Unauthorized renewal of membership even after rejecting the request to renew

CPP Membership number IAA323703. They renewed the membership by deducting money from my credit card even after I informed them I don't wish to renew the same when they called regarding the renewal of membership. It seems that my cpp subscription is renewed and the same is deducted from my credit card. Credit card deduction refund

My CPP membership No is IAA482631 and they renewed money from my credit card with out asking my consent and deducted Rs 2499 after that i called the customer care and cancelled my account on 09/11/2021 but till now they haven't refunded the money. I have contacted the customer care several times but nothing happened the customer care executives are giving excuses like they are not ready to give my money back....

Never registered for any plan for my credit card

I have never registered for any plan for my credit card. I was charged 2499 for some card protection plan. I have never consented for this. This is a new credit card. Please cancel the transaction and give full refund....

Cpp canceled but not refund

I have cancelled CPP plan on my credit card on 25 oct and customer executive confirmed that refund will be initiated and will be reflected in my credit card within 7 working days since from the when plan is cancelled. But it is almost 25 days cancelled the plan but still I have not received refund amount. And whenever calling to customer care they are informing to wait for sometime but not telling the proper date when I will get my refund....

CPP renewal without my consent

I did not get any service from CPP in the last 3 years, they are debiting INR 1899 every year without my consent. This year also the same thing happened....

Refund not received

After reading the T&C of the membership plan, I felt it is not useful for me and hence I called customer care and cancelled the membership on 25th October 2021. The executives said the refund will be processed within 7 days but it did not. I even mailed them to complaint with the card statement, still no reply from them.

Refund amount

I have cancelled CPP plan on my credit card on 27 Sep and customer executive confirmed that refund will be initiated and will be reflected in my credit card within 7 working days since from the when plan is cancelled. But it is almost 1 month j cancelled the plan but still I have not received refund amount. And whenever calling to customer care they are informing to wait for sometime but not telling the proper date when I will get my refund....

Refund issue

I had cancelled my Cpp plan that was automatically activated by them on 21st September, 2021. The plan amount was to be paid in 3 monthly installments. Cpp customer service told me that the plan has been cancelled.
