My membership no IA 3055676. We had paid 2049 for taking membership . Claim papers for 8300 submitted on 15.12.2017 and remaining papers22.01.2018 by speedpost. Soft copies of all papers also sent through emails. Many mails have been sent to CPP assistance services pvt ltd GURGAON received from sbicard and airtel. Claim is not settled tillnow. Kindly settle soon.

      I was called on by your sales representative who fooled me into getting this scheme saying that it is for free and that my bank is providing it to me as a part of my ongoin credit card scheme.
      By the way my credit card has no annual charges and therefore i knew he was duping me.
      He then insisted to keep me on hold and transfered me to another person who then asked me if i have « understood » what the representative said to which i confusingly stated yes - as i didnt know what was going on.

      I have already registered a complaint with my bank regarding this call and applied for a reimbursement as soon as possible because i never gave my accord.

      This has not only made me upset but also made me hate your services now even if i may have registered with you may be in the future after knowing about your services or after being told in a proper manner.

      But i was only duped into this buying scheme and by of course some stupid agent who was just trying to cross his commission mark of the day.

      This is highly condemnable and should be taken in seriously if you wish to set up a serious company it requires having some business ethics in place.

      My credit card has been debited without my notice for membership. These [censored]s have not given any welcome kit for me so far and they are looting money from our bank accounts. Inspite of knowing this AXIS BANK is least bothered to protect their customers.

        They gain customer trust using sbi name and charge customer rs1619/-

          I had taken the credit card insurance with membership no. Ia2015597, classic dated 16/11/2016 which was valid till 15/11/2016. There after the membership was automatically renewed for one more year without my concurrence. No renewal intimation was sent to to me and as such i had not approved of the renewal. The welcome pack which was sent on joining states that a renewal notice will be sent 45 days before the due expiry date which as such has not been received by me and an amount of rs. 1649/- has been debited to my credit card account on 17/11/2017.
          Since i had not opted for auto renewal the charged amount should be reversed back and my membership cancelled with immediate effect.

            I am cpp india member. I have approached cpp india for the refund of fraud that occurred on my card. They asked for docuemnts to process the refund. I have sent the documents twice but they are saying the documents are not received from their end. They keep on saying that they have not received the cancelled cheque. When they can receive the statements and other documents from the same packed how can they not receive the cancelled cheque inside the same packet.

            I have now realised that cpp india is just fake. They give lame excuses to not to process the refund. It has been two months and the refund is still not processed. I am heading to cancel the services.

            Anybody has any other solutions so that these services are shut down and people don't fall for such services.

            My CPP membership number is IA3013954. My claim is still not settled. Every time I contact CPP customer care they simply say I have not submitted some documents and that is why it is under process. I have all evidences to show that I have sent required documents to their business address. Infact I have sent twice. I have also sent scanned copies of those documents to their email address but the representative on call simply ignores.

            I have also experienced the representatives disconnecting in the middle of conversation as they fail to answer my queries.

            I will not recommend CPP to anybody.

            After all the painful and time consuming follow ups and bad response from some of your staff my query is now resolved. Thank you for responding and fulfilling the purpose of my CPP subscription.
            Dear Sir
            I was looted by about INR 60000 on 22/02/2018 soon after my SBI Credit Card xxxx0206 was billed an amount INR 1649 as Membership Fees for Card Protection Plan(CPP) Membership No: IA3558796. Promptly I blocked my Cards and Called CPP toll free number and they advised me to lodge a FIR in the Local Police station and sent me a e-mail with attachments. And accordingly I had collected all the documents and sent to them by speed post on 05/03/2018 and the same was received at Gurgaon office on 08/03/2018. My repeated e-mail since 5/03/2018 remains unanswered but when I called them in toll free number they said their system shows majority of documents are not received as mentioned in the check list including letter of subrogation. The same envelope contained required documents including letter of subrogation notarized in local court as mentioned in check list then how some of them are received by them others not. When I emailed SBI Card customer care regarding reversal of lost amount immediately I got SMS in my Registered Mobile that They will refund my CPP membership fees INR 1649, at a time when I was looted INR 60000. It appears that CPP is simply a call centre with an owner sitting at UK with a Non Real Indian(NRI) Origin allegedly collect Vital information of Credit and debit Cards of PSU Banks and sell it to Cyber criminals and when customer claim they offer refund membership money (INR[protected] after siphoning of huge amount from innocent Indian customers.

                My membership id is ia1906516. You are un-neccessarily deducting amount from my account without my permission which is very unfair as a banking firm. I don't want your protection plan anymore. I want my money back which you have deducted from my credit card, these are all unnecessary burdens for me. Therefore, i am requesting you to cancel cpp plan as soon as possible and and send me a confirmation mail regarding cancellation of cpp policy and payment reversal.

