I raise request for the refund of my cpp card that I don't want that protection on 16th but amount still not refund and from call centre their is no resolution provided they always telling me that it will be refundable I miss fed-up with this and they are like seriously they don't have any info as well they always saying please wait first they said wait for 7 day but it's more than 14 days and then they are telling you have to wait more and now they all are not confirming the date and I didn't receive a single complaint no as well worst service literally
I m calling them again and again and they are not properly telling and not resolving my problem what is this like I'm thankful that I deactivate that card protection you are worst
I want my refund at any how

I have been trying to cancel my current membership and prevent renewal of my membership -due on 10th Oct 2021. I have been trying to reach out to the company through the mail id Provided in their web page, but the mail bounces back saying that such a mail id doesnt exist(cppindia.[protected]@cpp.co.uk). The toll free number provided[protected] the customer care executive doesnt answer the call. The website does not even provide a direct link to cancel the membership.

I am hereby placing on record that, i vivek viswanath, with membership no IA5308572, DOES NOT WANT ANY RENEWAL of the membership and that i want a confirmation by mail regarding the cancellation of my membership and that i will not be billed for renewal on my credit card.

Kindly look into the matter.

The difficulty that i am finding to cancel the membership, makes me feel that i am dealing with some sort of fraudulent company.

Purchased a mobile phone using bajaj finserv few days ago.
Bajaj finserv has automatically started DIGITAL FONE SAFE provided by CPP Group India costing around 6000/- inr.
I feel cheated as i was not made aware of it. Cancel this loan immediately.

I have been sending mails to discontinue the service in the past months as well, but no response.

I have already raised this issue with CPP customer service and they have confirmed cancellation and mentioned refund within 7 working days.

The executive also refused to share any cancellation and refund confirmation via mail or sms. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

On the day 08 September 21 I received a message your card ending 7648 debit Rs 25248/ further i go to SBI credit card office and submit a dispute form. On the day 22 September 21 I received a message our investigation could not in your favour further i go to SBI credit card office for quiry. Further SBI card office guide to me you claim this amount (25248/-) because your card protected in CPP. I request please claim my full amount at the earliest please.

Now SBI cards sale personal harassing me on daily basis for recovery of such amount.

I am not able to register a claim for accidental damage to my mobile phone, I have brought the plan from bajaj portal where is paid 2863 for insurance. Cpp is service provider and they have provided me membership id. When i tried to reach them to register my claim, They are not ready to accept and asking me to get in touch with bajaj, I have made both parties on conference, CPP is not able to provide the details and they providing fake promises to customer saying we will get back to u. i have called them more than 10 times but no response and they not even connecting me to manager to convey my concern, They are cheating customers with fake insurance policy It is more than 15 days still no response to mail i sent.

Initially I have called the cpp to register the claim but they have denied saying the current membership called 'Mobile Protection Plan' is not with cpp and I need to get in touch with bajaj. I have called the concerned number[protected] which was provided by the cpp to register the claim. But Bajaj claimed that it was not able to fetch the membership details either by IMEI number, register phone number, or membership plan. They have asked me to call cpp again and register the claim. On august 22, my credit card statement came with extra 2499₹ for a unknown reason. later i came to know that so call CPP group deduct that for membership policy. I immediately search their cc no and call them to reactivate my membership and refund me, they agreed on that and said that refund will done soon. from 22 august to 9 sep 19 days gone, they dodnt make my money back yet. I have two questions first is for CPP and 2nd one is for SBI. They are

1. How do CPP group deduct my money without my permission.
2. How SBI allow them to deduct my money without my knowledge.

I want reply from both. Thank you.

Mobile Protection plan was explained to me and i have agreed/ given consent for the same but Card Protection plan has issued to me which i dont want to accept, So request for cancellation of the plan.

I cancelled my membership by calling customer care 30 aug 2021even though y promise me to refund 7 working day now is over still I don't receive refund every time I call for update your customer exicutive say waiting for some time and refused to give any more information

I have purchased a laptop on emi from bajaj finance, my emi is of 4520rs per month.
But now received msg from bajaj finance that i have purchased an insurance with my loan, after that i checked my loan details the digital cpp telebinding (Rs 540 per emi) activited without my permission.

It's totally fraud, i'm not acceptable to pay this cpp charges

I claimed warrenty of my phone and it was picked up on 26 july, now 1 month passed but they not only telling me status of my phone repair when i try to connect then the tell we will contact to you within 1-2 days but they not respond

I have cancelled my cpp plan 7 august 2021..But not refund 2499 amount of copy plan..It's deducted..And bill issued..Plz refund 2499 amount ...
Note...I have complained 3 times..

I was rassid an complanit of my device innsurance and it was closed without telling me anything

I cancelled my membership by calling [protected] on 29th July, 2021.Even though you promised to refund me within 7 working days, it's been 10 working days (14 days in total) since then, still I don't have the refund. Every time I call for update, your customer care executive says to wait for 2 more days and refuses to give any more information.

Kindly arrange for my refund asap.
