Craftsvilla is very much patethic. First of all they are giving payout after 21 days of the order plaved by customer and in that also they are duducting % commission and apart from this shipping and logistics charge also. If you have shipped yhe product directly and you mailed them and call them then also they will deduct what they wabt to do... I have faved loss in my order whichever i got from craftsvilla. They want u to follow each and every instruction as you are registered as a er with them but they wil not follow. They will not reply you on your mail also. I would recommend you all to use kraftly which is much far better than craftsvilla and their commission percentage is alsoess and they revert n solve your query.

    I am based in UK and had placed order number[protected] for 2 x pink lengha paid $62.00 each, had asked to be delivered in Ahmedabad.

    I was given a what sap number[protected]. after chasing them times and times my order was rec'd in Ahmedabad, I was shocked to see the material they sent me it was very cheap and nothing like what it showed on line.
    I requested it to be returned, and I was told it will be picked up from the addressed delivered. they gave me a date of Tuesday 14th as it was holi.
    nobody has yet picked up the items and now they are not even responding to the messages.

    I should have read peoples reviews before ordering. it is a fake company taking peoples money and not delivering as promised.

          Hi sir,

          I want my money refund back in my account i have returned product on 24th february and also provided my bank details with passbook screenshot but i did not received my money back... Customer service says they have initiated amount on 7th march but i did not received it even after 10 days of their promise... Please take an action and give me my money back because of their cheap products and worst service i will never buy anything from craftsvilla website... I am feeling like cheated.

          I want to write this to show how i am feeling after shopping from craftsvilla. I have purchased 1 product on 21st february 2017 and returned the same due to poor quality of product and already sent my bank details with passbook screentshot and they say we have initiated your refund on 7th march if this is true then why i have not received my money even after 11days don't say my bank details are wrong because you have my bank passbook screenshot to match details... This is my first online experience where i seen such disgusting company who make customers suffer and make them believe i[censored] don't keep doing complaints we will eat your money that's how we become happiness team

          Now it's clear to me - craftsvilla is a fake company and they have blind and deaf people in their company i have sent you my bank passbook screenshot with bank details written in email on 1st march to refund my amount but even after 23 days i am still getting email that your bank details does not match and we are not able to refund amount... are you guys can't see screenshot or please tell me frankly if you are not interested to return my amount as i have purchased product on 23 february means 1 month before and returned the same product due to cheap quality but i am still struggling to get my money back... is this how you treat your customers and think they would ever love to purchase from you guys... it was a mistake to buy something from craftsvilla.com and i would never repeat this mistake ever kindly give me my money back... and please don't just copy paste lines like we will get back to you because we don't receive an reply from you on matter, take some actions...

I orderd a yellow saree (Id: 3643664) but what i recieved is pink (I've uploaded a photo of that). Now today i have appealed for return request but i doubt that they may refuse to return and say that we delivered the right one.

              I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recently purchase from your website. I have recently purchased a Saree from your website, my order number is #[protected]. My parcel is arrived on 23rd Feb 2017, the product was not satisfactory hence I decided to pick a different one and returned the parcel with self ship with courier charges of Rupees 250 as I was told there is not return service - Sorry, pick up facility is not available at you location(500016 )

              I have been calling the team for status and do not get any positive response, I have also sent email with the required details and the screen shot of the courier details and also the snap of the unavailability of the return services. I would request that you confirm in the next 3 days that you will provide the refund to the returned parcel to the earliest.

              Should I not receive this confirmation I will have no alternative but to raise a dispute through the Craft villa Buyer Protection dispute resolution process or to Consumer court action.

