Hi,
I have ordered two suits : order #[protected],[protected]. I did not like the products as they were of poor quality and hence returned. Somehow i forgot to send account # with in time limit. So they returned me the vouchers. I don't want to opt for vouchers but i was forced to do so.
I again ordered #[protected]. But this also was of poor quality and i don't like this hence returned it. This order was against the voucher which i got.
Now as i have returned it i again don't want a voucher. Because i don't trust on crafts-villa anymore.
I want that refund should process in my account which i had shared with craftsvilla.

I can not do order again and again and get the vouchers.

Please ask crafts-villa to iniitate the refund against order[protected]. They are again issuing the voucher and i dont want it. I already shared the bank account # with craftsvilla.

I ordered a sari with blouse of green colour on 21.10.2017. The order number is[protected] amounting to rs.754. I received the sari.in the message received on 26.10.2017, the order number was mentioned as[protected]. The received sari was not of the colour which was displayed in the site. The material is also not good. So i wish to return it and i request to refund the price price back to my bank account as early as possible.

Person reached for collection but without collection he has returned because product was not as per given details from your side. I have also complained for the same.

Kindly get it collect the saree as it is not acceptable by me as product is different and even quality is also very poor.

I have ordered two saries which is not as per seen in pictures as it shown low quality and material is not as mentioned.
As per amt is very costly.I want to return it and I was not informed about.my shipping before delivery of order

It has been nearly more than 2 weeks i placed my order and did not get it.
My order on 2nd day showed as delivered but was not. When i contacted customer service via email i got reply that my case is being looked at and i will be getting a response with in 2 days. I waited for those 2 days to come. It never came and after that i mailed customer service nearly 4-5 times and every time i got reply of 2 days.
Now when i am asking for returning my money i am again getting response of 2 days.

When called on the number provided on website, no one takes it. So number on website is of no use.

I am from mumbra and i'm complaining that craftsvilla.com had not given me the money. I had replace my order one year ago and till now they had not given me the money. Many times i had given them warning that if you will not give me the money as soon as possible then i will take strict action against you. But then also they had not given me the money.

Actually i ordered a dress material from craftsvilla which is totally different from the picture shown at the company website. When i issued a return request against this product it is showing that i need to do the self shippment through the courier in order to get my money back
So its my humble request that i will not be able to do the self shippment so kindly assure that the product should be recollected from my home address and i should get back my money as soon as possible

I ordered a peach coloured suit material by the name of rishbha, with order no[protected], at career medical college, ghaila road. I received my order but was not the same as shown in the picture. So i returned it by bluedart spending my own money. I even regiterd my account no. But still no action neither my money is refund in my account. It was a pathetic experiencing shoping with you guys. Order no.[protected] dated 06/10/2017; delivered on 11/12017 A lahanga chuni delivered in wrong combination . Chuni is not proper which is prescribed in photo/ discription . It is a of other set of lahanga.

Products are not same as shown... Not of good quality n stones are missing from that necklace... Just refund back the money now... I want it to be refund... It is damaged as the stones are missing... Its quality is worst... We can buy it in very low prices in market... Refund it... It's not good to be used as jewelry.. It's color is also erased from many sides

I ordered a 'red color georgette printed saree' worth rs.931 with order no: r[protected] in the month of august and received it on 28th august. Being not satisfied with the product i requested the company for its return. A person came on 5th sept. And took the saree with him but till now i received no information about the refund amount. Hello craftvilla, i ordered the product "craftsvilla designer green color silk saree" worth rs 2072/- including delivery charges, order id :[protected] and as being not satisfied by the product, it was returned the very next day and according to your return policy i would be refunded within 15 days, money to be deposited to bank.
But it's not yet proceeded, despite crossing more than 15 days. Now what should i expect from your services!!

I have place a order of red colour cotton saree in craftsvilla on dated 14.9.17, but when i received this percel that's is from olmart e shop there i never place in order, how they know our all details? Craftsvilla makes people fool, i go to consumer court & social media against craftsvilla's frodulance-, beware of craftsvilla.

I cancelled my order no.[protected], which was still in processing state. Even after cancelling the order, these frauds are not initiating the refund. They are keeping my money for something that they even didn't dispatch.
I read negative reviews earlier but now experiencing the worst one.
Their customer care is even so ignorant that they don't care no matter how much you try to get your money back.
Cheats!!!

Had ordered (florence pink & black chiffon embroidered saree) order id: r[protected]. The product was not upto the mark.Had requested for refund on the day of delivery. The courier (delhivery) lifted the product from my address and handed me a pickup receipt on 22th aug2017. Checked the portal of delhivery the product has been delivered. But my money isn't refunded yet. Called florence clothing company -surat mr karan chugh, he said to contact craftsvilla. While filing for refund, had given my bank details. Please arrange for my refund asap.

I am trying to return the order (Id[protected] via system but it's not allowing me, probably because today is 30th aug'17 and the order got delivered in my absence to my neighbor on 22nd aug 17. It's beyond 7 days. I returned back today morning and when checked the order, it didn't turn out to be as per my expectation. I would like to exchange it for something else. Please, can you help me out with an exception being the new customer of craftsvilla (Ordered via crafts-vila for the first time) looking forward to a prompt resolution. Thanks in advance.

Hello sirat,

I understand that it's not as per your policy however as mentioned that i was not in town and the delivery has been received by my neighbor.
Only today morning i came back and got to see the product.
I also understand that it's none of your business to understand my concern and situation, however, i also understand that the issue is not something which is impossible to handle. There has been a delay of 1 day in initiating the return process which i agree, is my fault. But it was not intentional as mentioned already.
I have been a regular online customer using various other shopping sites. For the very first time, i have used your platform and got completely disappointed, not only with the product but with the post sales service as well.
If you can do something, it is well and good or else i will ensure that i never use your service again in future.

No reply till date

First i order a suit but it is not same as shown in the site. Then i returned it and they give me a voucher again i order a suit with shipping charges but when i recived courier man again want shipping charges of rs 125. I am ok with that i think this time i recived the right prducut but when i open the parcel it was wrong again. Then my amt is increased with 125. That time i talk to craftsvilla they told now you order something this time you got the same product. Then i orderd but this time i cheated again i want my money back, but they don't give my money again they give me voucher. Plz do the needful
