I am a sbi credit card holder. I have received a call form cpp protection service on 20/12/2018. I have accepted the cpp plan initially but i am not interested now. I don't want to continue cpp card protection service & membership anymore. So i request you to please cancel my cpp protection plan and deactivate if already activated and please credit my amount of rs.1649 as soon as possible.

    Cpp group is activated membership on most of the sbi credit card customer without his/her acknowledgement, they are selling membership by agent or phone call, they did not provide sufficient information to customer and they deduct money from customer credit card, these process is like fraud, cheat the customers, the customer are not aware about these deduction, customer think that amount which is deducted, is charge of credit card

    Please go through call recording data on various sbi customer . Most of them they dont know about deduction . I am unable to provide you membership id because they will not allow me to do this, But please go through the call recording over registration process under cpp.

        These people are really sucking.!! Even after complaining these many times there is no positive update from them, still they are asking me wait for 20 more days which is really pathetic.!!!
        I think these people are typically fraud people.!! They are charging money from people and they are making fun of that. Simply they are wasting people's valuable time. How much they irritated me by giving the same answer all the time, i cant even express in words. These people should be punished for giving false statements and cheating public brutally. I can see there are lot many complaints on them but the action is nothing, they are happily continuing their work cheating people and making fun of that.

        Really disgusting.!!

        I am going to exclate this issue to cyber crime department at the soonest.

          I want to discontinue my CPP card protection for which the amount automatically gets debited from my Credit Card account every year on Dec 31st. I am not getting any response from CPP India for cancellation and removal of auto debit. I called them several times and also email them many times but they are not giving any confirmation of cancellation. When I called ICICI customer service (representative name was Sujata Tiwari ). She first asked me to let the amount get debited and then will deactivate the membership. I really got frustrated because why should I pay the amount if I don't wish to renew. ICICI is just interested to take the money in advance and then cancel the service. I told her that I am not going pay that money, its an advance payment and I don't wish to renew. Please stop my auto debit. She took the compliant but did not give me any CONFIRMATION #. I am sure she was fooling me. I want someone to look into this matter as soon as possible otherwise I will close the credit card account and eventually close all my accounts with ICICI. This is a clear fraud and worst ICICI and CPP India's customer service.

            Dear sir, i took phone safe insurance from cpp for my samsung mobile, and i raised claim as my phone was broken, as per cpp customer service representative told me to repair phone first then courier all documents like gst bill service report mobile bill and repair amount was 6, 531/-, before after mobile pics, i submitted all but i didn't got claim in 28 days now after 40 days they given me 5, 531/- only and when i calld their customer service he is saying compusary deduction is 1000 rs but they never told me this before, my membership i'd is im1555285, m attaching all documents which i submitted them

              This is Shidharth khandelwal from Agra. I saw an entry for Rs 3886 in my statement for the Card number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for CPP protection. I would like to mention that I HAVE NEVER REGISTERED FOR THIS SERVICE and I am very shocked to see that amount could be debited from my card without my consent/approval. I have called up their Customer Service number and they said that they cannot do anything help I am very shocked from this treatment, how can somebody just charge any amount from my card WITHOUT MY APPROVAL and then refuse to refund it.

                Below is the description. Now no one from customer care even bothering to revert back.


                My name is puneet and i am writing you to regarding the claim rejection because of delay in intimation. I was trying to reach you for the claim registeration right after the incident happen. But i was not able to reach you. I even tried login to your website but i was not able to get otp for the registration. After that, i called customer care and register my claim after 3-4 days. They told me i have to register within 24 hours. Then i told him that i was not able to login and even that i don't have any number to contact. Some how i approached to them.

                They agree my statement and registered my complaint and asked for the physical documents which i sent by spending near about 400 rs. If i have to register within 24 hours as per your policy then my claim should not be registered.

                Please reopen and verify my case. This is not good customer service which i supposed to have after spending 2500 rs for mobile insurance.

                  My membership i'd is im 1023283
                  My claim number is 3719891

                  I have registered my claim on august 13 2018. And submitted all the documents.
                  As per contract all claim are processed within 28 working days.
                  I called customer care many times regarding my claim.. But they have only one answer "claim is under process".
                  I am fed-up with this. I have asked them to give me a valid answer about delayed my claim.
                  It's the worst customer service i ever came across. Its my request to settle my claim as soon as possible.

                    You people are really sucking & disgusting.!! I had never seen such a pathetic service in my life time. I had reported lost my my pan card in the month of august and sent all the required documents through courier at the same time, and started following up with you team for an update regarding my issue but till now my issue is not resolved yet.!! Surprisingly i did not even received any acknowledgement at least as a concern.!! From my experience i came to know that you people are least bothered in resolving my issue. All the time i calls you people i will be receiving the simple answer stating "please wait for some time you will get an update with in 48 hours". I really do not know when that 48 hours will come to an end.!!!

