I have placed an order at crazendemand (https://www.crazendemand.com/) and was not at all happy with the product that i've got. So, according to their terms & conditions, i have couriered the product back to their address and it has reached them. I have the proof as well. But when i'm calling them on their phone number or contacting them through email no one is bothered to pick up or reply. Since 3 weeks i have my money stuck with them. At least for courtesy they should call back and inform why it is taking so long. I have attached the proofs below.

I have ordered one silk saree for rs 1499 which is like a curtain worth rs 200-250/- there is no option for return of poor saree on their website. No response on customer care no. Pl take action against this fraud group of people under economic offence. Police action must be initiated against this person. And get our money back. Delivery man told that a message with full details will be sent to us but there is no message sent giving the details. He also refused to give his mobile no. So it seems a group of cheaters. Take early and strong action against such persons and get our money back. My order no. Is[protected]

I've ordered a silk saree worth 1690inr and i've got a georgette saree instead. This is one cheap quality saree which is not even worth 600inr. The company showed a different saree and it was a different saree when i got it. It was very disappointing. The company needs to take an action as soon as possible. Also, i want a refund as soon as possible.

I ordered 2 silk sarees from this craze n demand,
But i received the wrong product. The material is different and the design is also different. I want my money back. They have made me fool by providing the wrong product. The corriere man is giving me numbers of other corriere man or middle man but they are not providing me the right contact number and not answering in right way

I'm calling thousand tyms to customer care service no response from the website fr returning back product.i have paid RS 1550/_ fr d product which shows as soft silk ..but it's so worst material lk curtain cover and feeling cheated .plz help me to return back this product and get my money back.this material of saree is unworthy it ll not even cost 100/_rs. they have displayed some soft silk saree materials and delivered satin printed material .I have also ordered 3 more sarees.after I got delivered 1 saree .I had a call from craze n demand fr delivering other 2 more Sarees ..as I shouted at them they blocked my calls.i plz hereby request you to get back my money

They delivered bad n poor quality product, their contact numbers also not working, my item no[protected] worth of rs1549. I want my money refund. Return n cancel option is also not working. Their what's upnumbers[protected], [protected]. They are maintaining sites like softsilksarees, saribox, crazendemand, sarideal. These sites coming in top page of google.

Have purchase saree from craze n demand for rs.1499 plus rs.50 shipping charges. I found the saree of inferior quality and feded colours. I have paid the cash on delivery on 28th jan 2019. They have also not given the gst bill. I have returned the saree to them by mahabali express courier vide docki et no.[protected] on 4th of feb which was undelivered and returned for wrong address on 5th feb which i sent on 11th feb and lastly delivered on 15th feb. No money was refunded to me.

Wrong delivery of silk saree.We have ordered silk saree of advertisement but received lizibizi saree which is not upto our satisfaction. No zari work or it is not blacky checks. We hope this should never happens to any one. Please return the money we have paid and take back the saree. On 18/02/2019 we received the parcel. its barcode is[protected] and delivered to me, Lalitha N State Bank of India, Mysore City Corporation branch New Sayyaji Rao Road, Mysore. I requesr you to refund the money as early as possible. Hope you do the needful.

I had purchased a saree on 15th feb 2019on a online company in surat called crazendemand i purchased 1 sarees worth rs.1600 but the saree did not appear as in the website so i wanted to get in refunded but now the online company is not at all receving the calls and the delivery person also did not allow us to open the package in front of him... We want immediate action on this company. They are frauding people.

I ordered a soft silk saree worth 1500 received a bad quality saree... Saree which is shown in the site and saree i received is entirely different... And no reply from the people out there... I need the money back... No return policy on their site too... Wen i received the saree i was really shocked while seeing the product enterily different... I am attaching the saree pic in site and saree pic i received... Pls don't cheat people like this...

