I had ordered a dress from this site. At first the order was late is dispatching and i received a message stating that the order had been changed to out of stock since the seller hasn't shipped yet. Then when i asked for a refund, I received a message that the seller has dispatched the order and that I cannot ask for refund for a product that has been shipped ( well, I know that duh!). The courier company took so long to arrive with the product that I started to fret whether I would receive the product or not.

There was a watch I received alongwith a suit I had ordered. It was for free. Brown coloured. It does not work. What should I do ?

Sir I have ordered orange colour chudidhar last month on 30th and I did not get that product so today I ordered the same dress for second time. ...if that order is booked for second tym please do it for once. ...and I request u to send me the detail about the dress to my mobile number. ...and I got a message that the order is shipped

Then when the product finally arrived, it was not what i had ordered. It was so different from the description provided by the seller. I was so disappointed that I couldn't even look at the dress. When i contacted the seller for returning, they vehemently argued that the product was everything according to description and that they won't accept it back. (So what do you mean? That I am lying! Rude!) please never buy from this site. They don't even have proper contact services or anything. they wont reply for your mails. this site is simply stupid.

I have returned the parsel of a suit more than10 ways back I have not received the money yet the details of parsel returned courier is given in image I was very upset with the product plese returned my money back as early as possible

had order a lehga but m not satisfied for quality and dress is demes. I planning to return order plz return my money.. take ur dress back...

I bought Designer dresses and dress color not same and packet in side wrong item from craftvill.com.but, I called them after that I send email to them also. Still I did not receive any replied from . So its worse experience I had. I.. i am shetty yadav and my shipment Ref1:[protected] so plz pick up the wrong item ...

[protected] thursday last few days we have ordered a product i;e bridal lehenga so we does not liked it we want to exchange it any buy a another product in exchange and in same rate we dont want to give much more money we want to include that same amount in last produccts amount so inform me as much as u can thganku sir.

I am quite disappointed by the quality and work of lehenga ordered from crsftvilla and i want to return it back to the seller

I had ordered an anarkali suit worth ₹999 and the very day i had placed the order i was sent a sms that my order has been dispatched. But after 13 days when i called in the customer care number, i was told that the seller did not dispatch my order. And the people who are responsible didn't even bother to inform me about it. Worst experience ever. Worst website i have ever seen.

I had purchased a designer semi stitched grey and maroon chudidhar salwar suit (MHONE[protected] ) which I have received today against COD payment of Rs.1349 which includes delivery charges of Rs.150 . On opening the parcel i was shocked to find the dress material to be totally different from what i had order. It turned out to be a pink n black one . If this is the kind of service offered it's sad to say that you will loose all your customers. I humblely request you to look into the matter immediately and send me the original dress material that i had actually ordered . Hoping for your immediate action.

Size problem and cloth material is not as per expectations. It was described at the website as semi-stitched but it was delivered full stitched. And size options was not available in the description, so after getting the parcel I realized that it wouldn't fit me. And as the cloth material is not good, it is ripping apart. Every second of handling is making the cloth more vulnerable to tearing. Not satisfied at all with the product. I request for the refund.

I have sent repeated mails to [protected]@craftsvilla.com regarding the payment of #[protected].


The shipment was done on 19th December 2015.

Its been 46 days and still the amount is yet to be credited in my account despite repeated mail reminders and phone calls to[protected].

I placed an order for Saree...it's more than a week but I didn't get any msg ...I have paid the amount by dabit card...I didn't get delivery of my product...this is my first experience with craftsvilla and that is very bad

I purchased an item no. (MFABL[protected]) FABLIVA latest deisinger white and pink straight Suit. at the price of Rs. 2499. order placed in the name of Mangal Pathak reg. mobile no. [protected].
After receiving the above item i returned it back because i have issue with size of article and its being 2 month of returning the above article i did not receive the amount which i paid at the time of purchasing the above goods.


I used various ways to contact you but not received any serious answer from you now i like to say that i am ready to take legal action against you if you will not address my complaint seriously and resolve it as soon as possible. I hope i will receive a proper reply from you and so i need not go for any legal action.

Sir i have ordered a muta prachai desai lehenga l 22 but the fabric and the colour is not as the same as it was shown in the picture .so i want to return my order and i kindly request you to return my money as early as possible

I am sowmya. ordered for a salwar suit with craftsvilla on 3/1/2016 paying rs.1499 and recieved an acknowledgment with the order number[protected]. till now there is neither any intimation about the order nor any initiation to refund the amount.

The dress material is very old not a good quality not worthy, the pictures shows very high quality but in real it's very worst it spoils the brand name...

We got two orders from Craftvilla and shipped the products to the customer. But the payment has not been received from your end though it's been over 55 days now. This is really disappointing, they don't even have a courtesy to respond to our mails regarding the payment. It is now over 55 days we sent out the product and no updates on payment has been given to us. Worst website ever for shopping and selling. Worst customer service.