                    Completely lost my my faith on you people.

                      My cpp membership is ia5415176. I had be defrauded and wanted to claim my cpp card protect cover. But even after repeated calling and mailing, i have not received it from them. When i call them, they claim to have sent the form to me, but i have not received it till now. I tried giving another mail id as well, but still i have not received it. I think this is due to the fact that if i don't submit the form till a particular date, they can reject my claim. Useless service.

                        I have registered with CPP India on August 2016 with register mobile no-[protected]. This year on Oct 2018, CPP India has again deducted amount from my Axis Credit card without my permission. I called their helpline no and told them that I dont want to renew the membership and also asked them how they can deduct money without my permission. But there was no suitable answer from their side.

                          I apply pan replacement. And i forwarded the docs through dtdc courier. Tracking status show the delivery on 13 th november. I called cpp assistant customer care if my parcel were delivered. They told me to wait 20 day. And they assured me not to worry and told that your parcel may be delivered. Still they told me to wait for 20 days. After 20 days when i called they told me that we didn't received your docs. What is this yaar. You have to told me earlier when i called 3 or 4 time before. Still after 20 days they asked me to provide me tracking slip. I couldn't provide slip (It lost). So they asked me to provide tracking number which i provide them. They told me to wait for 48 hours. After 48 hours when i called them they told me to email tracking number. Why didn't you told me this before. Just wasting my time again and again.

                              This is in reference to my insurance claim that was lodged in 26th september 2018. My membership id is im0824447
                              I just spoke to your advisor at cpp fonesafe and really shocked to see that you have rejected my claim because my mobile phone was damaged on 24/09/2018 around 23:30 hrs. And i reported the incident on 26/09/2018 around 10:00 am in the morning.
                              I mean like seriously you rejected a claim because i was late by 11 hrs to report the incident.
                              When i reported the incident, your advisor confirmed that there was no issue with reporting the incident that day. And now this is how you treat the a customer and handle a situation.
                              The reason why there was a delay was because the phone was totally damaged. I had all the documents and information on insurance on my phone. I had to arrange a spare phone restore all data and it took sometime because it was a working day and when i get free is the time when contact centre got closed. So i reported the incident next day 1st thing in the morning.
                              I have sent you the entirely damaged mobile phone with all accessories and the box plus all the required documents within the required time.
                              I would request you to please look into the matter and reconsider your decision on the claim.

                                    After taking so many followups, , , customer care executives always said that i have to wait for 3-4 working days more. Earlier i called to their team they said me that upto this Friday ( i.e 16 nov. 2018) you will receive an update about your refund. And today when I have called to cpp customer care executive, he said there is still no update on your refund status. Please wait for 3-4 working days... How many times I've to hear this 3-4 working days. Application is locked on 12th of September 2018 and all related documents has received on 24th of September and today is 16th of November... What should I do, , how long I've to wait.

                                      I had registered my complaint on aug 17, 2018 and submitted all the documents along with mobile for full claim to cpp mentioned address on aug24, 2018.

                                      As per contract i waited for 28 working days to receive my claim, which ended on oct05, 2018. I called cpp customer care many times, (Every the days) regarding status of my claim, but they always have one single reply - claim is under process.

                                      As per them they have escalated my concern/complain many times but still no output. Every time i called them they'll reply to wait for another 3-4 days.

                                      I'm fed up from this waiting. As per contract i had signed my waiting period is over. I have asked them to provide me a reason for delay and they have no clue regarding it.

                                      I have mailed many times and haven't received a single reply regarding delay of my claim. It's getting frustrated. The only chance left is to proceed legally and file a fraud complaint.

                                      It's the worst costumer service, i ever came across. It's my humble request to settle my claim asap, as even i don't want to go into legal proceedings. But with no option left i have to choose this way as i can't leave my hard earned money.

                                        I have purchased card protection plan from cpp india for the protection (Valid till 31st october), 2018 for my sbi credit card no ending with 9109 (Screenshot attached). Today i was checking my card statements month wise and found a fraud transaction in the month of may, 2018 statement.

                                        Immediately i called [protected] to launch a complain to get the ultimate solution and card fraud protection benefit as mentioned in cpp india provided documents. But the customer care executive mr. Rajat kumar doesn't have any type of product knowledge and any kind of valid solution against my queries. He always tried to divert me towards some invalid solution and information like fir in 24 hours in local police station whereas we don't know from where the crime actually customized. Actually we can only make general diary (Gd) in police station but can't launch the fir from our end. Several times i asked him to convey the call to the authentic person but can't even do this. Actually he harassed me for almost an hour but doesn't even provide any kind of proper solution.

                                        So, it's my request to you please help me to get prior benefits o[censored]sing cpp india asap and take prompt action. Otherwise i will go consumer court. Please find the attached for your perusal.
