I have ordered a saree with craftsvilla.com by using their mobile apps.
Firstly, once i completed the order they took the amount and haven't received any confirmation via sms or email, even my order was not visible in mobile apps, immediately i called their customer care to get it order id :[protected]. i placed the order on 10th june 2016 and awaited beyond the expected delivery date which is 17th june and when i called on 20th june they confirmed that order is processed and will be delivered within 2 or 3 days along with shipment id :[protected] but goods was not delivered, hence after spoken to their floor supervisor i requested to cancel my order on 23rd june 2016, when they promised it will be refunded within 48 hrs maximum 7 days, again i waited and not received any refund until july 1, 2016. when i called again the response was remained same and highly frustrated on their response. its been a month from my order placed, still awaiting for my money to be refunded.
I have below question for cratsvilla.com:
1. why you are launching a mobile apps in market without basic testings which have lot of technical issue?
My order not visible and order id not communicated and status were not updated.
2. why you aren't informing your customers when you're unable to provide goods after the expected delivery date?
3. even you identified the issue with your reseller/technical set up, you are least bother to give a callback to inform about the issue?
4. even after telling the order id and issue details, why you're call center agents probing about the issue, hope your crm application do have same technical issue to capture the previous customer interaction details.
5. why you don't updated your nodal officer/ complaint desk number in your website?
