    I have enrolled for the cpp card protection plan last year. This year I chose to upgrade my debit to coral which has provided me with free one year cpp plan. I’ve got the renewal kit from cpp and chose to ignore it since I have to one year free plan. But cpp has debited amount from my account on 5th July which clearly states for renwal. I understood there was a misunderstanding with the two plans so I called up the customer care service and clearly explained. I mentioned that an amount of 2049 rs. has been deducted from my account for renewal. They checked their systems twice and they replied that cpp has not debited any money and they are asking me to approach my bank for the problem. They are supposed to protect us from these kind of frauds but whereas they are the ones that loot us from our account. The TRANSACTION HAS BEEN MADE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and neither did I receive any message of the debited amount from my bank. I have uploaded my bank statement which clearly states cpp has debited for renewal on 5th July 2018 of rs. 2049/-.

      then i call customer service but they will ans to me ur claim is under process no any call or msg or mailfrom our side to more about my claims...i call every time they ans same ..i will send original estimate letter 3 time to haryana office but they told me i cant receive ur estimate letters... how's that possible..then i send 18 th of may once again this document then 5 days letter his reply to me ur estimate letter is copy ... because the estimate letter some parts inf in written..then i mail cpp india and cc to oppo service center thane...its all process and finally our ans is my claim is rejected...why ans me why ...i received estimate letter exact time and send it ..how can possible my claims was rejected my documents was not fake its real and all information should be correct...ans me immediately.i will complaint consumer courts.

        Mrs. Premlata paliwal w/o roopchandra paliwal is holding sbi account no. [protected], and in the same account she is holding a credit card, that the credit card and the sbi account have registered mob no. Of the mr. Roopchandra paliwal (Husband) i. E. [protected].

        As we know, that any transaction, updation in account or in credit card requires consent (Orally / written) from mrs. Prem lata paliwal as she is owner of the account and credit card.

        One day mr. Roopchandra paliwal received call from cpp (Card protection plan) to sell card protection plan to mrs. Prem lata paliwal for her credit card. He (Roopram paliwal) refused the same.

        On the date 7th fab 2018, 12th march and the 7th april 2018 amount 289.41, 59, 288.86 and 878.30 respectively deducted from the credit card account by fraud, mischievous, without taking consent and in absence of knowledge of the credit card holder (Mrs. Premlata paliwal).

        Even, cpp sells team do not have single words with actual owner of the credit card holder, without the consent and awareness of the credit card and account holder that amount has been deducted.

            I have claimed for broken screen of mobile
            Before 3 month but still it is under process. Still i didn't got the claim amount.
            Customer care always respond it is under process by insurance company. U hav promise me that the claim amount will tranfer within 28 day but its 70 days completed. No result seen. Very bad service. I never suggest to any one to insure the mobile by cpp group.

                  Dear team,

                  Since the time i first filed a complaint till date the experience with cpp customer service is pathetic.

                  1) noone is knowledgeble
                  2) cant understand english
                  3) abruptly disconnects the call
                  4) each executive gives different details
                  5) i can say it is worst

                  Claim id : im0925718
                  They say that the claim will be processed in 28 working days and it has been more than 2 months, when i call each time they only say please wait for few more days, that is the only answer i get.

                  How can such irresponsible customer service exist?
                  How can you be so untimely to release claim amount
                  Dint i pay for insurance?
                  What is the point of such baseless answers

                  In the next one week i want the claim amount to be credited.

