Hi All,
I had placed an order from Craftsvilla and the product was delivered on 25th July. Due to low quality of cloth material, I had request a return on 29th July.
Craftsvilla customer care didn't respond. I had called customer care number and they have raised a ticket for return. I again got a mail from craftsvilla stating that they won't be able to initiate the refund.
From Past 15 days, I have been rigorously following up with Team but no Response is coming from their End.
Need resolution asap
