            I'd also provided proper billing and shipment address, but your delivery boy refused to deliver my ordered products at my address.
            I got the mail and sms regarding the refused order when i tracked the orders. I did not refuse that orders but the delivery boy had refused to do so.
            Kindly consider this complaint.

              I am unhappy with the product which i have received from crafts villa and as per their policy one can returned within 7 days but it seems they are delaying in pick up of return products so that they can directly denied by saying "we cannot accept the return request as it is more than 7 days"

              I am just pasting the mails which i have already written to them for refund request and return pick up of their 3 products (Details mentioned in trail conversation) but it seems they are either so busy or may be every staff is on a holiday that nobody till date has reverted on my mail to contact me for the issue. I have personally called them but the officer disconnected my call and my money wasted...

              I want my money to be refunded on immediate basis and they (Craftsvilla team members) can pick up their products back from my addressssss...

              Hope i will not be disappointed this time after writting it on this portal

                          Hi,

                          I had placed an order on 19th july for 4 items and have received all 4 items.
                          The order nos are as follows :

                          But while doing the transaction there was an internet connection disconnection after making the payment in the bank site while it was being redirected back to merchant site (Ie your site craftsvilla.Com).

                          Due to that my credit card was debited twice. After that i had called your call centre and i was informed that amount has been received by you ie craftsvilla only once and accordingly i need to get in touch with my bank as the amount has not been received by you.

                          While my bank takes about 8-10 days for the refund to happen i received 2nd piece of one of the items yesterday. Hence i checked your site today and discovered that shockingly it showed that i had placed an order for the same items again on 24th july which i never did. I infer that this might have happened due to the aborted payment which happened earlier as i mentioned above. The order nos that are showing in the my cart is as follows :

                          3) order id :[protected]
                          4) order id :[protected]

                          What i need from you is to cancel further deliveries of this set of orders and refund me the amount for these orders asap.

                            I havent yet recieved my refund. I am loosing my patience and it is going to be a month that craftsvilla are not taking any action to solve my problem. Being their customers i guess our problems should b resolved first. Craftsvilla is seriously the worst online site for shopping and i would not recommend it to anyone now. Customer care response is so poor and since last two days they arent recieving my call as well

                                I have ordered a gown, but today i have received my order, i was totally disappointed. As per the order, given. The gown was totally different, ordered for light blue colour, piece was white and details were given totally different cloth and received full net... Piece. I am really angry.                                       I have placed 3 orders and l got one wrong product and other 2 are just too bad. They are not at all resemble to the images which i have seen at the time of making order. I am to disappointed to the product, there's quality is just bad, the design, the fabric, the whole consignments is worst

I have all ready complained you about this and you have arranged a pick for only one product and not for other 2 I have, I also don't like the other 2 I have, I need them to be returned as well so please arrange pick up for them also because I don't like the stuff, they are of very bad quality, they not resemble to the image at all which I had seen at the time of making order. So please take them back and return me my money
