I had purchased a product from Craftsvilla and made a return on 02nd Aug -16 as the quality of the product was not good. Post that contacted Craftsvilla team over phone and asked for refund process as per their instruction shared the bank details through mail. Till today i haven't received money .
I have made multiple followups over mail and not received any single response from Craftsvilla . Again today called up to help desk but not got any proper response still they required a week for refund considering it as a new complaint.

Craftsvilla is proving a worst service ever seen.

    Hi,

    I have placed an order in craftsvilla and the product is not as described on website so placed the return request mentioning the same but the return for my order id:[protected] is not picked and i raised complaint 20 days back till now no response called customer care for 7 times and mailed twice still no reply.
    Such a poor and idiotic customer service.
    Never to buy on craftsvilla.
    Please take immediate action on them.

      I ordered for orange black salwar seeing the images.but when I received it was pathetic condition.the material was verybad.and it was told as semistitched and it came in bits and pieces .i received my delivery after 1month .i didn't have time to return.please don't order...

              I had ordered a suit from craftsvilla on 21st june 2016. However, the product turned our to be of really bad quality due to which i had to return it and ask for a refund. The product was picked up back on 26th june, after which i was promised that the refund will happen within 7 days. The refund was made on 1st july and then it was withdrawn on the same day. Since then i have been asking for the money to be refunded and there is no hearing of that. I have called the customer care atleast 7 times, everytime they say they are sorry for the inconvenience and that they need two to three days to make they refund. They fail to reply to the emails each and everytime. I have sent them my back statements as they asked for it to confirm that the refund was withdrawn back. Despite that the money is still not refunded. I have also approached the consumer court for this. As the behavior of craftsvilla is completely unethical and intolerable.

I am unable to raise a return on your website as the status says it is under "in transit" but i received the order. I have tried to call your customer care helpline no.                   I had ordered a watch and the net total amount to be paid was ₹300. I used the net banking for payment and the transaction was completed and respective amount was debited from my account. But still no information (order number, shipping details etc) about the order is available in orders' list.
                  Kindly rectify it.
                  Otherwise cancel the order and kindly refund the amount. I have called many times on your customer helpline number but maximum times nobody answers the call and even if the call gets connected, it gets disconnected within a minute or two.
                  Please see to this problem as soon as possible. Its urgent!

                      We have not received our order still. We boked it on 3 of august but abhi tk order received nhi hua hai itni delay service hai aap logo ki, please tell us kb tk order aa jaiga. Yeh kaise service hai aap logo ki? Mujhe pehle pta hota toh main book hi nhi krti. Please ya toh order cancel kr dijiye. My order is jewllary for 350 rupees jo ki mujhe shadi main pehnna tha but your inconvinient itna delay ho chuka hai ki pta nhi order aai ga ya nhi.

                                  I am trying to contact www.craftsvilla.com people since last 10 days, but they are not responding. I didn't like their product and therefore, i wanted it to return and i want my money for the same. I mailed them 2 days back but then also the same thing - no response. And now if return policy period finishes, they might say it is my fault and i do not want that to happen. I hope they send someone at my door and take back the product and return my money as soon as possible. Hope this complaint possesses some importance resolve and my issue.

                                        I have filed many complaints and have done many follow ups with the escalating manager : Mr Yash, Ms Seema ghosh but ended up with negative results every time. Your customer service team promises to arrange a call back but no response at the end..
                                        I was said in the previous complaints filed in consumer complaints that my refund would be done with 3-4 business days but its more than a month that I am doing follow ups with u.
                                        I have to file a new complaint every time because you don't reply to the comments of the previous complaint.
