I purchased a dress material from your valuable craftvilla, i received a differnt color so i resend the material after spoke with your side. They ask me the bank details to refund the amount through bank. But awaiting for your response still i never received any amount from your side. Pl help to recovery my amount from your side. Pl refer my last mail was august 8 2016

I would like to lodge a complaint against cratsvilla.
They have really poor customer service and provide low quality material to fool people.

I purchased a saree online costing 2000 inr and when i received it it was very low quality and completely different from the picture shown in their site.
Why do they have to fool people. First of all, i got a tracking number after so much call to track my courier. Then, after receiving, i send three four emails, no reply. After, that i called one or two times, and they told to return the product to seller. I returned and it cost me a courier charge of 300. They told once the seller receives the product, they will refund the money. It has been six days no refund. I sent two emails no reply.

Please don't purchase from this site!! Its fraud!!
I really want to alert people about it!!

I have buy moksha fashion designer kurti it's stuff is too bad i want refund for that so pls make that for me immediately. Moreover it's not even stitched perfectly only single stitching is done on it. It's stuff is all messy. It's stichin is worse from all sides. It's buttons also not even attached on it! I hve ordered 1 salwar kamis material and one one piece on 9/8/16 and just now at 4;00 pm on 13/8/16 ive got my delivery and as far i checked it completly differt from what i ordered and soo i dont want my product any more plese take back fast bcz its soo so cheap and felling like you fooled us... I have ordered the dress material from craftsvilla(order no[protected]. The dress material was supposed to be cotton, but it was not. So, i returned it on 17th July 2016. since then i m trying to get the refund, but they r not taking any action. ). When i contact they earlier said within 7 days it will you will get refund. But even after 13 days it was not refunded. Now again when i contact they say another 7 days. so it is highly irritating and i am very upset with the service.
