for sharing your details with them. Sbi and cpp have this scam partnership to fool their credit card customers. I will be cancelling my sbi account and use another bank which won't cheat their customers.in india even a government bank will scam you now. This is modi's india it seems. Scam and fraud.

                  Look at the number of scam calls i have gotten every day since getting the card 2 weeks ago.

                    I am in receipt of the sms from your system im-ccpast regarding the dispatch of the renewal pack with tracking reference xfas via awb no. F949963 on 10/12/2018. The said document not yet received.

Today i again called on the same number, but your service executive does not had any idea about the dispatch of the renewal pack and never made commitment when it is expected to deliver me.

                    I am totally disappointing to the services from cpp, if the renual pack not received from cpp, you shall cancel the membership card and refund my subscription payment you had deducted from card ending with number 8910.

                    For the reference my cpp membership number is - ia3522404

                    Again it is request to cpp to get confirmation from me for the renewal of the membership. This year cpp had not confirmed my consent for the renewal of membership as agreed while getting the new membership that the membership will be renewed only after my consent before 45 days of expiry of membership. You shall consider this email as a request to not continuing the membership after the expiry of the current membership. You shall confirm this request, if not got communication within the month, it will deemed to me confirmed from your side.

I would like to mention that i never registered for this service and amount got debited from my card without my consent. I called customer care they ask cpp number and i never received any cpp number.. I also provided proof of account statement where i have been charged for cpp plan where as in reality i never got any cpp number. Their customer. Care executive are so dumb that they don't understand if i have not availed cpp services then how can i have cpp number i wasted 3 hours speaking with but they don't or they want to understand. They just want to loot the money. Cpp is biggest fraud.

                                    I have a axis bank credit card which i applied for 2 years back. Soon after applying for the card, i got a call asking if i wanted to opt for cpp and i enrolled for the same. The next year, i cancelled the cpp registration as i was not using my credit card much. I got confirmation that the plan was cancelled. Today (14th jan 2019), i got a message saying rs 1649 was spent on ecpp. I have cancelled the protection plan last year itself and so, i request a refund of the same and cancel the plan if they have re-enrolled me.

                                        I had cancelled my membership in 2017 after the first incident of them debiting money from my account without my consent. I received the refund then after several weeks. On 9th january 2019, they deducted money (2049 inr) without my consent, even though i am not a member anymore. After which i called their customer service, who repeatedly asked for my membership number and told me they cannot help me as i am not a member.

                                        I have never seen such unprofessional behaviour from a company. I fail to understand how they can deduct money from my account even after i cancelled my membership with them.
