I have ordered one dress and i have paid the amount by my card and they have sent a confirmation order email Craftsvilla.com: New Order #[protected] on my email id and after passing the expected date i have sent an email and then they replied that they have cancelled my order due to unavoidable reason. its a clear cut fraud..if they cant give the product then why they are showing on thier site.its my suggestion dont purchase any product from craftvilla.

I have ordered red jacket suit which is different from the picture shown on the website, i want to return the suit.i have already complained about the product but till date i haven't received any call to where to drop the parcel.I want my money back soon.I am trying on the Craftsvilla number but no one is picking up the phone, Plz do let me know the address where to drop the parcel & how can i get the refund

I ordered to for Anarkali semi stiched material and it has dispatched to me. but it is completely different what i have ordered it is not worth of what i paid. so am demanding please take back your product n return back my money.

We have orderd a saree from cratfsvilla on november 27th 2015. it has been mentioned in the mail that we will be gettng our order by december 4th. it has been 11 days till now.. there is no message or any other email or contact from craftsvilla people regarding our order. we are even unable to trak the order from the link given in their site.

I had orderd a off white and black colour anarkali suit N i have recived the order today but it is entierly different from what these guys had posted on their website . The colour texture stuff material everything is different . I want it to be refunded as soon as possible . Thnak you

I didn't get my product amount Rs.666/- back and also for return courier charges Craftsvilla is providing me with Rs 100 coupon which obviously I did not accept because the mistake was from their end, they delivered wrong product and with no shopping I incurred a loss of 150. Dear Craftsvila Team, I had ordered a Saree from craftsvila via crazy sale (Surat, Gujarat). It was the first experience but i must say it was worst experience ever. First of all the quality product was very poor. And the number was written on the courier was not reachable since 2 days. And when i registered a complaint through email in Craftsvila, they reverted back o send the courier in 7 days to the designer address which cost rs. 250 and i'll have to bear this. The product suit cloth received of very bad quality, shirt cloth colour fade; salwar cloth with holes in it and short in lenght, not for patiala;very poor quality. Very much disapointed & warst experience with you.

So, please get it picked for return & i, want my full payment back, do the needful as the earliest.

I have placed my order so many days before but i got it late and i have ordered the long anarkali of pink color but its fabric is not good and the company representative are not picking my phone they are also not calling back. i hope u will help to take this order back, and please give my money back

On 16thoct2015 we ordered for a embridarysari order no.[protected] under mail id venkanna48/@gmail.com and payment made through debit card of corporation bank of sulabha v kulkarni on 17thoc2015 we ordered for the same sari under order no.[protected] under e-mail id [protected]@gmail.com. on 19/10/15 we made payment of rs.2015/ through credit card of hdfc bank of nachiket kulkarni who is my son We received sari for this transaction but we did not receive any item for the amount paid through debit card of sulabha v kulkarni the amount paid through debit card is credited to craftsviia account on 17/10/2015 and the amount paid through credit card of my son Nachiket has been credited to craftsvilla accounbt on 19/10/2015 Hence this complaint We have mailed the details to craftsvilla for seven times but there is no response from them

I ordered a GREEN Designer sari Transaction #[protected] and the product code is MFEST[protected] on 27th October, 2015 worth 2490 with shipping charges 100 totaling 2590. The product I received was RED sari instead of GREEN, so I returned it spending 350 as courier charges on 2nd Nov, 2015. On 18 Nov, 2015 I got my product amount 2590 back but for return courier charges Craftsvilla is providing me with Rs 100 coupon which obviously I did not accept because the mistake was from their end, they delivered wrong product and with no shopping I incurred a loss of 350. Craftsvilla is just not customer centric and they do not pick up the call at customer care. Its only through email the correspondence happens. 21 emails were exchanged between us for this. Its not only about money but they do not have any business ethical values and do not care about customer satisfaction. So please can you take some legal action on them so that they do not cheat on customer by simply saying company's policy.

Resolution i want: I know they won't give cash at least give me coupon of same amount (350) of one denomination instead of multiple denomination of 100

i orderd september...i recived november[protected]...but on my cover U WRITTEN pickup date:[protected]..how can it possible...you are a cheeter and dress was different...i orderd one but it different and very bad quality...telly colleres are don't know english...they couldn't helpto me...

I have ordered for a dress online about 15days back. I got a msg from them..stating aramax #. And asking them to contact 33003300 . I called on the given number.they are saying the aramax nmbr is invalid. This is highly dissatisfying. Aramax nmbr is [protected]. This was my first online order from craftfvilla. I booked a Salwar Suit from Craftsvilla.com website. I paid through internet banking for this product. I got damaged product. when I call to craftsvill customer care, executive told me that please contact to seller for your dispute. I called to seller he asked to send this damaged product back to me and I will send you fresh product. I did the same. I paid Rs.150 for shipment of that product again to deliver it to Subham Hub Gujarat(seller). I got that product again but now salwar size was very short. I again complaint to craftsvilla.com. But there is no response from craftsvilla.com and seller also. Kindly take necessary action on this fraud company.
