I have placed order on craftvilla.com for two suits, but next day i have tried to cancel both the orders through customer care but they said one item has been dispatched and it cannot be cancelled at this moment u can reject the delivery at your door steps. So i did the same. Its been 4 days but i dint received any confirmation mail or call regarding my balance refund amount (Refund for 1 item is received).

    Craftsvilla has been repeating the same line for 16 days now. Here is the latest:
    I am unable to attach the photo of the invoice here as it is more heavier.
    However i have sent the snapshots of the invoice, the cover and the saree to craftsvilla... No response till now.
    They are fraudulent and want to evede refund on some pretext.

      I had ordered a saree from craftsvilla.com for Rs.1480/- and received the same on the 12th April 2017.
      IT WAS HORRIBLE-A MERE PIECE OF SEE-THROUGH NET.
      SO I put the Return and Refund request within an hour but till date-that is in the past 12 days no movement from Craftsvilla to pick up and refund the amunt.
      This amounts to fraud with the customers.
      I want my refund immediately.

      I have raised a return request the same day as i received my courier-12th of april 2017.
      Now today they say that i have not sent my return request on time.
      Disgusting fraud it is.
      I mailed them immediately... And they replied that it is being picked up for refund... Now they say that it is not possible. The delay is from them... Not mine
      I want my refund.

        Please never buy any thing from craftsvilla. I ordered a suit piece. The product that was delivered was different and of bad quality. They dont refund delivery charges. And despite of all odd i went to the tailor for getting it stitched...
        To my horror cloth was less in length specified.

        Now it can not get exchanged not i can use it.
        Even the design was not similar to shown in the picture.
        Eventually i end up buying a dusting cloth worth 800rs.
        Though the material is not good enough for dusting cloth also...

                  I ordered one saree worth RS.2599 with Order Id:[protected] through debit card and after 10 min i ordered another one.So, i canceled the 1st order and i got a message i will get my money after 24 hrs. But after 3 days, when i asked customer service of CraftsVilla about my refund, they simply disconnected my call . Govt should ban CraftsVilla service as they are bloody cheater.pls resolve my problem.

                    I had ordered a saree on craftsvilla and today i received only 6 yards of net which cannot be worn by any decent lady... It is nonsense and i shelled out rs.1490/- for this junk which may not cost them 200/- also in cost.
                    I am shocked that such a fraud is practiced by so called best online ethnic store.
                    When i tried to create a return/refunds online on their webpage - nothing was available to file and post a return request.
                    I received the piece only now-12/04/2017 at 3 pm...
                    I want my money back and helplessly i sent a return request mail to the customer care.

                                    Placed an Order #[protected] on 21st Mar'17 for Anarkali Suit. Received on 24th Mar'17, post delivery wanted to return the product as it seems to be different from what was shown on the website. It says self return & that I need to courier it to the seller (Surat location). Tried reaching customer care number mentioned in the website, but its in correct.
                                    Please assist on this issue ASAP so that I can start with my refund policy.

                                      I bought product from craftsvilla.com on 02-Mar-2017 vide transaction id:[protected].
                                      After 10 days on 12-Mar-2017 I received email from craftvilla stating that product that I ordered is not in stock with them hence they are refunding the money in 03 days.

                                      As on today 24-Mar-2017, still I have not received the refund back.

                                      I think craftvilla company is a fraud company and cheating the customers. My questions are:

                                      1) If you don't have stock then why do you accept the order and payment ?
                                      2) Why After 22 days still refund is not given back ?

                                      It is just take the money from customer and enjoy the amount. A false & cheaters company. Pls don't buy and waste your time on this company.

                                      this is 30 days passed and still I have not received the refund amount in my CC account. When contacted to craftsvilla customer care, they said it will be refunded soon. but soon never ended.

                                      But I can see thousands of complains on internet against Craftvilla.com and 90% of them are related to refund. This shows that Craftsvilla is not returning the money back to customers and cheating them.

                                      I also now feel that I am also one of the victim of this cheater company and as they are doing with other customers, I also will not get refund of my money.

                                      Any way, this is a big fraud and cheating case. I am going to file a police case now without wasting time.

                                      I request all affected customers to send their case details on my mail id [protected]@gmail.com

                                      Will consolidate all cases and will put it on the FIR.
                                      I am also struggling to get my money back from 1 month even i have provided my bank details but what i always receive from craftsvilla... is an email that mention we are not able to refund your amount because your bank details are wrong...

                                      When i have provided my bank passbook screenshot then how my bank details can be wrong seems like you have to go personally with voter id card and bank passbook and documents to show them as a proof that you deserve your money back...

                                      Highly dissapointed with this fake company and feeling like cheated...

                                        Now it's clear to me - craftsvilla is a fake company and they have blind and deaf people in their company i have provided you my bank passbook screenshot with bank details written in email many times to refund my amount but even after 1 month i am still getting email that your bank details does not match and we are not able to refund amount... are you guys can't see screenshot or please tell me frankly if you are not interested to return my amount as i have purchased product on 23 february means 1 month before and returned the same product due to cheap quality but i am still struggling to get my money back... is this how you treat your customers and think they would ever love to purchase from you guys... it was a mistake to buy something from craftsvilla.com and i would never repeat this mistake ever kindly give me my money back... and please don't just copy paste lines like we will get back to you because we don't receive any reply from you on matter, take some actions... and please don't have behave like robot who is just programmed to repeat same things again and again...
