    Description of Incident -
    Every year CPP is sending me a membership from CPP India. This is a Card Protection Service which provides money in case i loose my Debit Card and Credit Card. I have not availed for the this service but every year they are sending a membership mail.
    Please Cancel my Membership permanently and dont send membership mails every year.
    I have not availed your service, and I have never contacted CPP to initiate my membership for the year 2021.

        I want to cancel my CPP membership

        Dear Sir,
        At 14/07/2021 I got a sms on my mobile (protected) transactions amount of rupees 2499 made on SBI credit card at CPP assistance for CPP membership. But I'm not aware for this unauthorise payment. And I cancel my CPP membership. So I request you to please reverse my charge of rs2499 on my SBI credit card and cancel my CPP membership.

        My Membership no- IA7424441

        I do not want to continue with CPP Membership. I can see that CPP is debiting Rs.1699 without my permission from 19/07/2021 .I did not give permission/approval to issue my
        CPP membership.Please cancel my membership immediately and refund my money which was deducted without my permission

          I am Ritwik Karmakar mobile no. [protected] policy no. IM6489239.I submitted my claim on[protected] but due to covid 19 pandemic situation service centre delayed their work and return my phone on[protected] but that time they gave me a wrong bill again they provided the correct bill on[protected].

          I already submitted my bill details on[protected] with wrong bill but I send all original bills( wrong and correct) and documents on[protected] through couriers.and service centre delayed letter also sent to [protected]@cppindia.com.

          Till now I am not getting my claimed amount what will I do.

          I talked to cpp India group's customer care centre many times at least they informed me that my claimed is rejected due to document submition delay.But where is my fault?I followed cpp India group's all instructions sincerely.mobile service centre delayed their work.I also informed them many times to do fast their work but they were showing delay reason as covid 19 pandemic situation.

          Now I am very upset by Cpp group India fonesafe service.Because now they denied to give my claimed amount and trying to show me these are my fault.

          Please help me to get my claimed amount in this pandemic situation.

          Yes sir,
          CPP Group India only notified me with the previous information which I already knew.They are refusing to give my claim.
          They were saying, "next time when you will submit the claim then we will provide your claim amount surely, this time not possible".
          I seem that CPP Group India is cheating with me.
          Sir please help me, I am totaly helpless.

              I send a query but I dint got any feedback regarding this I spoke to your representative (Tanya - CPP Liv Assist) she said please mention your policy no in the subject and send it to us ([protected]@cppindia.com). they will help you and send complete details on mail..
              (As I spoke with your executive Tanya - [protected] regarding this she said
              Membership started on 20/11/2019,
              Premium Amount: 4699.00
              Membership Renewed on: 20/11/2020
              Membership canceled on: 20/6/2021)
              She said membership canceled not from our side it's from the bajaj finance side but the bajaj finance executive told me to get these details in the mail that we had cancelled you membership from CPP India and will look forward to your matter and proceed further

              For any proof i have call recording from CPP liv assist team

              I have to claim the term Life Insurance of my father for this

              Soo share with me complete details regarding this policy as soon as possible as i last time sent mailed 6 days before: but not receive any feedback yet

                      This is Viswanatha Raju and i have a claim to get cleared its been many days but there is no response from your end i just got a mail saying its under progress and later after 2 months i have called to Cpp customer care and they told me that the cheque which i submitted which is canceled cheque and my Aadhar name doesn't mach saying its in short cut and i have to submit an affidavit, as am not in india it took me this long to submit and even due to lock down issues due to covid, now am sending the affidavit as well. I dint even get a mail regarding the affidavit. Please clear my claim asap. please do the helpful needed asap. [protected] is my number, i have got a call saying the claim has been rejected i even asked the concern person saying i dint even get a call or msg regarding the claim and how can they reject for silly reason where i even submitted the cheque of mine. please i need some justice regarding this issue. This is litterly looting money from the customers.

                          I recently availed a personal loan from bajaj finserv and my loan account number for the same is 516GPLHB754097 I have been provided with cpp plan and a health insurance with this loan and the amount for the same has been deducted from my loan amount. However, i am in no need of cpp plan and health policy. Therefore, as i am still in free look period, kindly cancel my cpp plan and health policy and refund me my money back.

Isn't this some kind of fraud this company is playing with people? I want to know who provided the consent to these guys to register me for the card protection plan services? I am just cheking my accounts right now if they have deducted any sort of amount as a part of registration process.

                                  My Name is Mr. Jagdish. I am writing a complaint about my sony led TV in which I take EMI from your company on 5/11/2018. with member ship number : AC1883843. My TV is not working properly as only sound is comming and the screen is totally black and unwanted noise is comming.

                                  No, Not yet my issue has been resolved your company is just extending days saying tomorrow your issue will be resolved and again when I call them they say same words.

                                  I don't think so your company service is too good to resolve my issue. I had registered complaint many days ago but no action is taken. Your officer name as Mr. Vishal in noida they said the technician will come today itself on 1/06/2021 but till yet no one came. Also your company is saying to talk with Sony TV and ask them to solve the issue why should I call them I had registered complaint to your company now the headache is yours not mine.

                                  Try to solve my issue as soon as possible.
