Address:Ground Floor, Wing A,Golf View Corporate Tower - A, Golf Course Rd., Sector 42,Gurgaon 122002

Mobile Protection plan was explained to me and i have agreed/ given consent for the same but Card Protection plan has issued to me which i dont want to accept, So request for cancellation of the plan.
