Its been 3 months since i have been mailing and messaging for my payment. Each time they send reply after 2-3 messages that they are waiting for the code. I never knew it took 3 months to get a code from bank. Amount of Rs 5000 + pending with them. And then don't even bother to give a call or at least reply properly to it.

      My ordered Id is[protected], I had Odered a Suit and Salwar of 1499 + 100 delivery chages, it was a very poor quality product i had return that product next day only with my courier payment 320 . i had given all the info about payment, now its more then a month and i havnt received any payment, very bad service also .Please return my payment asap thanku

        I ordered a Suit and Salwar From Craft villa. price was 1499 +100 delivery charges, product was so cheap, and its written that its a party suit .Please close your business or improve your quality . it had a month ago, but till date i haven't received my returned payment yet.

          Order no.[protected].saree ordered is very low quality and not worth of the amount quoted. Seriously I am wondering what is the purpose of associating with wenvdors who cannot adhere to quality standard s. Then there is no written statement on the website which gives details of return policy and when called their customer care number even after 5 minutes the lines are busy and no other option but to be saddled with an unsatisfactory product.

            I ordered a suit from craftsvilla but it was entirely different from the image and the fabric was not as mentioned on the site. this is for the second time I got the bad stuff from it. their return policy is not at all friendly as they don't send anyone to pick the product from home. its my humble request from all to not waste your time on this site. they have association with very cheap dealers which supplies cheap quality product and crafts villa claims that they are selling at low cost. its just end...I will never do it and asking from all not to buy anything from it.

                I ordered a Blue suit of 999rs on Nov 5, 15 for Diwali, they didnot send it. I called two times but no response, they only response through mail and ask for 48hrs/ 2 days but they still haven't sent my product and my money is there. What to do? Are they online thief, who cheates?

                    My order no ARAMEX # [protected] ...ordered on 03.11.2014 and got delivery of the product on 19. 11.15...as the product which is sari is not same as shown in the picture... now I want to return the product...and has called many times on the mobile no.                           I have been sent with wrong product.
                          I intimated the respective customer care regarding this goo[censored]p and they requested me to arrange a return. I returned within the prescribed timeline and also requested them to give me my "courier charges" back since the fault was from vendor/e-commerce website.
                          Initially they agreed on this but now they are forcing me to accept the voucher ( which has less value than courier charges), which according to them is as per their "return policy"!
                          But the point is I have returned the product since it was not the one which I ordered, so I am not sure why they are bringing "return policy" in picture!
                          I feel cheated! It is total disappointment since they not only sent wrong product and asked me to return it but also cheating in terms of return policy.

                            The company has not delivered the product that was suppossed to be delivered. the clothing recieved is of different colour and different material. So when i raised dispute againgt it they asked me to courier it back.When I have courierd them back they have still not refund my money back.

                                Beware buyers very cheap material, ordered one suit which had different shades it seems scatter material of slightly different color put together secondly material is not sufficient. Mine relative and friend warn me not to buy but because of attractive pics I did mistake by ordering it hope people will think before ordering from this website

                                  I had ordered a suit from craftsvilla.com and received a delivery in 4 days. The courier man didn't allow me to open it before the payment(had opt for COD option). and then when i checked it was a different suit though on cover the item code was right but inside it was not same. When i called them, I was kept on hold all the time as all the lines were busy, truly speaking no one is there to take our call. they reverted on mail saying I have to send back the wrong item to them through courier and then they will return the amount into my account and they will give me 100 rs voucher against courier expense which i can use in next purchase ... i mean woowww they have all their terms and condition. I am not liable to courier their item and also how can they have such a dumb team who cant even match the product before dispatching.

                                    Dear sir, I had placed an order for a saree from craftsvilla.com on 28 Oct 15 and made the payment too.I received a transaction no:[protected] stating that it has been shipped through DTDC having tracking no.A32761721 which was supposed to be delivered by 04 Nov.I am extremely disappointed to say that the item has not been delivered yet. Repeated attempt to contact the customer care of the company has failed.On tracking the DTDC site "no consignment details" is being shown.Request to either deliver the item on priority or refund my money at the earliest.Thanks.
