I bought a saree/suit from craftvilla, quality of product wasn't good, so i decided to return it. They do not have tie-up with courier company for return, so they asked me to send the product back and they will refund my money plus courier charges. I returned the product, but they say it didn't reach the seller. I provided the tracking details, also proof that product is delivered. But they haven't refunded my money. Product cost was 760+100 rs courier charges.Courier got delivered on 14th feb.
