Membership No: IAD121828 Documents regarding the claim were sent to the Gurgaon Office on February 8 via E-mail and by post. There was no acknowledgement of the documents from your side. After calling the customer care on[protected], I was told that the affidavit against difference in name submitted needs to be in English rather than Hindi. This was not intimated to me via mail or by any call. All relevant documents were submitted and now this unusual demand for Affidavit to be in English has been raised purposely delaying the claim.

    I want to inform that when I applied for the SBI Credit card I got call for verification of my details but the person who is on the call i.e the representative of the SBI cards had Booked a CPP Plan of Rs.3199.I don't know much about that things and i thought that it was a part of the procedure.But when I realise that they have made me fool then immediately I cancelled the plan on the same day by calling to CPP Assistant helpline number(+91 [protected]) I told all the things that happened with me with the Customer Care Executive of CPP Assistant and Services they told me that don't worry you are eligible for full refund and your amount will be credited in your SBI Credit Card within 7 working days.When 7 days passed i call back to them they told that check your Statement but still the amount is not credited to my Credit card I informed to them they told me to wait for some time .But till not i.e 11 th March, 2022. I am constantly calling to both CPP Customer care and with SBI CARDS customer care also But they both said said we have highlighted your issue and your refund amount will be given back to you very soon.I am very Disappointed with SBI Cards And CPP Customer Care.I have cancelled my plan on that day when it was book on 17 th Feb, 2022.I want to give last warning to both SBI card and CPP Assistant and Services if they didn't give my money back then I will go in a legal manner and fill a PIL against them in the Consumer Court.

      I raised a claim with CPP against fraud on my Kotak card. The documents asked for where submitted on 03.02.2022. On 18.02.2022 they demanded for police FIR copy. Due to civic body elections in Tamilnadu police officials where on election duty from 18.02.2022 to 24.02.2022. After this due process of FIR was followed and original FIR copy was sent to them on 01.03.2022 received by their guard Mr.Anil on 02.03.2022 for which I have POD proof from bluedart courier. On 09.03.2022 when I called to check status they say claim has been closed. No information was given to me in this regard. This is a clear case of misleading product information. Advice them to process my claim on priority.

        Respected Sir/Madam,

        This email is in reference to the warranty claim made 07/03/2022 for Thomson UD9 102cm 40 inch Ultra HD 4K LED Smart TV

        I, Sachin Naik write this email to bring into your notice, that I purchased a Led TV on 27/05/2020 which stopped working on 07/03/2022.

        I would like to state that my product is under extended warranty provided by CPP group india partnered with Bajaj finserv, and as per the warranty offered by your company I made a warranty claim on 07/03/2022 but still no one responded back to my claim. The technician has not contacted or visited my place to check the TV. The Bajaj team forced me to purchase a insurance and now not providing a proper service. I am very much disappointed with this unprofessional behaviour.

            I have cancelled my membership on 18/2/2022 but still I have not received my refund. Called them many times but they dont give a tentative date when I will get my refund back also they are not giving the superiors email id how can they deduct the amnt without prior intimation of the service which I am not even aware off.

              Iam P S JayaraJ with membership ID IA9615238. Two months before a fradulent transaction was done on one my credit card which was enrolled in CPP plan. I had sent claim form allong with all the evidence related to fradulent transaction. Today i had called customer care and asked about the same. The person said that claim is closed on 02/03/2022 due to mismatch in the cancelled cheque (name is Jayaraj P S) and name in membership details is Jayaraj (without my initial).
              Since the name details are collected from the bank during enrollment of the CPP plan. The name is not entered with initials. These details cannot be edited by customer. They did not verify with my PAN/AADHAR card. instead they are asking me name corrected affidavit.
              There is no support from backend team and no body has contacted me from 2nd March.
              This is really ridiculous. I want resolution for the same.

I have called so many times on helpline number but I didn't get refund...they always say that wait for sometimes...but issue didn't resolved...my membership is is IAD693323..                       Really felt very sorrow for the Inconvenience caused to me- by all the entire team of CPP India & Customer resource persons…
                      “Coming to the point – my mobile got damaged on 8th Jan, 2022. But I am unaware about the limitation/stipulated period to register it with the concerned team for the Insurance coverage. Somehow, I was contacted the Bajaj Customer care persons about the process to retrieve the policy coverage on 22nd Jan, 2022 – meanwhile, they generated a Ticket for the re-imbursement process and not informed at that point about the terms & conditions in detail and grace period details, …etc.
                      Finally on 05th Feb, 2022 my mobile was repaired elsewhere and submitted all the supported documents through online for claim/re-imbursement process – as per instructions received from the Bajaj customer person. But, unfortunately I received a call on 15th Feb, 2022 from CPP India - informed your claim has been rejected due to late intimation i.e, not reported within 24 hours.”
                      My point of version here is to give complete awareness to the persons who were contacted you regarding the policy terms or else… and don’t misguide and make them trouble at any point..
                      ** NOTE: If I might known about the reporting time on 22nd Jan, 2022 itself - I may not go for the mobile service and don’t spend amount. In lieu of these I was lost with Rs. 4, 912/-

                            Membership Id-IAD474442
                            I have by mistake activated card protection [protected]@2499, then i call CPP customer care and and cancelled same day, that was 20th January 2022, but till now CPP not refunded my money in my sbi card, And SBI card charged and billed that amount.several call minimum 20 call, and several mail done, but till date not get my amount.you are telling 7 working days to get refund.but after 1 month i have not recieve my refund.please dont getting fraud.i already see your record of refund.that why i am telling you to refund my money back immediately

                                  Hello, My name is shyam kachhadiya, I am from junagadh, gujarat
                                  These people have claimed that they are auto renewing thier policy,
                                  first thing I never heard about thier cpp india company,
                                  second the plan is for credit card, whereas i dont even have credit card,

                                  the date they are claiming for policy is 30-dec-2021,
                                  my account has been charged on 8th-feb-2022, wtf is logic
                                  i have contacted them from 9th feb continuously still no solution

                                  when i tried to contact these peoples, they say we can cancel the policy and refund you 50% of the amount which is totally loot for an retail people.

                                  I am gonna put an FIR against these CPPIndia

                                      I purchased the fonesafe insurance policy of the CPP group through Bajaj Finserv. When I tried to make a claim against the above-said policy, the membership was said to be canceled. I still have no idea, how when, or on what grounds my membership was canceled.

                                      I would like to make a valid claim against the insurance purchased by me.

                                        This is regarding CPP membership. On issuing of SBI credit card, CPP have approached me and promised to provide services like PAN card duplicate issuance as the present one got spoilt.

                                        On 30tj November have sent the courier thru DTCT lite courier vide docket no H25213476. The same was received by them on 2nd December 2021.

                                        As there was no response, have contacted CPP on 6th Jan2022, they have apologized .
                                        Again on 12 th January 2022, called up CPP and spoke to Mr. Kanishk. No information and apologized and requested to send me a mail. The same has been sent and still no response.
                                        Today spoke to Ms Diksha and asked f status, but again apologized and even denied to escalate the matter siting server issues. Till this time no update from them.

                                        Resolution - To return my two years subscription fee and delete my name from the membership.

                                        Attached is the acknowledgement of my docs by CPP .
