      Date of incident : 19th july 2016
      Craftsvilla-escalating manager : mr. yash's number : +91 [protected]

      I have done many follow ups with the escalating manager : mr yash to get the money refunded for the product for which the payment was done online on 14th july 2016. the delivery boy charged unnecessary amount for a blue green suit on 19th july 2016 from my relatives who were not familiar with online shopping and the fact that the payment was already done. the delivery boy took advantage of this and asked them to pay the money without asking them to pen down their signatures on the paper.
      Mr. yash promised to refund the amount but till now no action is taken.
      I am just given fake promises from craftsvilla team.
      Sorry to say.. but this has been the worst experience ever i had, while opting for online shopping and craftsvilla customer care is the worst team to handle their customers.

      Provide me the refund as soon as possible.

            I have purchased a suit on 16th jul 2016 cash on delivery. And request to return on same day it was delivered to me coz the material was very bad. Their courier boy initiated pick up on 19th july 2016. I have not received my refund till now. Calling them daily & they make fake promises that they will refund the money. Till date i have not received my money back.

                I had, ordered lehenga from craftsvilla through order id[protected]. Product was delivered on 26 July 2016. After verifying, I found it defective and is not at all as per my expectations. Right from.next day I am trying to raise the request to return the product and refund money. But the status of delivery of produt is, not yet updated.

                The mail sent to their email id is also bounced. I have again sent a mail but not yet received any feedback.

                Please look into the matter and arrange to return and refund the amount.
                The product which I have got is very different from what they have shown.

It seems very poor service.                                       I am having a very poor experience with Craftsvilla. Is it been over 3 week since I raised a return request on July 8.. From this point I only get emails about the pickup, they have accepted the return but communication is pathetic and the pickup is not arranged. Which is holding my refund.

                                      Even the process for returning the product is complicated.. Firstly they dont have any option to directly place this request on website.. We have to send details over email for cancellation and return. Secondly, they ask for order screen shot and later they misplace the communication with some other order number and customer is left is chasing them and followup for order return.

                                      Can some one help in closing this request. It is over 3 week and I am clue less if any support can be provided by Crafstvilla.

                                        I recently bought a blue and white embroidered dress material from craftsvilla. When I opened the product I was shocked to see the quality of the product. The image that is displayed on their site and the actual product that we receive is beyond expectation. When I raised return request they have mailed me and said to courier that product to the seller. When all the shipping charges are borne by the customer then why will I spend my penny on courier charges? Craftsvilla has poor return policies as compared to flipkart and other bigger brands. I'm highly disappointed that being a loyal customer I feel I've been cheated. Also they're just ignorant about how to satisfy the customer. Nobody picks up the phone when I call their customer care number. I would appeal to all the customers to never buy anything from craftsvilla as its looting the customer as they can upto a maximum extent.
