I have ordered a saree from crazendemand and i recieved the product on[protected].(AWB no. ITQC[protected], ORDER NO.[protected]CS45).The product was really dissappointing. It is not at all similiar to the image shown and is of very poor quality. I have placed the order via whatsapp and when i enquire about its return, there is no response from their side. I have also mailed to the online site. Then too they do not respond.

Yesterday 25.11.19 I received my product .The suit was of silver coloured lace and dupatta golden colour lace.The material was very cheap in quality, .When I thought of replacement Couldn't find any process of return.Even the phone number and mail.id are wrong.This a fraud company.Iwant my money back.The product cost 1799rs.But i[censored] look at the product it is very very cheap.How could a company run sucessfully by cheating upon customers.Ieven messaged them on Facebook but still the same, no response came from their side.Pls help.What should I do now????

But unfortunately this mail id is faulty. This company is a fraud. Pls resolve my problem. As i am very upset with its service. This company should be banned...

. I have ordered purple embroidered saree and i got so pathetic product (Just a plain green and black cloth with 1550 rupees.. Very disappointed.. I want my refund asap..in my account only. Because i don't want to use this site again for shopping.. I had sent mail same day for refund and return after receiving product, but they didn't respond
These guys are doing fraud with the people.

I ordered three kurtis online from this company - crazendemand.com
They delivered me all wrong items. I paid 5000 rupees for the products.
I am mailing them continuosly regarding the return, there is no response. I am texting them in whatsapp too, still no response.

This is a fake company with fake dress shown online. They have the ads all-over facebook and instagram.

People should stop buying from this website. They have no return policy. Once the money is gone is gone. Please be careful.

I ordered silk saree from crazendemand and cancelled immediately within half an hour and they didn’t cancel. They delivered wrong product which was really cheap saree and for returns asked us to contact a number and email I’d which is non responsive since last 2 weeks now. My money is wasted please help me get refund.

Actually the same has happened with all their customers. They are fraud

On 3rd November, 2019, ordered a product "Prominent Light Pink Coloured Soft Silk Saree", which was delivered to me on 7th November, 2019, after paying Rs. 1549.

Upon opening the product, the I found that the product was completely different from the product advertised on the company's website. The product was of a different colour (golden, not pink) and different...

I have ordered party wear saree against order id[protected] dated 27.10.19. I have received the order through ekart courier but the said order is fake not as per my requirement hence i have paid cash rs.1649/- and send parcel back on same day by maruti courier awb no.[protected] as per discussion had with there team +91 [protected] but the parcel is return and number [protected] and +91 [protected] is getting not reachable.

Please help to receive money back.

I have received the above order today. My order humber is[protected] and awb no is[protected]. The saree ordered and what we have received is completely different colour. I had ordered for a orange coloured soft silk saree and we have received a dark purple coloured saree which is completely different from our order. I would like to return the order at the earliest and kindly refund my money back. This was the first time i ever tried to order something from your site and it was a very disappointing experience. But i am unable to get through the customer service num in the website nor i am receiving a revert to my mails sent to the email address mentioned for returning products

Sir i want to cancel my order.in this order not like on online febric is so dirty.. Dress is not ready like that my order so thats y i. I have ordered a saree with https://m.facebook.com/groups/[protected]?view=permalink&id=[protected] on cod. And i have received a cheap saree maximum worth 200 where the one i had to pay1745 as the courier man said i have to accept it even i don't like it as it will be collected by company.
I tried to reach u people over phone but guess the no u have provided on ur homepage is also a invalid number. Please give me a call or else i will contact facebook for running a fake site who just fool people. I ordered a saree from this site. The one which they sent is totally different from what I ordered. I tried calling on the number[protected] given on their site but seems it is fake as it never gets through. Wrote on their email but no response to that as well. The item sent is very cheap also. I paid rs 1499 for the product a soft silk saree but what they have sent me is a cheap 200-300 rs stuff that you get on roadsides. I thought of calling them for refund but the number given does not get connected. Seems it does not even exist. I mailed by complaint on the email id which is enquiry.[protected]@gmail.com but neither it has bounced nor have I received any answer from them. I feel it is a bogus company duping people of their money. Please help.

I ordered a semi stitched lehenga choli of rs 1499/- from this website on[protected] and recieved a completely different product on[protected]. The product was delivered by a flipkart delivery man. When i tried to contact their customer care for a return, no one responded to the calls or emails. I ordered saree from crazendemand. I got my saree order on 29th. I got my order it is so different material and color than the order so i want to return it. I am trying for 4 days to complain about return product but no body response. And even i can't connect them anyway.
Even i can't mailing or can't connect my call. Pz book my complain so i can return my product.

I ordered two sarees from crazendemand which was shown in the site on 17/8/2019.. after 3 days they called me for shipping adress and i askef them about the product quality she said yes quality will be same as shown in the pic..it was delivered on 23/8/2019..i was shocked to see the sarees which doesn't even meet 1%of the given pic..it is very cheap saree which can be bought for 200rs..instead of silk they have sent nylon saree which look like curtains..when i called no response.mailed to the id but it is fake id..msgs are not sent..no return and no refund..im extremely disappointed..please take action against this frauds..so that no other will be cheated

Please note i ordered one saree from craze and demand website: www.crazendemand.com. my order number is[protected]. I received the product and the quality is very bad also it has some print issues. As per company policy they mentioned i can return the product by writing an email to enquiry, [protected]@gmail.com. When i am writing them an email the mail is bouncing back due their mailbox full issue. I have also tried reaching them through whatsapp ([protected]) and phone (+[protected] but they are not reachable anywhere. Please hep me resolve this and please help me get my full refund from craze and demand people. The seems to be fraud guys please help me locate them.

I have ordered a soft silk saree rs 1699, instead i got an curtain type material saree poor quality which is not worth of 1699 rs, they don't have return option on site crazendemand.com and no customer care number also.

They are not responding to my calls and blocked my number, i have left a mail on both the mail id's they mentioned on site, but mail id's are not valid.

I had ordered 1 (One) maroon border kanchipuram style silk saree-cs48 with my order id no.[protected] through www.crazendemand.com on 5.07.2019. The product was worth rs. 1750/-.

Completely wrong product was delivered to me on 9.07.2017. No where it is silk material linen thread work as per the product description. The picture and description of product ordered and product received have been attached with this mail.

I tried to return it but unable to place return order through my id as return link has not been activated.

The no. Given on the site is not a valid no. And there is no response over whatsapp no. I could only mail to the given mail id on the website.
However, further i managed to contact the sub vendor and asked him to provide a valid no. But again i was given the same invalid no.

After sometime i received a call from different no. ([protected]) a lady saying i am speaking from craze n demand. I stated my problem and updated her about my sent mail to the mail id given on website i. E. Enquiry. [protected]@gmail.com

After my conversation with the lady i only got reply through mail that "please note that this is the same stuff received by you which you ordered. So according to the refund and cancellation policy, you can't return this product"

Again i called over the no. ([protected]) many times but there was no response.

I want my rs. 1750/- to be refunded badly as is not any small amount to be wasted.

Please resolve the matter at the earliest.