                    This is aamir hassan from ranchi, jharkhand. I have a moto z2 play phone whose screen has been broken few days ago. As my phone is ensured with fonesafe, i called at the toll free no. And they told me to submit the respective documents by email and also send copies of that by courier. These are the documents they told me to submit:
                    1) claim form
                    2) statement of incident
                    3) original mobile bill
                    4) repair bill original
                    5) service engineer report
                    6) photograph of damaged phone
                    7) copy of a valid photo i. D.
                    8) cancelled cheque with customer name printed on same.
                    So, i submitted all the aforementioned documents and sent it to the cppindia address. I had also mailed these documents to cppindia.
                    Since my phone screen has been damaged, it costs me around 7, 900₹ to change the display which i had given from my pocket. After few days i got a mail from cppindia wherein was written that the following documents are incomplete:
                    Damage photo - imei no not reflecting in damage phone
                    Cancelled cheque - name mismatch affidavit req.
                    Moto z2 play don't display imei no. On mobile phone, so i took the picture with mobile original cover as they told me to do and also i had sent name mismatch affidavit. All these costs me around 500₹.
                    Now, it has been 2 months since i claimed, but haven't got the money yet. I always called them and they say we will give you the update.

                        This is alok sharma from noida. This happened today when i got msg.
                        Membership no. Given to me is ia4105144.
                        I saw an entry for rs 2049 in my statement for the card number xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx for cpp protection. I would like to mention that i have never registered for this service and i am very shocked to see that amount could be debited from my card without my consent/approval. I have called up their customer service number and they said that they can not provide refund as per the policy. I am very shocked from this treatment, how can somebody just charge any amount from my card without my approval and then refuse to refund it.

                        They got details from sbi credit card dept. And enrolled me and debited my card with the charges. They said that they will send me a welcome kit. I would like to cancel this at this very instant.

                        I even asked them for any official proof that they might have for my consent/ approval to register for this service, but they said that they do not have the authority for the same. How can a corporate not take responsibility for their action.

                        This is the way they intend to run their business by embezzling money from random people and then refusing to refund it, i am going to raise this in the appropriate platforms and forums and make sure their fraud gets noticed by the common public.

                        Please in the future beware of any phone calls from cpp, claiming to provide insurance, even if you decline, they will still register you for that service, keep checking your statements very carefully for any such entries.

                          I am being changed for a service which i never received. Please return back my money immediately to my credit card which is pending as overdue.

                          It was end of june'2017. While returning from my work, i was approached by one of your marketing person at a big bazar premise in kolkata. I was reluctant to discuss anything related to a credit card with him but finally ended up by listening to him. He asked me to sign in a document, took my photo in his smart phone and take a screen shot of my id to apply for a card where sbi will be providing 10% discount on big bazar products. To avoid further discussion on this, i thought, i would reject during the final confirmation call (Voice recording).

                          In the final confirmation call they told me about card protection plan (Cpp) services to be provided for lost cards. I was not interested at all to pay an additional fees for that. Finally we agreed upon a point that the additional fees would be charged along with my credit card bill. (You may refer to the voice recording if possible).
                          Problem:

                          I received the above mentioned sbi credit card through blue dart courier on 29/07/2017. I received one sms to generate pin for my newly reached sbi credit card. I dint generate the pin and thought of waiting for a couple of days. On 01/08/2017, i received another sms saying transaction of rs.1, 649.00 made on my sbi card without affecting additional factor of authentication mandated by rbi at cpp assistance. I called to your customer care and they said, if bill is generated, you have to pay.

                          I have never opened the toolkit sent via courier to me, never generated the pin, never used the card anywhere, never avail any services from cpp but i need to pay?

                          Since then it continued to send me sms that payment is overdue and the amount started increasing. I started getting calls on a regular basis to pay off my credit which was accumulated to rs. 7, 103.00.
                          On the eve of year ending (31st march) one person called me from his cell and offered me that he would close this case if i am ready to pay rs. 4, 000.00 out of rs. 7, 103.00. Else, he said it will impact my social credit status. I rejected the offer and asked him the service sbi card has provided me since it issued.

                          I checked several options to cancel the cpp offerings but i did not have any documents / registration id/ consent received from sbi card through which i could save myself from this chaos. I started asking to folks whoever is calling me for overdue payment the breakups of the charges on my credit card which is not activated yet.

                          My concern:
                          I checked the service offering for cpp in sbi card website (Ttps://www.sbicard.com/en/faq/cpp.page). it says,
                          "after paying the fee, cpp will dispatch a welcome kit to you with your unique membership number on the same. There will also be a registration form that you need to fill and send back to cpp. Alternatively, you can call up cpp call center to register your cards and documents."

