I had purchase a saree 21st Feb, 2015 from this site.it is delivered to me 2nd March, Problem is i booked a 1kg saree but which i got this wt is 500gm and the saree quality is too much below standard and the designs of jaris is not matched and also not good finishing. I want my money back, i will never purchase anything at this site. It was a too much bad experience....

I have ordered one dress from crafstvilla.com on 17th Feb, according to vendor they can not dispatch the order and they asked to contact craftsvilla and cancel the order. This team is not receiving my phone calls and their customer case no. is fake. They are just fooling people...

I feel cheated and Craftsvilla, is cheating people.
One of the most inefficient and poor customer focused.
Insensitive to complaints and have written thrice to the id that was provided for complaints and NO response.

sir, mene craftsvilla.com se 24.12.2014 ko ek red salwar-suit order kiya tha jo ki mujhe 30.12.2014 ko deliver hua. muje us suit ka material pasand nhi aaya, m use refund karna chahti thi kyunki craftsvilla ki site pe diye gaye rules and regulations ke accourding product recive hone ke 3 din ke andar aapko request karna hota h otherwise wo product refund nhi karte h. so i called on cuistomer care number of craftsvilla [protected]....

I have ordered an item on 23th January 2015 but Craft Villa didn't delivered this item yet.It is being 20 days to ordered a product and have not received any delay messages from their side.

Please refund my money asap.

I bought few saree, and dress and some jewellery from craftvill.com.but one of my black saree has 9 to 10 wholes in saree, I called them they said they never send that saree after that I send email to them also. Still I did not receive any replied from the. So its worse experience I had. I paid for that saree and I can not even wear now... If I did not receive any reply in few day than i will complain for them in customer complain for India....
