With reference to the captioned subject I, Sujata Pradhan wish to inform that I have several communications with you regarding cancellation of my membership over mail and telephonic conversation. Though I am informed by your customer care executive that my membership has already been cancelled, the refund amount has not been received in my account yet. Today I was informed by your customer support that no amount has been debited from my account and CPP had not received any amount from me. I was asked to produce any kind of proof of the payment.

I am enclosing herewith my credit card account statement as a proof of payment to CPP and requesting you to make the refund at the earliest.

With reference to the captioned subject I, Sujata Pradhan wish to inform that I have several communications with CPP India regarding cancellation of my membership over mail and telephonic conversation. But no refund has been issued to me.

After lodging a complain in "INDIAN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FORUM" CPP India refunded only Rs. 949.50/- where as an amount of Rs. 1899/- was debited from my account. CPP India did not refund the full amount although I have requested for cancellation of my membership within 15 days of issuance of membership.

    CPP Membership number IAA323703. They renewed the membership by deducting money from my credit card even after I informed them I don't wish to renew the same when they called regarding the renewal of membership. It seems that my cpp subscription is renewed and the same is deducted from my credit card. I have already informed those who called me regarding the renewal of the subscription that I don't intend to renew my membership. Even after rejecting the request the amount was deducted from my credit card including gst and other charges.

      So, on 28th September 2021, I went to the Samsung service center and they asked me whether the phone is under insurance or not. Answering to them I said yes and the process started from Samsung. Then I got the estimate of my fully damaged phone and they took my phone. A week later I got an email from CPP saying that we tried to contact you (Same reason for everyone everytime). So I contacted them on their toll free number[protected]. So I asked them what is my next step, so they said that I have to submit a cheque with my name print and a icici claim form. I asked them what is icici claim form and where will I get it, they told me that they will send me a link on my email of the claim form. I am calling CPP each and everyday and what I hear is "Sir, you please dont worry we will look into it and you ll get your phone back". I am fed up doing all this everyday. its been almost 2 months and i need serious help.
      PS. i have submitted all documents they said more than 10 times on their email '[protected]@cppindia.com' except the claim form which they had to send me. I have my bill, IMEI, Pictures of phone and estimate letter.

        My CPP membership No is IAA482631 and they renewed money from my credit card with out asking my consent and deducted Rs 2499 after that i called the customer care and cancelled my account on 09/11/2021 but till now they haven't refunded the money. I have contacted the customer care several times but nothing happened the customer care executives are giving excuses like they are not ready to give my money back.

              I have never registered for any plan for my credit card. I was charged 2499 for some card protection plan. I have never consented for this. This is a new credit card. Please cancel the transaction and give full refund.

                      I have cancelled CPP plan on my credit card on 25 oct and customer executive confirmed that refund will be initiated and will be reflected in my credit card within 7 working days since from the when plan is cancelled. But it is almost 25 days cancelled the plan but still I have not received refund amount. And whenever calling to customer care they are informing to wait for sometime but not telling the proper date when I will get my refund. I have sent my credit card statement also and not received any update on my refund

                        Hi Team,

                        I am Mohamed Hassan from Pondicherry, Bajaj has forcefully registered the Cpp mobile protect while purchasing mobile from Bajaj Emi plan, Recently my mobile got damaged and myself called the customer care and registered for claim and they have taken my mobile from my home as Home pickup and they have taken exactly 1 and half months to deliver my mobile after the continuous follow ups and within few days display came out from the mobile panel, Reported the same to Samsung service center and they claimed that the display is duplicate.
                        So I have raised the concern regarding the duplicate display and again they took my mobile from my mobile, It’s Been more than a month and didn’t get any updates from them and when I contact customer care, they simply disconnecting my call by saying many reasons.
                        This is an humble request to Bajaj and Cpp, Please hand over my mobile to me with by replacing the original display
                        Don’t waste the customer time on calling your customer care daily, I literally awaited daily 1 or 2 hours in call to get the improper reasons from your service executives,

                            After reading the T&C of the membership plan, I felt it is not useful for me and hence I called customer care and cancelled the membership on 25th October 2021. The executives said the refund will be processed within 7 days but it did not. I even mailed them to complaint with the card statement, still no reply from them.

                              My Name is Maria Rani Simon And Membership Number: IAC684546
                              i accidentally activated CPP plan of 2499 on my SBI Card on 15th October and the money was deducted two days later and i called immediately and got my membership cancelled and was assured that i would get a refund in 7 days. But in my statement it's showing that the amount has been deducted again on the day i cancelled and the flexi pay activated on the amount could not be cancelled because the amount is not refunded and the plan is still running. But i called again and CPP customer care still tells me that the member is cancelled. Please provide proof of cancellation and transaction id of the refund if you have done it. If not i would like an enquiry as to why the amount was deducted again and why my plan is still running when i asked explicitly to cancel it. I am attaching all the necessary proof.

I got a call from sbi customer care, they said this offer and i dont have any interest in using the card protection plan . I paid 2499/- for cpp card protection plan. So pls refund my money back.                                       I have cancelled CPP plan on my credit card on 27 Sep and customer executive confirmed that refund will be initiated and will be reflected in my credit card within 7 working days since from the when plan is cancelled. But it is almost 1 month j cancelled the plan but still I have not received refund amount. And whenever calling to customer care they are informing to wait for sometime but not telling the proper date when I will get my refund. I have sent my credit card statement also and not received any update on my refund

                                        I had cancelled my Cpp plan that was automatically activated by them on 21st September, 2021. The plan amount was to be paid in 3 monthly installments. Cpp customer service told me that the plan has been cancelled. But when I tried to cancel my emi from SBI, they told me that the refund amount has not been received from CPP side and hence cannot be cancelled. I called cpp customer service many times but they give me the same response with no result. How should I escalate the matter.
