I had ordered 4 dresses from Craftsvilla worth INR 5k approx. on Nov 22, 2016. The amount got deducted from my account but the ordered was cancelled by Craftsvilla saying that the payment did not reach them. I had to place the same order again which got completed. Then I was informed that my 1st order was processed and was sent to me. Due to duplicate orders, I had to cancel this order for which REFUND OF INR 4899/- WAS NOT INITIATED EVEN AFTER 2 MONTHS AND REMINDING THEM MULTIPLE TIMES. Everytime I get the response that we have initiated it and you will get the refund in 7-10 working days. The amount of INR 4289/- was refunded to me on Jan 20, 2016 (after calling them multiple times) and INR 610/- (Shipment ID:[protected] is yet to be refunded. I have already called them twice after this and got the same response on both the times.

    I was trying to order a kurti on Thursday, money from my account got debited but the order was not placed and money also not refunded. I was trying to contact costumer care but I couldn't contact fro my Craftsvilla app. I don't know what's the problem. Kindly refund the amount ASAP

      I sent an email to the customer care on 10th Jan 2017 to cancel the order and issue a refund voucher. I have not received the refund voucher till date.

      Pls help to resolve this issue at the earliest.

            Order placed on 06/11/2016, shipment received on 22/11/2016, wrong material received, so asked for return pickup, pickup done on 2811/2016, seller received on 01/12/2016. Informed by customer care that we want refund for the wrong supply on 2/12/2016. Send asked bank details on 2/12/2016. After a clear instruction also we have received vouchers on 9/12/2016.
            Now we are not able to access my id as forgot password and not able to reset as well.
            Same is informed while sending bank details to customer care.
            Since then every week i am calling customer care and still my issue is unresolved.
            Following are the names of your customer care rep with whom i am interacting:

            3. Satbir
            4. Jyotsna
            5. Ajay
            6. Shabbir
            7. Ajeet
            And finally last but not the least team leader ms. Seema ghosh,
            Till my case will be resolved. Everytime i call your rep says kindly give us another 2 working days or 4 working days to resolve the issue, and when i says that last time also you said the same thing then they said that this is the last time we are asking for the time.
            I dont know how many reminders or escalation to finance team is required to qualify for refund.

                          We issued an order from Craftsvilla on dated 18/11/2016 but returned their product on 24/11/2016 due to the delay in their delivery date. It has become 1 month and 3 days that the refund hasn't been made to our account but they keep on saying that it has already been transacted on 22/12/2016. They don't even know the bank account number to which they had made the transaction. And the same mail as sent by them has been attached below. We have also attached the bank details of date 22/12/2016 which shows no transaction from them. The amount is of Rs 2047.00.

                            I hv placed order on 16 dec 2016 and it hasn't reached me till date 2 jan 2017. The site previously showed product delivered now it is showing return initiated but i haven't returned it neither have i recieved it. I have called almost 5-6 times n the customer care executives everytime says only one thing "wait for 1-2 days we will solve ur prob" but i dont get any notification and now their cell no is not even reacheable now. This seems a complete fraud. I am highly dissatisfied.

                                I have ordered 2 products after seeing the pics available on the site. But to my surprise the product quality was so cheap & beyond our imagination. Due to poor, cheap & pathetic quality, we requested to arrange the refund of product on 1/12/16. After calling & chasing for product refund, it was picked up on 08/12/16. Now since today 28/12/16, i m chasing for my refund to be credited in my bank a/c. Still getting followups dates for 4-5 days.

                                I haven't got my refund till today. I have already told in my very first call that the email id provided to you doesn't exist & I have given my another ID to communicate, on which I'm regular in touch with the team.
                                I have been told by your team that the refund has been provided to us in the form of Voucher. May I ask you that who has asked for Voucher when I have told that I need my refund in my Bank. My bank details are already with your team. Why have you not refunded my money in bank till now. Are you paying me the interest on my money ?
                                It's more than 2 months till date, you are using my Money.
                                pls let me know if you are able to refund my money or not?

                                  It's almost 3 months we received an email from craftsvilla that our refund has been processed but nothing has been received in the bank account and the ladies at phone customer care are not at all helpful.                                     I had ordered a Mahi Rhodium plated shimmering Leaves Mangalsutra to Craftsvilla vide Craftsvilla order No[protected], on receipt of the envelope containing the item it was found that the mentioned item was not inside the envelope, it was immediately informed to Craftsvilla toll free number and they asked me to write an email to customer care which I did and they gave me a reference ID of Incident:[protected] saying that my item will be sent to me in 2 business days but till date I have not got the same delivered .This is totally unethical by Craftsvilla .
                                    I want my product for which I had already paid Craftsvilla or complete refund of my payment done to Craftsvilla .

                                      I ordered a saree from craftsvilla on the date: 22nd november 2016 for which i received the delivery on 26th of november 2016.

                                      As the product was not appropriate, i initiated a return process for the product which was requested on date 29th november 2016.

                                      Product was successfully returned and i received an email saying that the amount will be transferred to my bank account. It says that the amount will be processed and you will receive the amount in your bank account in 7-10 days. But it never happened in my case. They also mentioned that they have successfully initiated the fund transfer with sharing some payment gateway transaction.

                                      I tried checking the account but i never received any amount. When i requested to check for the refund, they said they have done it and asked me to check the account again (Dec 12th). I said i havent received the amount, then i was asked to share the screenshots of my bank account to check for the transactions in the month of november and december. I shared it both the statements screenshots (14th december)

                                      Few days after that on 15th december they emailed me that your transaction was delayed due to technical issues and refund has been initiated again and you will get the amount in your account in 7 working days.

                                      Its 24th december and i havent received in my bank account associated in my craftsvilla customer account. They never update the client and say that they will revert to us in 24-48 hours.

                                      Its the worst experience i had shopping online and craftsvilla is surely the worst of all. The refund process they say is absolutely easy, but in my case they are just avoiding my issues and delaying the transfer due to poor reasons.

                                      I need complete refund asap.

                                        I ordered a heavy net lahenga and I received the product but the product quality was not as good as it was mentioned in the product information. The dress material was very poor and stitching was not good, the lagega cloth was damaged from inside. Actually it was totally different from the picture and product details too. So, I need to return the product. Kindly I request you to please process my refund. Thank you.
