I have ordered red jacket suit which is different from the picture shown on the website, i want to return the suit.i have already complained about the product but till date i haven't received any call to where to drop the parcel.I want my money back soon.I am trying on the Craftsvilla number but no one is picking up the phone, Plz do let me know the address where to drop the parcel & how can i get the refund...

I got damaged product. when I call to craftsvill customer care, executive told me that please contact to seller for your dispute. I called to seller he asked to send this damaged product back to me and I will send you fresh product. I did the same. I paid Rs.150 for shipment of that product again to deliver...

Its been 3 months since i have been mailing and messaging for my payment. Each time they send reply after 2-3 messages that they are waiting for the code. I never knew it took 3 months to get a code from bank. Amount of Rs 5000 + pending with them. And then don't even bother to give a call or at least reply properly to it....
