I am member of CPP India. I have submitted claim regarding fradulent transactions on my credit card through both email and speed post. Customer care person informed that the claim not received. But the post delivered as per India Post website. Till date I have not received any communication after submission of claim with all documents.

      Really felt very sorrow for the Inconvenience caused to me- by all the entire team of CPP India & Customer resource persons…
      “Coming to the point – my mobile got damaged on 8th Jan, 2022. But I am unaware about the limitation/stipulated period to register it with the concerned team for the Insurance coverage. Somehow, I was contacted the Bajaj Customer care persons about the process to retrieve the policy coverage on 22nd Jan, 2022 – meanwhile, they generated a Ticket for the re-imbursement process and not informed at that point about the terms & conditions in detail and grace period details, …etc.
      Finally on 05th Feb, 2022 my mobile was repaired elsewhere and submitted all the supported documents through online for claim/re-imbursement process – as per instructions received from the Bajaj customer person. But, unfortunately I received a call on 15th Feb, 2022 from CPP India - informed your claim has been rejected due to late intimation i.e, not reported within 24 hours.”
      My point of version here is to give complete awareness to the persons who were contacted you regarding the policy terms or else… and don’t misguide and make them trouble at any point..
      ** NOTE: If I might known about the reporting time on 22nd Jan, 2022 itself - I may not go for the mobile service and don’t spend amount. In lieu of these I was lost with Rs. 4, 912/-

            I Dear/Mam,

            Membership Id-IAD474442
            I have by mistake activated card protection [protected]@2499, then i call CPP customer care and and cancelled same day, that was 20th January 2022, but till now CPP not refunded my money in my sbi card, And SBI card charged and billed that amount.several call minimum 20 call, and several mail done, but till date not get my amount.you are telling 7 working days to get refund.but after 1 month i have not recieve my refund.please dont getting fraud.i already see your record of refund.that why i am telling you to refund my money back immediately

                  Hello, My name is shyam kachhadiya, I am from junagadh, gujarat
                  These people have claimed that they are auto renewing thier policy,
                  first thing I never heard about thier cpp india company,
                  second the plan is for credit card, whereas i dont even have credit card,

                  the date they are claiming for policy is 30-dec-2021,
                  my account has been charged on 8th-feb-2022, wtf is logic
                  i have contacted them from 9th feb continuously still no solution

                  when i tried to contact these peoples, they say we can cancel the policy and refund you 50% of the amount which is totally loot for an retail people.

                  I am gonna put an FIR against these CPPIndia

                      I purchased the fonesafe insurance policy of the CPP group through Bajaj Finserv. When I tried to make a claim against the above-said policy, the membership was said to be canceled. I still have no idea, how when, or on what grounds my membership was canceled.

                        Mobile stolen but no claim is registered by the customer care

                        Bought a realme mobile worth Rs. 27999 on October 2021 from dealer who is in malad West. And with that purchase the Bajaj person enrolled me to Bajaj fonesafe classic insurance worth Rs. 2574 by saying your phone will be safe like if anything occurs to your phone, you can claim your loss. So with that trust I agreed with me... Am enclosing benefits he shared with me at that time.
                        Now an unexpectedly, my phone got stolen in Kandivali...

                        This is regarding CPP membership. On issuing of SBI credit card, CPP have approached me and promised to provide services like PAN card duplicate issuance as the present one got spoilt.

                        On 30tj November have sent the courier thru DTCT lite courier vide docket no H25213476. The same was received by them on 2nd December 2021.

                        As there was no response, have contacted CPP on 6th Jan2022, they have apologized .
                        Again on 12 th January 2022, called up CPP and spoke to Mr. Kanishk. No information and apologized and requested to send me a mail. The same has been sent and still no response.
                        Today spoke to Ms Diksha and asked f status, but again apologized and even denied to escalate the matter siting server issues. Till this time no update from them.

                        Resolution - To return my two years subscription fee and delete my name from the membership.

                        Attached is the acknowledgement of my docs by CPP .

