My name is jignesh fro vadodara gujarat.
My membership id is:- im2393181
Cpp team has rejected my claim saying i have mentioned date before incident.

The guy from local shop filled out all the details for me.
I met with an accident on 13/feb/2019 and my phone was also damaged.
I have submitted all the supporting documents to local branch.

It has already been 4 months now.
If you can not provide me proper resolution kindly cancel my fone safe insurance policy, membership id is:- im2393181 immediately.

    I have no SBI Credit card, but CPP is functioning in my name. So stop the CPP plan immediately. My name is Bijaya kuanr and Membership no.is IA5888353. With out any Credit card how is the CPP plan is possible . I have complained before to stop the plan but till now my money is deducted day by day.so please stop this type of business by cheating the common people.

      On 29/04/19 my membership get activated and on 30/04/19 sum of 2199 is debited from my credit card. On same day i complaint for cancellation on this forum. On 1/05/19 customer care called me and i finally tell them to cancel it and refum my sum. My phone no. Is [protected] and membership id is ia6846381. They cancelled it. But i do not get any confirmation message about cancellation and refund of rs 2199 rs. Till now. Kindly give me a confirmation msg and refund my money as soon.

      The Card protection plan has been renewed on[protected]. But I did not receive plan documents still date. I have reminded many times. But the response was not satisfying and negative. They are playing with customers.

        cancellation of cpp service

        Please deactivate the membership plan of cpp. I have not received any welcome kit as promised without my awareness. I do not have any membership number but they deducted the amount of rs. 2199/- my contact no. Is [protected]. I want to deactivate/cancel this membership plan and return of my money back. I want immediately my membership should be cancelled and rs 2199 refunded to me.

        Hi, how did you contact them... My money has been debited twice 7th nov 2019 Rs.2199/- and Rs.2199/- 8th nov 2019.

        I dont have any membership ID and I called customer service many times where they only ask about membership ID which I didn't receive.

        I even emailed them my bank statement for proof.

        I didn't get any response.

          I have applied for mobile insurance and your team sent me link to submit documents online still link is not working properly and when for claim form they said they ll send through email but till now i never received claim form in email.. They are not responsible. They simple say next 24 hours every time we call them.. Wasting our time

            Sir i have cpp plan my sbi credit card. But last month i call cpp customer care and request to deactivate a my membership. But they are not take action. Then i call to sbi customer care and i ruquest cancel the cpp membership. But today 29.04.2019 cpp customer care officers call to my number. They told can"t deactivate the cpp membership. Becuase february 2019 renewal your premium automatically. When you finish your validity of premium then only we take deactivate request.

            cpp- debited amount from my decit card without my concern. They renew
            premium without my permission. i ask why you renew premium without my permission. But they told we send a email address ans send letter then only we renew your premium. But i haven"t received any letter and email to my mail id. and no phone calls from cpp groups. I want to take a action about this complaint, and also refund my amount. I got more stress from this incident. cpp customer care officers also not behave decenly. need neceswsarty action please. Other wise i register a case in consumer protection court. and i need compensation for this error.

              I am not interested in cpp protection. Hence i request you to cancel the cpp membership from the card and arrange to refund the amount rs.2199/- on immediate basis and confirm. A line in reply is highly epected

                Dear sir/madam,

                My mobile claim is rejected due to the late intimation.

                Please find the all scan copies of delay time justification as per written below.

                1.- I was under treatment in hospital from[protected] to[protected]. (As per attached Medical documents scan copies attached). During discharge time I was on wheel chair not able to walk.

                2.- I was transported from Mumbai to New Delhi by train from[protected] to[protected], reached later evening at home on the date of[protected] by wheel chair with the help of my attended.( Train ticket screen shot copy attached, PNR no.- [protected]).

                3.- 2-3 Days spend to find out the best physiotherapist in our local area. By my attended.due to knee joint facture surgery I was on bed during this time period.

                4.- Doing physiotherapy exercise from[protected] to[protected] as per attached two different physiotherapist Bill's scan copies of bill-1 & bill-2 at home.

