Poor customer servicing by Craftsvilla. I placed an order of 6 items during a much publicized Women's Day sale. 3 items from my order have still not arrived. The customer service is merely pushing me to the vendor saying that the vendor has confirmed delivery in the next 3-4 days, while the vendor calls me saying that one item is not in stock so to make alternate choices. 2 out of the three items are available however he refuses to send those due to a systemic billing concern. This was the first time I used Craftsvilla and have had this experience. Very disappointed. Is there any form of redressal available?

I purchased a pen from craftsvilla stating that it is a wooden pen by the title "Onlineshoppee Wooden Ball Pen Just Like That Gift", but actually it is just a plastic pen of market value 20rs. but they gave me for 134rs., I was very happy that i am getting a wooden pen but they delivered a plastic pen hurting my ideas about the pen and my feelings, I paid using my debit card. They really cancelled my order and not notify by any medium when i called them on phone then they told that order is cancelled and then after two days they ship it, when request about my order and they also shipped(not delivered) in 21 days whether they promise delivery in 10 days . So I got this product in around 25-30days, and that also wrong product, doing fraud promises

Ordered a Saree nd a Salwar suit(together). Received Saree in 5 days but the suit took more than 15 days. Moreover the Saree is torn at border and has many oil stains. Besides the Saree I got compleeetly differs from the image shown. On calling customer care for returning it they said to courier it by yourself. No courier boy would come to pick up the product.
Extremely disappointed with your service. Will never again look up to site. And also insist on telling my friends/family to not buy anything from here