                          With reference to the captioned subject I, Narendra Thakor(IAD104960) wish to inform you that I have several communications with you regarding the cancellation of my membership over mail and telephonic conversation. Though I am informed by your customer care executive that they can not cancel my membership because it is done by bajaj finserv (BFL)so I should go to bajaj finserv office. I did go there for serval time in the last month they said that they already sent a mail regarding cancellation I even sent mail to them also but no help is coming.
                          This is clearly written on the 5th page of the booklet I received from you on
                          ''You have a right to cancel Your Membership within ninety (90) days of Your Start Date. If you exercise this right to cancel then Your Membership will be canceled immediately and any payment of Membership Fees made by You (or BFL on Your behalf) will be refunded in
                          full to You (or BFL) as the case may be.''
                          My policy start date was 04/12/21 so I have the right to cancel it.
                          I am requesting you to make the full refund at the earliest.

                            This is regarding my claim LAN 6LDFSGS44570, It was closed without informing me. When I enquired after one month they told me that it is closed due to non submission of documents. One executive told me to send affidavit on 18th December, I quickly made it and submitted on 21 st December. After trying many times writing to [protected]@cpp, one person called me and telling me that it is onus on my side to enquire, this is strange when i applied for claim I was sure that it will come in a month. But he was teling me that I should have made enquiry and pursue my claim.
                            1. There was no sms or email to me from insurance partner, cpp groups and bajaj finesery regarding that I need to submit a missing document.
                            2. All attempt was made from my side after i did not get money in my account.
                            3. He told me that cpp cant do anything, I did not inform them regarding late submission.
                            4. I made claim and submission of documents requires final document from service center. Vivo service centre delayed it because of some technical issues but they told me taht they will give document for delay and there will not be any problem.
                            5. I sent it to cpp.
                            6. My name on cheque book is Ashutosh Kumar and my full name is Ashutosh Kumar Vishal, . They are telling that this mismatch so my claim was closed. I agree this but the account number which is attached to bajaj finesery and fonesafe from which they have been getting emi for 10 months is same.
                            7. They should have informed me, when i enquired, I made the affidavit and sent it in three days.
                            8. There was no email attached to my bajaj finery portal, i updated it few days back.
                            9. Bajaj finesery, cpp groups and insurance company for fone safe are not transparent, when i write to we care to bajaj they send email and sms to talk to cpp customer care and your query is resolved, when i talked to cpp three times once they told to send affidavit in three days your matter will be resolve d since you did not got mail, other time this gentleman lectured me that it was all my fault. I should have followed up from the day one of submission of the claim.
                            10. For taking loan, insurance they call me hundred of times, email and sms are sent regularly but for releasing claim money they cant email, sms or call to customer.

I was sold the membership using false claims that this plan was required otherwise I wont get my credit card, upon inquiring about the plan the customer care executive straight up lied and was rude. However after knowing the truth i cancelled my plan, however i have not yet received my money back. Process this request otherwise, i will go through the legal route .

                                  Pathetic service from SBI CPP. Wont take any of their services in the future. You know something is seriously messed up when you cant differentiate between a fraud company and CPP.

                                  I have called CPP CUSTOMER service for 10 times now without any help. Every time they deflect the question and put it on the CUSTOMERs themselves, like it was their fault to trust CPP, which in hindsight truly was.

                                  Attaching my account statement to prove that you bunch of ### are lying and are just interested in cheating CUSTOMERs by giving them false claims and robbing them of their hard earned money.

                                  Fraud company, doesnt care about customer service at all. Wont be using any CPP features going forward. Atleast have the guts to tell me when will i get my refund. Cheating customer of their hard earned money. Not replying properly on the call. Is this is how you guys have setup your customer service devision.

                                    Please cancel my cpp asset which has been activated without my knowledge and amount is also deducted... Membership No: AC3655076, name SR siyamala pushpa, may month itself I mailed that please don't activate cpp asset but without my knowledge they activated and they are deducting amount from June ...
