I’ve got the renewal kit from cpp and chose to ignore it since I have to one year free plan. But cpp has debited amount from my account on 5th July which clearly states for renwal. I understood there was a misunderstanding with the two plans so I called up the customer care service...

I have claimed for broken screen of mobile
Before 3 month but still it is under process. Still i didn't got the claim amount.
Customer care always respond it is under process by insurance company. U hav promise me that the claim amount will tranfer within 28 day but its 70 days completed. No result seen. Very bad service. I never suggest to any one to insure the mobile by cpp group.
