I am a very old client of your esteemed bank. Last year February I became the membership of CPP (Card Protection) and I have not enjoyed the same at all. I was on medical leave for the last three months from the office. During the mid-february this year, this membership has been expired. Unauthorized payment deducted from my credit card account

Unauthorized auto payment

Its embarassing to see a msg stating an amount of 1287 has been deducted for CPP plan without my consent. I cannot tolerate this, do you think its a service. You are looting money. I want to claim my money back. My card ends with 8781. I would like to complain this and take it on a long way. how can you deduct MY MONEY without my consent. I have not yet provided my card details for insurance....

Three times I called and got the same reply that documents will reach in 7 to 10 working days. It's been now a months crossed and I haven't get this so called policy started. I don't even have my policy number now as the only message I received on my mobile has been deleted. So legally, I have no legitimate policy with me. Unauthorized charge in Credit Card and direction to reverse

On or about Dec. 2, 2012 I got a mobile alert from AXIS Bank Credit Card Service that an amount of Rs. 1680/- has been debited to my credit card account due to charge recorded by CPP Assistance for Credit Card Protection.

This is completely unauthorized and illegal transaction since no permission has been obtained from me. Even no prior information was there regarding such charge/debit.

Being a privileged banker, I was offered two Platinum Credit Cards bearing nos. 4629 xxxx xxxx 0006 and 4629 xxxx xxxx 0014, which I could never use. cpp india is a fraud/ embezzle - enrolled me & debited my card without my approval, now refuses to refund

This is Abhishek Srivastava from Bangalore. I saw an entry for Rs 1295 in my statement for the Card number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for CPP protection. I would like to mention that I HAVE NEVER REGISTERED FOR THIS SERVICE and I am very shocked to see that amount could be debited from my card without my consent/approval. I have called up their Customer Service number and they said that they can only provide me 50% of the refund as per the policy....