I was ordered miraculous red coloured designer soft silk festivewear saree then shipment is delivered by today. But delivered saree was totally different from the ordered saree. I am very upsetting. This is a fraud website (www.crazendemand.com). please take necessary action about this fraud website of craze n demand

Ordered party wear plazzo kurt of rs 139 on 26/12/2018. Got totally wrong product on 2/1/19. As no customercare no. Mentioned got two nos. From google [protected] and [protected]. They assured me that the product could be returned and the money credited to my a/c...[protected] asked for my last 6 digit card pin.. I gave him allahabad pin on 3/1/19. He told me to keep the phone on and asked for the otp on my phone.. I shared the otp. I didn't realize that he had opened bhim app with my banka/c... Before i realized within minutes he had debited rs 999999 from my a/c.. I soon freezed my a/c. Rs 60000 was again creditd to my a/c stating unsuccessful transaction.. But again on 5/2/19 frauder debited rs 70000 from my a/c.. I have filed a complain in the cyber cell and nearest police station.. The other frauder [protected] pretends to help me. Tells me to download "anydesk app".. I did not agree.. Actually both are involved in this... All transactions were made in upi.. If these two frauders are traced and questioned i'm sure to get my money.. Their nos. Are in use.. Please do help me..

I want to return the order which i ordered today, since material of saree is worst, doesn't even looks like buying for 100rs even, kindly help in returning it.

1. Never go through this fraud website any how, at any cost. This is totally a fraud website.

2. They don't have return and exchange policy. If you will try to return your fake product they never respond. After repeatedly calling 150 to 200times if mistakenly they will receive than they say your number is wrong. On asking the name of customer care person he/ she will never disclose their identity and will ask for cvv number of debit card and bank account number.

3. Again they will say:- be online and download quicksupport app while being online. Further they will say:-while being on line operate this app, we are guiding you how to operate this app by maintioning your bank account number.

4. On asking that without taking their wrong product back how can they return our money. They will start missguiding you.

5. Remember if by mistake you will download this app they will take your mobile in remote and will hack your bank account. This information i have got from an it expert abt this app.

6. Rest of the information about this website you can get from 'india's platform for resolving customer complaints', where countless complaints are existing for this.

7. This website is totally fraud, cheating innocent customers by supplying zero quality products and most of the time for namesake totally different products.

I have ordered a saree worth Rs.1499/- but the quality and the colour is not the same as that was displayed in photo in their web site. The quality is too low and the colour is pale . Itis not as expected. Not worth the money I have paid. The material is not as described in the web site. I need to return the item and have raised the request on 3rd Feb itself. Nobody has come to collect the item. They do not respond to the phone call and the email id given in the web site is fake. So I am unable to contact them. Kindly help me get the refund amount

I had ordered 2 soft silk sarees, one worth ₹.1749/- and the other ₹.1499/-. I had prepaid through card and received a message saying the order is being processed. But today i received the following 2 messages which says that the amount is in wallet.

I have purchased silk saree online using net banking in the craze n demand website for rs.1499/- on 21.01.2019 order id is:5c454a719f465 the product is damaged and the quality is very poor, so i just wanted to return and get refund, i have sent email to their support team but mail did not delivered saying invalid emailid so i sent the mail to their official email id but till today i have not recieved any reply from them, i have searched their website and i did not find any other option like customer care number to get it resolved but there is very less information on return, kindly do needful

This is deceitful site, there contact details are most probably fake, as they don't response to mails and there contact number is also not reachable,

I have ordered saree worth 3500 (As claimed on site) georgette with emroderd border, but after various follow-ups they send me a damage poor quality saree hardly worth rs.300.

Requesting yours kind help to please take necessary action to stop this syndicate/ planned cheating site.

Gosh these people are fraud... What they showed in pic is so different then what was delivered absolutely bad fabric. Couldn't believe it was a saree at all... Looked like some cheap piece of cloth. And there's no contact detail for refund except a mail id from which they didn't revert even after continous follow up. Please don't buy anything from here. I am robbed of 1600/- on pretext of getting a good saree. Fake people and fake product. I can understand why they already have so many complaint against them online
