At the time of claiming the policy they fraudulantly intimated that policy canceled how once taken policy can be canceled without attaining the maturity date or violating the terms and conditions memtioned in the agreement.For your refferal attaching welcome documents provided by CPP

They told that the policy has been canceled on 22 feb but they had confirmed the validity of policy through mail on 26 th feb 2023 hereby attaching details

My name is Amit kumar. I am from Jalandhar, punjab. I availed last year feb. 2022 Card Protection Plan through Yes bank and deduct the premium from my yes bank credit card. But in whole year i didn't received any physical document of cpp neither i received any softcopy in my email. I didn't got any response from cpp team as well. I decided not to renew cpp plan on next year but on 13th feb i have received sms regarding CPP plan renewed of rs. 1749/- but it was renewed without my consent. When I contact to the concerned team to cancelled it, they try to convince me to continue the service and deliver the renewal documents in next 10 working days. According to our conversation, 10 working days completed on 3rd March but till I haven't received any physical document from CPP. I am now so much disappointed. I can't even wait now. If my issue not resolved within next 3 working days then I will lodge complaint in consumer court regarding this issue.

Cpp cancel am not interest policy

Cancelled the CCP plan on[protected], the day I received the mail for membership.
Called multiple times on the customer care number. No proper answer was provided. They even say I’m eligible for full refund.
9 working days are over and I have not gotten my money back.

I the undersigned Praveena Desai, Housewife, residing in Mysore had opened joint SBI Saving account at my native (SBI -0857, green street) Karwar Karnataka along with my mother during Covid times for any emergiences. To my suprise a SBI rupay platinum card is imposed along with CPP plan which I never activated or agreed for. To my suprise I find that every year SBI credit card maintenance fee Inr 350 and CPP service charges of Inr 3199 have been charged and auto debited from my saving account for the last three years. I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have not used the SBI Credit card nor the CPP services since issue as I was not aware of these. Further the amount is auto debited from my SBI saving account for the past three years with out my concern. When I try to contact the CPP they are saying that money will not be refunded nor the plan can be deactivated. Even the request for SBI credit card deactivation is on hold. an amount of Inr 300 is credited to SBI card and not the my SBI saving account from where it was debited. I don't need the credit card not any plans like CPP, as I don't use any credit card, I am helpless and have been levied a total charge of Inr 10, 305 ( 9597 by CPP group India) for the last three years without my concern.
My humble request is to arrange for deactivation of SBI credit card ([protected]) and CPP plan with immediate effect and refund of the imposed money to my SBI saving account.

was activated for my account without my authorization.

This is to inform you about the regret that has made been made by bajaj finance regarding the insurance claim which is yet to be settled . I have been left utterly disappointed because even after calling more than 25 times i have been not given proper response about my claim and finally been told it is not possible to claim.
So it is to look after the claim and give me a proper response regarding which is not settled even after submitting proper documents and verfication

I need to know how they got my bank details and through which process they can start a service without my consent, if via online without verbal consent

Bajaj Finserv — cancellation of cpp liv assist and health policy
I recently availed a personal loan from bajaj finserv and my loan account number for the same is 01XIDLIM991815.I have been provided with cpp plan and a health insurance with this loan and the amount for the same has been deducted from my loan amount. However, i am in no need of cpp plan and health policy. Therefore, as i am still in free look period, kindly cancel my cpp plan and health policy and refund me my money back

This is Vishnu. I saw an entry for Rs 1749 in my credit card statement for CPP protection. I would like to mention that I HAVE NEVER REGISTERED FOR THIS SERVICE and I am very shocked to see that amount could be debited from my card without my consent/approval. I am very shocked by this treatment, how can somebody just charge any amount from my card WITHOUT MY APPROVAL and then refuse to refund it?
I want my amount back and I don't want any such services.