Membership and not charge my credit card for membership charge. But cpp didn't consider my request and send me membership no. Ia2662769. Also cpp charge my credit card of rs. 1999/-. My phone no. [protected]. This type of wrong transaction i am not expecting from cpp. Please send them reminder and give my money back.

                    CPP Assistance Services (P) Ltd. provided complimentary fraud protection against frauds on cards. But it is surprise to know that they sell their plan which is a great fraud. Several times I mail them but they did not accept my request and activate Card Protection Plan. It is also very strange behavior of SBI Credit Card that SBI Card deduct Rs. 1999/- without any consent to me.

                        I am balaji from chennai last year i got cpp plan.
                        On december during the cyclone i had lost my wallet and then somebody misused my creditcard on amazon.com.
                        I have raised the claim and submitted all the documents.
                        After calling them for many times i recieved acknowledgement for my documents
                        After 20 days again i called they said 3 documents are pending.
                        But i have sent them in the first go itself.

                        Now after sending those documents they say claim got rejected due to late submission.
                        I have all call and mail proofs that no communication has been made.

                        I want to take this leagally i already asked my friends to cancel the membership.

                          I have membership with cpp (Ia1019768). I already done the application for pan card reissue in feb 2017. Still i did not get my pan card.

                          I am continuously doing follow up with cpp regarding this matter. They are not at all responsible. They always asks to wait or do the mail [protected]@cppindia.com. They will response in 48 working hrs. But there is no response at all.

                          They are not taking any responsibility also. Always asks to call utitsl for details. They dont know those contact nos are also not working.

                          I did not expect poor service from cpp. Next time onward i dot't want to continue my membership.

                            This is ashok chudasama from mumbai. I saw an entry for rs 1599 in my statement for the card number xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx for cpp protection. I would like to mention that i have never registered for this service and i am very shocked to see that amount could be debited from my card without my consent/approval. I have called up their customer service number and they said that they can only provide me 50% of the refund as per the policy. I am very shocked from this treatment, how can somebody just charge any amount from my card without my approval and then refuse to refund it.

                            I received a call from them last year where they told me about the card protection services and i directly refused for this service, but still they enrolled me anyway and debited my card with the charges. They said that they have sent me a welcome kit and renewal letter, but as per this day, i have not received anything or i would have canceled this at that very instant.

                            I even asked them for any official proof that they might have for my consent/ approval to register for this service, but they said that they do not have the authority for the same. How can a corporate not take responsibility for their action.

                            This is the way they intend to run their business by embezzling money from random people and then refusing to refund it, i am going to raise this in the appropriate platforms and forums and make sure their fraud gets noticed by the common public.

                            Please in the future beware of any phone calls from cpp, claiming to provide insurance, even if you decline, they will still register you for that service, keep checking your statements very carefully for any such entries.

                            Is anyone who can get us back our looted money from this fraud company

I would like to mention that I HAVE NEVER EVER REGISTERED FOR THIS SERVICE and I am very shocked to see that amount could be debited from my card without my consent/approval. how can somebody just charge any amount from my card WITHOUT MY APPROVAL and then refuse to refund it.

                                  Please in the future beware of any Phone calls from CPP, claiming to provide Insurance, even if you decline, they will still register you for that service, keep checking your statements very carefully for any such entries

                                      I registered complaint to cpp india on 26/11/2016 but still not received claimed form or dispute reference no.from cpp india, I pay Rs.1599/- for security of credit card but cpp staff, cannot be helpful to cardholder .Plz help me out from these disputes and given fluent n satisfactory service,
                                      I could not received any satisfactory reply n service from cpp india, My membership id is IA1713117 and my contact no.[protected], Plz return my suspicious transaction refund amount asap.
                                      When customer received cpp india plan at that time this staff doing good service, But when time to refund the fraud amount, provide THIRD CLASS SERVICE FROM CPP INDIA STAFF.

                                      Its a mobile phone insurance company my phone lost any where so i claim this but they did not forward my complaint i have already submitted my documents
                                      I have purchased CPP (Card protection plan) through ICICI Bank website, and it is successfully transferred to CPP team, but these guys are denying and not providing any info and even did not replied email marked to them even after several follow up.

                                        Myself jai prakash chaudhary, before three months my pancard has been lost somewhere else. i applied for new pancard through cpp services as suggested by representative i send all the required documents as hard copy through speed post (tracking no-eg[protected]in) as well as via mail dated 01.08.2016 to the provided adress (cpp assistance services pvt. ltd. 114-117, bestech chambers radisson suites b-block, sushant lok phase – i gurgaon 122002, haryana).

                                        After a months i asked for status they have given a coupan no[protected] saying that it is under process. after that i am waiting from last three months even i called to cpp for assistance they are not taking responsibility about why it is getting delay. they are saying that we have forwarded the documents to uti department. where i am getting status showing that application is withheld due to incomplete details. but cpp representatives are not able to give any details so please guide me what to do. otherwise camcel my cpp membership by returning all the charges.
