I have ordered the dress from the craft villa app. We have received the dress today 22/8/16. We have seen the material in the app that was good but when we have received the dress. The material of the dress is so bad. The dress size is small. I like to advice to craft villa to mention the size in each dress photos.in photo the dress woren by the one women but size we get is 7/8 years girls. So i have request that please return my money and take yours dress back. Thank you.

Dear team, i had given an order and my id[protected] has been successfully placed. You will receive the tracking details once the items are shipped and you say please rate shopping experience.
One of the bad service provided.
I give all details and sent 3 mail but never response by craftsvilla.

This is disgusting for service by customer care.
I have done four time call in customer care center and apply application for pickup my shipment and refund my order money, but not any quick action by customer care.

I apply for claim against you and contact consumer court.

Hi All,

I had placed an order from Craftsvilla and the product was delivered on 25th July. Due to low quality of cloth material, I had request a return on 29th July.

Craftsvilla customer care didn't respond. I had called customer care number and they have raised a ticket for return. I again got a mail from craftsvilla stating that they won't be able to initiate the refund.

From Past 15 days, I have been rigorously following up with Team but no Response is coming from their End.

Need resolution asap

Material against order no.[protected] was not as per the order. It was of inferior quality and was returned back. The money has not been refunded despite repeated calls. Do it immediately.

The material was returned on 25.07.2016. Even after more than 22 days the matter has not been resolved.

If this would be attitude of the company then how would the customers trust online shopping.

PLEASE RESOLVE THE MATTER AT THE EARLIEST.