                Moreover, During this time period I am not able to walk due to knee joint fracture which is already mentioned in medical documents.

                Respected sir, these all documents shown my physical condition.

                I extremely request to you please clear my mobile claim. I am already in too much troubles.

                I given all justification to cpp india insurance company regarding delay intimation, but still they do not listen to me and my situation and rejected my claim.

                I given all days justification to cpp, such as, due to my accident, after discharge from hospital, i was not able to walk, i was on bed and wheel chair. Any one person from cpp talk to me how i was submit the documents, during my physical treatment.( because, due to 2 nos. of surgery i was on complete bed rest).

                I explain everything to CPP, but they still rejected my claim.

                Its my mistake I trust on these types of insurance companies. I am regular customer of cpp. Every time i take the digital phone safe insurance policy with my every new smart phone. first time in history my mobile was broken due to accident. I also attached the photos of my x-ray, after both surgeries, please check.

                At the end, Now I understand about cpp, cpp insurance company just given fake commitments to all customers.

                I think there is no value of my complaint, from next time i will not take any insurance policy from cpp india.

                On the another hand, i am regular customer of digital phone safe policy, but now i relies this is a fake policy, because in 2 years i applied first time for my claim but they rejected without any reason.

                cpp just wasting time .

                My query is not solved, as per my conversation with cpp executive, i again given all justification and also sent a mail a per according to cpp executive, but after that their is no any response from cpp side.
                So i decide nobody listen my voice, their is no justis.
                Even i take the new policy from another company, as well i black listed this insurance company, and I am also inspiring to my near and dear, " do not take insurance policy from cpp India".

                    Cpp is deducting amount rs. 1699 from my credit card and auto renewing its membership from continous 4 years. A month ago i called them and told them to cancel my membership (#ia1584622). They told me you will not be charged for upcoming year.
                    But now when i got sbi credit card statement of this month, they again renewed it without my permission. I called them but their executives didn't helped me and then i mailed also a week ago, but they are not replying.

                    I request them to cancel my membership immediately and refund my full deducted amount. I dont need their membership. Please refund it immediately as my payment date is approaching. I dont have enough money to pay to sbi credit card.

                    Very bad customer service. Very bad follow up. Through my card. I lost 32999rs and I approached cpp to claim that amount. And I give all the documents. They never called me back. Yesterday they called me back &told me that they didn't get some documents that I already given.
                    I am going to give a complaint to consumers court.

                      My card protection membership number is ia6689551 which is activated on 10th apr, 2019. This was happened without my knowledge and with misleading. On 11th apr, 2019 they deducted 1699 from my account. I called cpp customer care to deactivate immediately. After that he deactivate that. Please return my whole 1699 as refund to my credit card account with card number ××××××××××××1566 as soon as possible.

                        I am the SBI Prime Card holder and my Card Protection Policy is complimentary also. on 24/03/2019 fradulent transaction will happen in my account without my knowledge and card is kept with me only. The transaction amount of 53 EURO's in FLIXBUS, BERLIN, DE. As per the Credit Card protection policy my card having claim also. But till today I am not getting and claim forms as well as i sent a emails also. But no response. Please do needful.

CPP India team is a cheating one and they intentionally rejected the claim without giving any information till today. for that also i make call to CPP team today then only they told me that your claim is rejected by phone due to not received the Hard copies with in 30 Days.
                        I received a Claim form from CPP on[protected]
                        I submitted the Soft Copies to CPP team on[protected] &
                        I send the Hard Copies to CPP team on[protected] &
                        CPP team received the hard Copies on[protected] through DTDC Courier.
                        In this case Where is the Time crossing of 30 Days?.
                        I have submitted the Soft Copies to ICICI Lombard office, Hyderabad also.
                        So they intentionally cheating to SBI Customers in this SBI also one of the Part I think.

                          I have been charged rs. 1649 without my consent for a card protection program on my credit card. The company has not taken any consent for the renewal of the subscription. I have not authorised the company for renewal of subscription through any mode of communication including mobile, email or physical letter.

