I have returned 2 dress matterials of 949 Rs each, total amount Rs 1898. It's been a year and half and I keep sending them emails and reminding them about this now and then, but I have not received any response from them, no email, no call, no refund. It's been a year and half as I have placed this order in May 2015. I wish to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I have all the emails I have send them and the picture of the dress I ordered. They have sent me a very poor quality matterials. The dress shown in the picture was different than what they sent to me.

Complaint marked as Resolved I was contacted by the company through mail and given me the refund details. I am satisfied with the quick response I got this time. Otherwise I was very disturbed so as to who should I contact if the company is not showing any heed to me. But now I am happy. Actually there is another company too whom I have been trying to contact, but they too are not considerate right now. If this continues I will be filing a complaint against them in consumercomplaints.com soon.
