On 06/11/2015 I have puchased three dress code no MFASH[protected] Rs. 947 MELLI[protected] Rs 995 MMONS[protected] Rs 990 Total Rs 3243 I have paid by using my SBI DEBIT CARD . FROM SBI FROM MY ACCOUNT DEDUCTED Rs. 3243 on 06/11/15. My account statement deducted to POS PRCH-POS[protected] KRIBHA HANDICRAFTS PVT GURGAON. BUT FROM CRAFTVILLA I HAVE RECEIVED MESSAGE TO MY GMAIL ID STATING THAT "this is with regards to your order no.[protected]. On CRAFTVILLA.com for total amount of Rs. 3243. We regret to inform you that your debit card payment failed to clear the payment gateway." Now what can do I have losses my amount from my account. Kindly guide me what to do and I am expecting solution as early as possible. Who is the cheater. If I am not receiving reply I will give complaint to police as well as media. Don't cheetah with others money.

I have also faced problem with CraftsVilla.com, they have re and re-initiated refund voucher nos 3 time. today I got another refund voucher. So, now I came to know that, craftsvilla cheated me.

The website is registered under Manoj Gupta, Craftsvilla Handicrafts Pvt Ltd and his mobile number is [protected] but no one is picking.

On 3rd Nov 2015, i had order one one suit via order no[protected]. on 10th Nov 2015 i received packet but when i opened it i found the product was not same as i ordered. I immediately mailed to craftsvilla customer care. On 12 th nov 2015 i received another packet after again paying COD charges. this time the product was same as ordered but was damaged. i immediately wrote mail and sent image of damaged cloth also. Till date no customer care executive calling to me to clear my doubts regarding return of both the packets.

I have received my order on 7/11/2015 and i found it defective. The contact no. mentioned on the parcel was not receiving the call, even the customer care of craftsvilla is also not picking up the call... always say their executive are busy and they disconnect the call. Really a froude website... never buy any thing from this website.

But the dress which I received is synthetic whereas on ur website and parcel it is mentioned as cotton dress. I had placed an order for my the product on 3rd of august 2015. I received the product torn. I had sent back via courier and had furnish the detail. The company had cross check with the supplier whether they have received it or not. I was been given a reference no. Sanctioning the amount which will be refunded to me but still they have not refunded my money. I am daily sending reminders to them but no reply from them. Please help to procure my amount back from this unethical company.

I have ordered one product through the public domain www.craftsvilla.com but, I was very much disappointed when i have got the wrong product delivered to me, i tried to reach out the customer care but no one answers and it always replied back with all our customer care executives are busy attending to other calls, are you here to cheat the consumers online, request you to please take stringent action against these fraudulent organization ASAP.

Esterday I received my product but i m very unhappy with my item because the saree having damage. So i ve to return my product. Please i need your help. The customer care number is always busy we can't reach them. The customer service is too bad & too worst.

I have been trying to reach them over phone, and nobody answers. Over mail, they sparsely reply, and mention product has been dispatched, you should be getting it soon. We had ordered many dresses & sarees from this website on 24.10.15.

Almost 80% of the products are found to be sub standard, not as shown on the website & semi-stitched instead of the complete suit showed on the website.

Their Customer care number ([protected]) only rings & nobody picks up the number. Is this company serious about Customer service? Does it check its vendors?

Most of these traders are from Surat. Does this signify anything?

I have returned two items (Shipment nos:[protected] /[protected] & still have not received back the refund. I want return two more but am afraid whether I will get the refund or not as nobody picks up the phone to clarify our doubts & we are not receiving any information about the refund except one e-mail saying that the payment will be refunded.

Should I go ahead & file a police complaint?

Hi, I just received the parcel after payment of RS. 1250/-, from craft villa . com unfortunately the piece is quite different what is shown in the website, the dress is semi stitched which was not revealed in the packet or in the website . Upper part of the dress is black colour, we have ordered " Designer Navy Blue Anarkali Suite". but we received a different piece. I have tried to call the original supplier with the number- [protected] provided in the receipt, but no response. Does this company really exist. Or we have been cheated by them. My order id:[protected] bought a saree. Its totally different for what I ordered. I paid Rs. 3700/- . And its not worth 500/- even. I want to return it and get my refund. There is no response from customer care. And even there number is not working. I want a early response from the company. Does anyone has got there issues resolved.