                    This seems to be a fraud and a fake company. Placed an order on 21st of February 2017. Then received a email on 22nd stating in there that the product has been dispatched and a tracking number[protected] was there and the courier service used was Fedex Courier. I do have all the emails as a record of proof regarding this case. I did not receive anything till 27th of February and then called the customer care to of fedex courier to which they straight away denied that the tracking number is incorrect and invalid. It doesnot exist in their system. Then called craftsvilla.com customer care to which first of all they said that that they will look into the matter and disconnected the call for three times. Fourth time they said that they will revert in 48 hours but they never called up. They confirmed on 4th March 2017 that the seller refused to dispatch the order and they will refund money for the order soon. They have neither send a confirmation email regarding the refund, nor they have refunded the money. The customer care executives does not solve your problem, but in fact will increase your tensions.
                    Please help me regarding this and appeal to Indians not to trust company like this. You can find n number of complaints against crafsvilla.com. Lets awake.

Think that if they do the same to at least 1 lakh customer what they did to me then alongwith the bank interest they have more than a lac in a small span of time. The customer care of craftsvilla will provably explain in a response below that Re.1 is payu transaction charge or something like that, but we should not trust them at all. If you purchase from genuine websites like amazon india, ebay, flipkart, snapdeal then they dont do this. From here you can understand that something is suspicous. Dear Indians, the common man of India has to awake and fight with these sort of curropted companies. Lets awake.

                        Hello, I have placed the orders of 2 sarees and the amount got deducted from my account upon which I received a confirmation email with the order ID I[protected].
                        This order was placed on February 9th and ever since then I did not receive any tracking details or whatsoever!!!
                        I have sent an email and they replied that they will send the information in 48 hours but that never happened and 10 days has passed since!!!

                        This is second bad experience with craftsvilla!
                        Can I please get an update on what is exactly happening with this order and when I will receive it?

                            Craftsvilla seems to be very non-flexible organization, As I was overseas and requesting the product after my return to India due to cheap material, they seems to be responding like robots.

                            Never buy any product from craftsvilla. cheap material double pricing. better product available in retail shops.

                            For info, craftsvilla charged me 1250 inr on 21st February, and initiated rufund of 1249 inr on 6th March 2017.
                            Indians, think about how they are cheating customers. In India we have craze for online shopping and this website are cheating and making money from us. Think that if they do the same to at least 1 lakh customer what they did to me then alongwith the bank interest they have more than a lac in a small span of time. The customer care of craftsvilla will provably explain in a response below that Re.1 is payu transaction charge or something like that, but we should not trust them at all. If you purchase from genuine websites like amazon india, ebay, flipkart, snapdeal then they dont do this. From here you can understand that something is suspicous. Dear Indians, the common man of India has to awake and fight with these sort of curropted companies. Lets awake.
                            I have complained yesterday that i did not recieve my order and then today i have seen they have cancelled my order without any reason. It was urgent then.now i have to spend more mney on something

                                I received a product that I did not order. Product was picked after several follow up. Now I'm waiting for my refund since one month and no response. They're not even responding to my emails. Never expected Craftsvilla to be so pathetic. Although it's not a huge amount, it does count my trust on a company. I trusted you and ordered but you are a worst company I have ever seen. I need my money back at any cost. Craftsvilla, have some decency to reply to emails sent. Stop repeating like parrots. Come on take some action if you want to survive in the market.

                                  I requested for return of a product on 18/01/2017. It's been a month and it hasn't been reverse picked up yet. I keep calling them and they keep demanding 48 more hours. I'm fed up of this. First, I don't get the product I order and then take so much trouble regarding its return. I'm not sure how much time will they take for a refund. Craftsvilla please look into this issue and refund my money as soon as possible.

                                      I have already been discussed with your customer care executive regarding my refund issue.
                                      I placed order for 2 saree(rs1215+rs1049) on 11th of Jan 2017 by ICICI debit card in the name of Vaibhav Gaikwad.
                                      Payment initiated and money got deducted, (Total = 2564(300rs shipping) )
                                      But on a same day I cancelled 1 saree (rs1215), next day I ordered same saree with another deduction by Debit card.
                                      Then after some days I have returned 1 saree(rs 1049) which been delivered, I got refund on that saree but what about my 1st refund?
                                      I have been called your customer care but they said we have initiated your refund you will get it soon.but have not received yet .
                                      Please give my refund back and do the needful for the same.
