I have returned the product last week but didn't get full amount, I paid for three Kurtis 2797 rs and the refund amount is 1047. Where is my 1750 rs.

This mail is regarding complaint against craftsvilla online shopping centre.
I ordered 4 sharees from your website with order number[protected] on 31st Aug 2016.
Which later was splited into three different orders with order no:[protected],[protected] and[protected].

Out of above three orders I received only first two order[protected] and[protected] and the third order is still on the way. Whereas you people have committed to deliver all these orders within 6-8 working days.

And the order which I have received was not as per the specification mentioned in their website.
So I called to their customer care for the return of my product (which I received) and refund of the amount for the product (which I have not received yet).

But these people are not taking action seriously and every day I used to call them for the same topic. And every day these people giving excuses on daily basis.
So, request you to please do the investigation and and resolve the issue otherwise I have to go to the consumer court for justice.

The skirt i got by poshak mart does not match to the picture shown, like the feathers attached to it are not present due to which its not looking good. its order no. is[protected]. as the product is not up to mark so i request to collect it plz

I have returned product to craftsvilla but they never refund my money.

I ordered a product of rs. 3969 and returned it on 10th sep because the product was completely rubbish. I also updated my bank details for refund. According to them refund had been initiated on 12th sep but yet i didn't received it. From 13th sep i was dropping mail and calling them regarding this but i am getting excuses only. After 10 days i received a response as a proof of refund initiated still not completed. Everytime a new customer care executive asked me to wait 24 hours but still i didn't get any positive feedback from their side. I provided them my bank statements as well but they always asked to discuss in bank.
I saw so many people are facing the same issue.
Being a software engg. I always give them suggestion to transfer my call to any technical dept person or with the finance team so that i can check with my account number to which there were trying to refund. But there is nobody who have little bit knowledge for this. They can only just pass the message and don't know where that complaints actually goes. I think they are just making fool of customers.
Please help us and at least send a notice to the company head regarding the same.

I have made an online purchase through craftsvilla.. Order no.[protected]., craftsvilla booked the same through aramexfor delivery.. While tracking i found it reached trivandrum. But everyday iam receiving a message your courier is out for delivery and get ready the amount for delivery., but till today no one came to my house for delivery the courier booked with awb [protected].. Everyday evening iam getting a message nobody in the house so delivery shifted to another working day. I am always in my house and waiting for them.. While i made a call to aramex office in trivandrum the person took the phone asked me to make a complaint to craftsvilla. He told he cannot help me anyway. So please do the needful urgently.

Recieved product is not as good as shown in picture . The cloth of suit is not pure cotton and not suitable to wear for me so i want to return The Fashion Treasure New Mehdi & Maroon Color Designer Printed Salwar Suit Khr10005 .
Please refund my money and take back your product as soon as possible .

I had ordered 2 suits on 9 th September and expected delivery 16 September but my order didn't dispatched till 20 of September, then I called customer care service and told everything to him then he cancelled my order and said my amount which I have paid Online for the item is refunded in 7 working days so please take any action for it otherwise I will complain in consumer forum...and refund my amount as soon as possible

I ordered a dress from craftsvilla.. It's delivered monday.. But now i want to exchange this dress with another dress.. Bcoz i don't like the material & the colour is also not same as shown online.. So i want to exchange that dress.. Order no. Is[protected]

The saree booked by me was light pink in colour and was a single coloured saree but the one which i received is orange and pink in colour that is its a two coloured saree so i request you to change the one dilevred to me by the light pink colour saree. As the saree dilevred to me looks very tacky so i request you to change it as soon as possible. I hope the actions will be taken apone my complaint