                          Company claims that they had sent a letter to my address. But, i have not received any letter of such kind, as it was sent at my previous address.

                          According to the company, if the consumer do not respond to the letter, it is assumed that the consumer is subscribing for the services.

                          According to me, there are following issues:

                          1. Company should change their policy of re-subscribing without consent of consumers.
                          2. They to make full refund of the money as it was not authorised by me.

                            This is tejendra dikhat from dharur. I saw an entry for rs 2049 in my statement for the card number xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx for cpp protection. I would like to mention that i have never registered for this service and i am very shocked to see that amount could be debited from my card without my consent/approval. I have called up their customer service number and they said that they can only provide me 50% of the refund as per the policy. I am very shocked from this treatment, how can somebody just charge any amount from my card without my approval and then refuse to refund it.

                            I received a call from them last year where they told me about the card protection services and i directly refused for this service, but still they enrolled me anyway and debited my card with the charges. They said that they have sent me a welcome kit and renewal letter, but as per this day, i have not received anything or i would have canceled this at that very instant.

                            I even asked them for any official proof that they might have for my consent/ approval to register for this service, but they said that they do not have the authority for the same. How can a corporate not take responsibility for their action.

                            This is the way they intend to run their business by embezzling money from random people and then refusing to refund it, i am going to raise this in the appropriate platforms and forums and make sure their fraud gets noticed by the common public.

                            Please in the future beware of any phone calls from cpp, claiming to provide insurance, even if you decline, they will still register you for that service, keep checking your statements very carefully for any such entries.

                              My name is tejendra dikhat. I am an sbi bank credit card holder. Over the last one month, the representatives of the bank called me on my cell to convince me to enrol in cpp india's card protection program for a annual fee of rs.2049. I refused to become a member. Subsequently, i got 3 more similar calls to persuade me. I flatly refused to join. On 01/01/2019, i received an sms from the bank that my card had been debited rs.2049 for joining the program!!! My cpp member ship number is ia5932058. Cancel my membership. How to debit ed amount from my card??

                              This is blatant cheating. A fraud. How can a reputed bank of this calibre debit my card without my consent???

                              Do not debit any membership amount next year from my credit card without any my permission... I did not want your any membership.

                                Said company send me a email " your card protection membership number is IA6616079 and your username *******and your password ****** ." Company started service without my permission . Make fraud and when i asked for their location the company's representative refused to give any information.as they are charging phenomenal amount and I have never asked for any kind of service.my financial security is at risk.

                                    I visited SBI, branch Alpha Commercial Belt, Greater Noida for issuance of FD for Rs.50, 000/- in my account. When I applied for FD then 2-3 guys came to me and asked for making a SBI credit card with zero processing fee. I agreed and applied for credit card. After 15-20 days I have received SBI credit card through courier agency. This card was issued against my FD and also link with my saving account for auto debit. Same day I have received a call from customer care for confirmation of receipt of card and told a courier will be received for credit card PIN. Another courier not came, although bill issued for Rs.2, 237.82 for annual fee and card protection plan Rs.499/- and Rs.Rs.1649/- respectively. I refused to make payment for that amount and requested for block that card. But on due date bank deducted all due amount from my account on 27th Jan 19. I called to customer care to refund that amount and again requested to block that credit card. On 30th Jan I have received a call from a lady and she assures that she is calling from SBI Bank credit card department and she will refund my money in my account. During that call she made some transaction and asks to share OTP received on my mobile. (At that time I was not very friendly with online transactions and not aware about OTP verification). She made four transactions for Rs.8500, 9998, 1500 and 1500 (Total Rs.21, 498/-) on my credit card with the help of OTP. All payments made on Paytm as showing in statement. After that card blocked by SBI bank and without my permission a new card had been issued. After some time SBI Bank made pressure me to make the payment. On the due date of the payment Bank deducted that amount form my bank account but due to insufficient fund auto debit got bounced. I filled FIR for these transactions on 22.02.2019 at Thana Kasna, G B Nagar
