    Hi,
    I ordered one product from craftsvilla. Once i got the product it was totally different and after some time i got the text message from craftsvilla that your product has out of delivery. Then next morning i called craftvilla customer care they said return on that seller address. I called that seller he said i never send any product. Again i called customer care they said our pereson will come with in 3 days n will take your product now its going to be 6 days nobody came and still i m waiting my 1450 rs return. They shared my details.

              I bought an Anarkali suit from craftsvilla on Oct 1, order no #[protected] .Product was delivered on Oct 5, 2016. Since the product delivered was not as per the description & the image provided in website, I raised a return order on Oct 6, 2016.

              Even after raising the return request, no pick up had been done for the product.I have called the craftsvilla around 10 times & had even dropped the mail.

              Customer care always said that we have escalated the issue & pick up would be done, but till now no pick up had been done.

              First I was delivered an unsatifactory product & now I have wasting so much money on making call to the customer care.

                                      This is really a very very bad experience. Have ordered gown for my pre wed shoot firstly i got many mails that my order is cancelled and finally when i got the parcel it was salwar suit cloth with dupptta (That too in very bad quality with different color) i cant believe any site can respond like this & when i am trying to contact they are not responding. Such a fraud & irresponsible e-commerce site. Order no #[protected]. I hope after reading this you people will respond me.

                                      its customer care numbers also not responding.
                                      its really toooo much.
                                      please give my money back craftsvilla & take your fraud back to you.

                                        The product delivered to me was wrong... THIS IS VERY DISAPPOINTING FOR THE CUSTOMER AND IT CAN'T BE EXCHANGED ALSO... I didn't like the service because I did not get the desired product...I really hope u give the customer what they actually want... I may even never come on this site because I'm not getting what I want... How can you'll change the color of the dress and give it?? And not be sorry about it... I even called the customer care number and it was helpless I'm not at all happy with your service I hope you'll look into this and consider the complaint