                          That means, i am not yet registered for a service for which i have a payment overdue? If i have availed the same service, please show me my registration with consent given and the service coverage along with the breakups of charges.

                            U r insurance department is not responding and They suddenly put on hold I had waited for half and hours but not received my quires and again i make a call again They received my call and never speak with me they Discuss with some other and They wasted my tym again 25min...!                               This is uzma idrees from noida. I saw an entry for rs 4134 in my statement for the card number xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx for cpp protection.
                              I would like to mention that i have never registered for this service and i am very shocked to see that amount could be debited from my card without my consent/approval.
                              I have called up their customer service number and they said that they can only provide me 50% of the refund as per the policy.
                              I am very shocked from this treatment, how can somebody just charge any amount from my card without my approval and then refuse to refund it.

                              I received a call from them december 2017 where they told me about the card protection services and i directly refused for this service,
                              But still they enrolled me anyway and debited my card with the charges. They said that they have sent me a welcome kit and renewal letter, but as per this day,
                              I have not received anything or i would have canceled this at that very instant.

                              I even asked them for any official proof that they might have for my consent/ approval to register for this service, but they said that they do not have the authority for the same.
                              How can a corporate not take responsibility for their action.

                              This is the way they intend to run their business by embezzling money from random people and then refusing to refund it,
                              I am going to raise this in the appropriate platforms and forums and make sure their fraud gets noticed by the common public.

                              Please in the future beware of any phone calls from cpp, claiming to provide insurance, even if you decline, they will still register you for that service,
                              Keep checking your statements very carefully for any such entries.

                                I came to know about this plan when money was auto deducted on 24/01/2018 from my credit card. They don't even sent me a email when plan was started and when it got renewed. Even i talked to one of their customer representative mr. Amit kumar and asked him to at-least give me one confirmation email but then also they didn't give me any confirmation mail that my plan is cancel and my money will be refunded. They are even lying that they sent have me a email on 29.03.2018 where i didn't received any mail. All i need is money total deducted money rs 2, 049.00 back.

                                  I chandra delmar purchased a mobile phone thru baja finance at the the executive explain phone insurance for physical or liquid damage so i paid around rs 2500/-on january 8 2018 i met a minor accident and my mobile was damaged. The moment itself i called cpp india. The executive says that we will send the claim form meanwhile you can pay the repair charges so we will refund it. Then i approached service centre and i paid rs5800-/ on 24jan again i called cpp india stating that i didn't receive any mail them they send the mail along with customer login details. As per their requirements i submitted all the documents both soft and hard copies. On 10feb i got a mail stating that they need self declaration of incident report and damaged phone imie number photo. The same i was sent on 12feb. After 10days i approached cpp india to find out my claim status. They asked me one more document i. E incident report. The executive said that send a mail it is enough on 10march i called again and they said that they need incident report. The same i couriered and it was delivered on 14th march. On 22 march i called them and they said claim was rejected due delay of submitting the documents. They said that the last letter was received on 21st march. Finally they cheated me

                                      S b i card company is a cheating company. I am a senior citizen. They have raised the bill rs 1426 and 1599 in the name of cpp assistance servi p gurgaon on 23-12-15 and 23-12-16 respectively which i have paid promptly. I never requested cpp assistance. Immediately on receipt of bill i have written two letters to customer correspondence unit, dl f infinity towers, dlf cyber city, gurgaon-122002 (Harayana) explain in detail what is cpp assistance and i never requested this service (Do not need the service) and refund the amount. (Since i have no computer on my home i have written letters) my letters are unacknowledged. They raised the bill arbitarily. Their customer service staffs are very rude. If any queries are asked no proper reply will be given. I totally lost faith in s b i card. They are duping their own customers especially senior citizens.. How can they collect the amount without intimating the customers in advance. I want my money rs. 3025/ back for my medical treatment.. Pl help me to get the amount.
