This is regarding the online shopping with craze n demand, surat, gujarat with the order no.[protected]. The product is a saree which i received is of very low and very bad quality not worth rs.1499 which is the amount i paid them. They are fraud company. They don't respond to phone calls or emails. Severe action has to be taken against this company runners and has to be put behind the bars.

I had purchased two sarees cost of rs2998. Delivered today. But one saree is not at all match with website and also without boarder. The order no[protected]
Rs 1399. I had send three mails and nobody picking the phone. I want refund my money company cheated coustamers. Pls do the needful.

Ordered product is not good. They are not picking the call for the return process. They are not replying for the message that is sent.

They r not attending phone a cheater company of surat is cheating many people please take action as early as possible the product shown in add is totally different from the product delivered they are not giving any information of how, to return the products or refund their email add is [protected]@gmail.com why such people are not punished daily they so many people

I had ordered a soft silk saree worth ₹1549 from crazendemand.i got a very poor quality product which is not worth the amount.the product is of cheap quality and also damaged.it is not what I expected.its a waste of money.i want to return the product and get my refund but the site has not provided any customer care number nor is it responding to my mails.the site has no customer care number provided.please help me return the product and get my money back.

They sent cheap quality saree which doesn't match.

If they can't sell soft silk saree why do they display or give advertise

I have ordered a soft silk saree rs1400, instead i got an curtain type material saree poor quality which is not worth of 1400rs, they don't have return option on site crazendemand.com

They are not responding to my calls and blocked my number, i have left a mail on both the mail id's they mentioned on site, but mail id's are not valid

Please help in getting my money back, by returning the product.

Purchased 2 sarees from the website. Delivered product has little resemblance to shown images. Very poor fabric. Not worth even 10% of prices shown, Absolute cheating.No contact number available.No return policy for the company.
No issues on delivery or delivery times.

I had purchased a soft silk saree worth rs1549 from craze demand and they delivered me saree was very poor in quality and totally different in colour as shown in pictures. When i contacted them they didn't answer. No replies from mail that they had provided. Even blocked my number soon after when i said i want to return it. They are making fools to the customers by showing attractive sarees and providing them useless quality. Dont buy from craze demand. Please help me in getting back my money.

I have purchased a soft silk saree rs 1550 from crazen demand.com online site. I have got it today. But the product was different from that i have expected. So i want to return it. I called several times but didn't get. So kindly let me know what i have to do for return the product. The quality of the product is very poor. It was highly defferent from that they have showed in the site. I have send mail but no response. Pls let me know where should i have to complained.

I've ordered a saree with order number : sb[protected].
They have sent me a 2 rupee cheap saree for 1549/- rs. If they think they are smart, l feel that they are dumb. I will go legally and will surely sue them.
Please provide us with their customer care service details to exchange my product. Please take legal action against this fraudulent site.
I've ordered the saree from one of their fraudulent site www.saribox.com
Please make sure they get punished

I have given an order for soft silk saree on[protected]. My order id is[protected] and the amount is 1549/- including rs 50/- for cash on delivery. Delivered the product on[protected] but the product quality is very very poor (Very cheap local product) will get the same saree from local market @ just rs 250/-. Only the design is same but that too printed one cloth looks like cheap material. There is no return option in the site and tried calling in the customer service number which they have mentioned and the number which they called me to tell about the despatch but no response. How can they make the cystomers this much fool by giving local saree instead of silk saree? How can i get the money back? Please help.

We ordered a saree from crazendemand.com on 15 november, 2018. It was delivered on 24 november. The product was not the same as it was shown on the website as the cloth material was bad, the colour varied, and the print was lied about. It was a cheap product and were looted for 1450 rupees. The shopping experience was disappointing.
And that's not all, when we tried reaching out to them to return the product, we were not satisfied. They did not pick up the call. We have tried calling them over 100 times now and they only picked up once to tell us to call them back after few hours and they didn't pick up again. We have sent them countless whatsapp messages and have not received a reply. They are not at all customer friendly and are looting other customers also.
We want our money back as soon as possible.

I ordered saree for rupees 1499 but still it is an unworth for the for the price i want to return it but there is no option in this site for returning so i had no other option so i complained this is illegal because it in that side it has explain that there is no returning option but still there is no other blog or something returning option in that site even after login so kindly take considerable action. I call the customer care it is coming like it is unreachable place or switched off so it is totally and unfare and illegal

Literally cheating the customer.
They have posted sarees which looks good n attractive but they deliver very cheap n low quality product, worth of Saree is less than 500 but they sell it for 1500 which is really really cheating also they don't even reply to the mails send on ...pleasee look into it n do the needful asap...below are the images shown on model is on website and other is the printed one which is dispatched to me...When I asked on call they said it's zari exactly what u see in picture

I ordered 2 soft silk sarees worth rupees 1499 each. And the product i got was not worth even Rs. 250. Cheap quality sarees were delivered to me, and I want to return the sarees. I want my hard earned money back.
I have written a complaint on their instagram page, also written a email to them.
I am ready to fight a case against these fraudsters if need be.
But I want my money back.
