    My order no[protected]. I booked a saree on 22/11/16. My order canceled by craftvilla. On 29/11/16. I not gate my round of rs/-499. Till date.21/12/16. Craftvilla use my money without interest. From 22/11/16. If saree was out of stock. Why not remove image from site. This is one kind of scandal for use other's money. I never shopping with. Craftvilla. And i shre my experience with all my friends.

        Its been more than 2 wks i have initiated refund request but they are not processing it.nobody is there to assist.only harrasement.I have been calling them, mailing them but they are just not bothered.Everytime i get the same ans that it willbe done shortly.This is the worst site I have come across.Please take some action so that I get back my hard earned money and these cheats get a lesson.

            I bought a lehenga from this website for which i paid Rs.2049. The company mentions that they refund the shipping charges, if any, which is borne by the customer if they return the product. I did not like the product material at all as it was different from what was shown in the image, so I returned it. Pickup option was not available at my pincode hence I had to return the product myself. As the product weighed 800gms, it cost me Rs.280 to courier it. Now the company refunded the money after 10days(I had to follow up a lot on mails) and that too only Rs.2048, i.e, no courier charges. No proper customer service is there. Customer has to first invest time in selecting and buying the product and in case the product is not as expected then has to further waste time in following up for his own money to be refunded.

              We had ordered for banglori black colour lehangha style suit against the order umber[protected], our opinion against the product we thought it would be ready-made but turned up to semi stitched which was not to out expectations and no where it was mentioned that it will be semi stitched either. The quality of the product is also very dull another let down. I hereby attached the snap shot of the dress and the invoice copy for your reference, I spoke to customer care number they kind of least interested in talking the process of easy returns was least attentive, finally got to know the refund can be done within a weeks time hoping that will done at the mentioned time or even before is highly appreciated.

                I have ordered two sarees on 1st nov 2016. On 7th nov craftsvilla delivered me a salwar piece which was a wrong product. For which i had to pay Rs. 1049 since it was delivered in my name and address. Also after complaining for refund, they asked me to self courier it. Very poor refund response. One month and 12days and still no refund has been processed.Doesn't value the customer at all.Gives only false promises.

Also the supervisor doesn't give response at all.
                Total amount is Rs. 1149 including the self courier price.

                    I have returned 2 dress matterials of 949 Rs each, total amount Rs 1898. It's been a year and half and I keep sending them emails and reminding them about this now and then, but I have not received any response from them, no email, no call, no refund. It's been a year and half as I have placed this order in May 2015. I wish to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I have all the emails I have send them and the picture of the dress I ordered. They have sent me a very poor quality matterials. The dress shown in the picture was different than what they sent to me.

Otherwise I was very disturbed so as to who should I contact if the company is not showing any heed to me. But now I am happy. Actually there is another company too whom I have been trying to contact, but they too are not considerate right now.                       I had placed an order on 21st November 2016 with three items, shipment 2 got delivered, Shipment 1 and 3 have not been delivered. I have been following up via email as well as posted on facebook the only reply that i have been getting is, refund will be processed and will get back to you. All the same replies. This site is of very low quality for online orders and specially refunds. Both my orders were cancelled because in one case they were out of stock and in the other case the dealer was not receiving their calls according to the emails sent. I hope in some way my order amount is refunded to me. I am kind of losing hope on getting my money back. Customer Service is really very bad. My order details are as below.

                      Rs. 602 amount received just now. But this is not the correct amount I am supposed to be getting Rs. 749 but even if we cancel the 100 Rs discount(which is actually not correct) even after that I am supposed to get Rs. 650. Since I have not cancelled the order and its a lack of service efficiency from your side I dont think there should be any refund charges that you should be charging. The item was not shipped at all. The entire process has taken three weeks you should be refunding my total amount.

                          Greetings!

                          I have ordered some dress material on Craftsvilla.com on 20th Nov. 2016. Didn't get any update till 30th Nov. 2016 hence called the customer care and got that the item is not in stock hence the order is cancelled and the amount would be refunded withing 7-8 business days.

                          First of all if item is not in stock they should inform us and refund money immediately but nothing was done.

                          I wrote an email to [protected]@craftsvilla.com on 6th Dec., 2106 and mentioned everything clearly but they replied that the seller is unable to supply the products hence you will get refund of your money in 10-15 business days. This looks like they are not interested in refund at all. Simply throwing some statements to customer that we are working on.

                          Do the refund process really need that much time?

                          Looks like this site taking money from the customers in the name of order and just utilizing it. This company is not the trustworthy business organization and CHEATING customers.

                          Guys please do not buy anything from Craftsvilla.com and make aware the same to your family and friends as well.

                          Yes Kamini similar situation with me i have also taken to facebook to keep people aware of not buying anything from here. My Money is not even refunded all i have been getting is our team is looking into the issue. We will give you a voucher and what not. But nothing received as of now. Plus the website is messed up big time. I think you should also let your friends and relatives know and create an awareness of not to buy from here. One of my friend had warned me that even the quality of the product is bad. But i went ahead and still brought stuff but useless. I have a pending refund amount of Rs. 1217. This is very disappointing.

                                I had cancelled an order, on 27th Nov, but no refund has been done till date. I am always told by the call centre that it will be done in 3-4 days. it looks very suspicious now, as no body from the company has ever written an email or communication on the cancellation. It seems that they have run out of cash and now trying to swipe our cards for their own needs. Never ever buy anything from this website. Fraud, bound to go belly up !

                                    The product I recieved was not at all upto the mark ! It is not worth a buy. Very cheap material used in the gown . It didn't match upto my expectations as seen in the picture ! The picture provided against the product name has a very classy yet elegant look but the product recieved was very dissatisfictory ! There is a lot of work on the bust area with all the sequens and stuff but the suit material which I recieved was very very awful to look at ! It was a huge disappointment to recieve such useless and bad product from Craftsvilla!
