I am unhappy with the product which i have received from crafts villa and as per their policy one can returned within 7 days but it seems they are delaying in pick up of return products so that they can directly denied by saying "we cannot accept the return request as it is more than 7 days"
I am just pasting the mails which i have already written to them for refund request and return pick up of their 3 products (Details mentioned in trail conversation) but it seems they are either so busy or may be every staff is on a holiday that nobody till date has reverted on my mail to contact me for the issue. I have personally called them but the officer disconnected my call and my money wasted...
I want my money to be refunded on immediate basis and they (Craftsvilla team members) can pick up their products back from my addressssss...
Hope i will not be disappointed this time after writting it on this portal
