    The product is not to my satisfaction You have mentioned on site the details of dress material.material was of so poor quality.. it's not what I ordered.. I wll. Order embroidery dress material but its. Printed Pattern dress will be send to me.. this site will not show the exact thing what they selling.. after you received the product you will regret ..why you spend such tym on this fake site.. I would like to return back this product and Kindly refund my money .

      I have placed an order on 07th September 2016 on craftsvilla with debit card and payment gets deducted at that moment but order not showing in "My Orders".
      The next day I have written the email regarding that and I got reply saying "your order is booked.When it gets accepted by seller you will receive your order within 7-10 business days."
      So I again called the Customer care service and requested to cancel the order as it says long time in delivery, and they said Okay and initiated the request and said with in 7 working days I'll get refund.

      I kept mail chain going for the status of my order but no reply after two days.

      Again called the customer care to know the status and he is saying your order is in on hold status again I have told him to cancel the order and do reply the mail and he told me, it will take 7 working days for refund.

      Again there is no reply to my e-mail.

          This is bring to your kind notice that i had ordered WELL TAX PINK COLOR GOWN having order id[protected] and shipment id[protected] on date 07 August 2016 with an online payment of Rs1600 from craftsvilla.com.Moreover i had cancelled that same order as mentioned above due to delay in delivering the order on date 19th August 2016.As it has already been passed of 21 days since my cancellation date i am very sorry to say that they didn't release that amount till date.I had already talked with the customer care regarding this above matter several times.But i didn't get any response.This is for your kind information and needful action at the earliest please.

              I raised a dispute for an Item as I wanted to return it but after 5days also I didn't got a reply from the seller, I am really disappointed with this performance and will not buy anything from Craftsvilla again as the quality of the product was very bad and you never give the product you show actually it's something different from what it was shown like, I will highly recommend my friends not to buy anything from you, as it is the second time this thing has happened.I need instructions on what to do now.

                  I am really annoying with customer support, not even educated. i have already purchased 28 items, it's around 30, 000 something, But i received 27 instead of 28 of products, i spoken continuously with customer care regarding balance of 1 products, i never thing one of the lady spoke to me. i really shame, same 8 products giving again which i received it already.

                  One thing people should understand is CRAFTSVILLA goods are very poor quality if you buy below 1000 Rupees. I am 100% sure.

                          I ordered a renishafashion red satin skirt which was so beautiful in the catalog that I bought it at once, but when I recieved the parcel I got a shock, the skirt looked nothing like it looked like in the catalog. The skirt looked like a tacky costume skirt made of cheap material and did not dereve the 749 rupees I pinned for it. It is so maddening that I pinned my hopes on something so awful.

                          And to make it worse, you customer support does not even deserve that name, support? Really?
                          How smart is it to automatically disconnect calls when the user types for the refund option? And then even if it does not disconnect, you do not bother to PICK up the call.

                          I cannot believe my first purchase was so bad. I want a refund and you guys better answer me this time. You cannot cheat people off their money.

Some days before i went to this website and looked for some traditional clothes and by going through it i found that this lahenga was seem to be very attractive so i ordered this immediatly . but when it came to me then it was totally different.
