Hi All [whoever is reading this, including company staff],

I just want to assure you all that this site is nothing but fake. Just few decades ago they had few good products so it got famous. But now they show something else in their catalog and deliver you something worst. Even after giving you product no one cares to respond to your mails if you have any queries regarding whatever they have given you under the name of the fabric/cloth. My strong recommendation is 'NO' a 'BIG NO' to this site. You order something, they send something else by worst courier services [I got it from FedEx. (Track # was[protected]THE WORST], then at end of day you land up with frustration of wasting money as well as your valuable time. Again for returning that worst stuff you need to pay the charges as you have paid while purchasing too.

Now coming up to the parcel that you Craftsvilla guys have delivered to me. 1. I had ordered reddish pink colored gown which was looking damn beautiful in your catalog itself. After getting that parcel I saw my most hated color - Highlighter's pink color. I wanna know Who the hell can wear that color as a GOWN. If you can then go and enjoy yourself. I even did not feel to take efforts to open it.

2. It is net fabric as written in description. I want to know which net did you mean to say. Fish net????? that is also far better than what you have sent. I wanted to wear a gown. Not as a shrug.

3. Now you guys all got to know your product's quality. So I want to return whatever you have given me. I have paid Cast on Delivery.
So wanted to know the exact returning process from you guys so that you will get your great product at your door and i'll get my money back :).
Legally I have dropped a mail as per your norms.
But what the hell...again .. Absolutely no proper response from you. Got only one reply that we are checking, coz of high volume of mails, replies will be delayed and ticket has been created with Ticket #1165537. This I did not know before that whoever buys anything from you want to return it and you get lot of mails daily. Still I am waiting for your reply.
Anyways,
As per your policy, product should be returned in 7 days. If you are taking 7 months/years just to let us know the process or at least an address where to dump that worst stuff... then how is it possible to send it within 7 days ??????????????????????????? And moreover, your service also took more than 7 days to deliver parcel. So don't expect from customers that they should return on time.

Have paid whatever amount was there +150 INR as shipping charges.

4. Also, you know that you need to refund almost everyone, then there should be easy return service, Easy pickup should be there from your side the way other sites provide it. Anyways, I don't care of this cause I am not gonna buy anything from you now onwards. And safer side, going to tell all my friends/relatives also to not to buy anything from this site.:)

Your clothes quality poor against the cost.net work is ok but all cloth is not cotton. I saw in craftvilla, that in cotton inbuilt your clothes but you send other type cloth.i want to replace/refund my clothe/money.

This is the product details. 2016 july 16 iam send the order and net banking via paid the amount. Same day your company accepting the order but not delivered the product. Please early resolve the problem .

I had ordered a couple of sarees from Craftsvilla which turned out to be very different in color, quality and design from what is displayed in the picture gallery. I immediately initiated a return with ticket id -1144879. Its been over 6 days, I got no call or email from Craftsvilla or the dealer regarding the return. I called there customer care which turns out be be different number than displayed on the website. This customer care IVRS system disconnects the call the moment you choose the option for return or refund.
I totally do not trust these people [Craftsvilla] to be fare and honest with the customers and fear if there would be an actual return and refund happening. I request people to refrain from buying anything from Craftsvilla. I am sure you would be disappointed . I bet Craftsvilla will suck big time if they continue to fool around with customers.

I had requested a refund for my order as the product sent was of a different colour that shown in the picture and the skirt was too long for me.I was issued a ticket on.1131424 with a message that a representative will follow up.Its been 9days since but I have not heard from craftsvilla in spite of constant reminder emails.The customer care number does not get through.I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with crafts villa and will surely never order again nor advice anyone to use this farce site

I have been transferred rs 2000 regarding an order which was not available and you told me it will be transferred after 15 days bt after 2 months I am not having any information regarding this matter, I called you so many times but no response at your end it is really my ridiculous experience so plz fever me to solve this problem. I transferred1000 rs two times bcoz bcoz payment was not going to clear and it was a pre paid delivery order. Your customer care is really hopeless and your services also

I did not get my kurtis and i am getting mesages that kurti has been delivered and ordered for cod. But i already paid money for the same. One kurti is shiiped with order id:[protected] is out for delivery with fedex with tracking id[protected] not delivered to me but sent a message that it has been delivered. I have ordered a girls watch and it got delivered last thursday i.e 28th Jul' 16 but it was a completely different than what I ordered for so I called up their customer service where their rep told me to send an email as the order status is not yet complete in their system. I sent the email on the same day but yet to receive a reply though its been a week now and after sending reminders.

I have placed order for 3 ladies suits on 24 Jul 16 however only 2 have been delivered. I don't remember the order details.The payment was done online. This is to inform that i have ordered two suits from craftvilla against order no[protected] and[protected]. But the suits which i have received are very poor in quality and even are damaged. I have just wasted my money. I want to return these two and i have mailed to customer care (Ticket no 1136065) but nobody is contacting. I think craftvilla has received money so nobody is bothered about customer satisfaction. This was my first and last and very bad experience with craftvilla. Please look into the matter.

Clothes delivered are not same as shown in the online shopping sight ie.fabric and lacework is very low quality.
