The Following items were booked against online shopping from craftsvilla.com. Company has failed to deliver the goods with in stipulated time frame. No reply has been given by company against my feedback/mails on company web site. The express courrier company referred also not responded against my mail. This seems to be a fake company or so. Troubling a customer through online shopping needs to be corrective action taken against company. In case no response received within next 10 days, I shall not be blamed to spoil the name of Craftsvilla.com and its partner Rajasthani Sarees as well as express courier company involved through various mode of communications as well publishing through newpaper/social sites.

I have ordered a product at Craftsvilla.com . there was an option of cash on delivery for which I opted.next day onward I got call frm a courier company who confirmed about the delivery. next day they came with an invoice for collecting the cash and there was only a number against the product, no description. there was a contact number on the invoice but it is incorrect as I checked.so I refused to pay and then I cancelled my order.
This is Geeta and have ordered many sarees but not received couple of yet and no action from the customercase, from the seller...

It seems I have lost my money by booking some sarees in this site. I supposed to receive these saree before 10 days but not yet received .. Even I have no sensible reply from the neither from the site not from the seller.. Already raise many dispute notes but no result...

Even if I have raised dispute note, no action was taken so far. The order no is[protected] worth of Rs.1550 and[protected] worth of Rs. 1, 850.

My Wife Dr. Jayanti Sen Kayal of 221/A, APC, Road, Shyambazar, Kolkata-54, ordered on 19.01.2015 for two items of Clothe. But, til date it is not delivered to my wife or at my residence at the above address. It was conveyed to us through mail that it will be supplied on 28.01.2015.

I want to return product which i purchase from craftvilla
We got two orders from Craftvilla and shipped the products to the customer. But the payment has not been received from your end though it's been over 15 days now. This is really disappointing, they don't even have a courtesy to respond to our mails regarding the payment. It is now over 15 days we sent out the product and no updates on payment has been given to us. Worst website ever for shopping and selling. Worst customer service.

    This is regarding the shipment for the order[protected] to an Indian company named 'Craftsvilla' situated and registered office at Mumbai, India. We have had issues from the onset when the order was placed with the delay in the processing of the order. Now due to a serious lapse of responsibility from the people handling the courier ( DTDC and FedEx) we have now lost the package. According to DTDC and FedEx a signature was not required when the delivery was done and hence the package was just dropped at the door when we were out on that day . And due to this the package was stolen the same day.

    I have been running pillar to pillar firstly for this order to get processed and now due to the mishandling of the shipment we have lost it now. I have called in FedEx and DTDC both of them for handling the claims for this shipment and they have categorically told me that the shipper is the person responsible for ensuring the the shipment had to be hand delivered rather than the door drop option which was done in this case. I went to pursue this issue with "Craftsvilla" here in this case Shipper since I have been so much aggravated since this was meant for making my son's b'day memorable I requested them beged for for documents little co-operation i stated, requested them I will need the following details :

    1. Copy of the AirBill for the DTDC shipment N93944244
    2. Was this shipment insured ? If not why ?
    3. Was this shipment when done to DTDC required the receiver's signature?

    and I told them that Once they provide me all these details I will have to follow that up with DTDC and FedEx and try to get this claim settled but no they didnt reply on the same instead they said we are not responsible.

    please help us.
