I oredered a saree on craze n demand company on their online site crazendemand.com.

I received fake saree which colour and even cloth is not matching what was shown on their site...

I write to them on their wtsapp number +91 [protected]. But no any reply from them. When i want to buy they give reply within a seconds but when i want to return they are not at all replying on wtsapp or on call.

So i am very disappointed for their service and the fake product give to customers. Many customer written on their facebook page too.

I ordered a product (Saree) from craze n demand and they delivered a wrong product on cash on delivery. I immediately requested for refund by through customer care, but they asked my debit card details and initiated some transaction. Then asked for the otp sent to my mobile number. I didn't share the otp with them and disconnected the call. I was sure that nobody requires card details and otp to send some money especially without even returning the product. This is pure fraud as they were trying to loot money from my bank account. Please forward this complaint to the concerned department and take action against this site.

I have bought 2 sarees from craze n demand site order no[protected] date 4th november 2018 code of the saree cd103 and cd 170. Both the sarees are entirely different from what thay have shown in their site. The quality of the saree are pathethic. And when i asked for refund and the procedure for the same they didnt even give a reply. Rather was sending links for purchasing again. The customer care number given on the site will never pick the call. Please help. This is a fraud site. Kindly request others not to buy from this site again.

My mother indira sharma ordered a saree on 12/12/18 on above site and received on 18/12/18 a cheap quality saree of rs 1449. As she don't like so i want to return but they don't have customer contact. I got a customer care from net i. E. [protected] (It's fake not working) i mailed on [protected]@cnd.com (No reply). I got what's app number which i saw active n i messged on that number [protected] (Conversation enclosed) but they blocked my number without reply. I want refund.
Pls help i am having great believe on your team.

I have ordered a saree for Rs-1399/- on 29th Nov. received a poor quality saree on 3rd dec. I have returned the product to crazendemand on 10th Dec.Till now did'nt received the money i have paid for the ### saree. just to return the saree courier services took Rs- 110. This are all the losses i have gone through.
They will never respond on phone, mail, watsup.
Use less buggers running this stupid website. Its just a fraud site

I have ordered the saree as per picture shown in the website.. Product is completely diffrent from the image, low quality, pathetic... After sending multiple emails came to know that email id is not proper...

The amount which i paid was 1550.. So i would request you to please refund my amount asap or else i have to legal for this fraud...

This crazendemand seems to be a bogus ncompany. Their phone number, mobile number gets closed on 2-3 rings. I had sent many emails but not one of them is answered. I am a senior citizen at pune and purchased for my daughter a silk saree in april 2018. The picture shown of this product and the actual delivered product are entirely different. They are fooling the people under the guise of online shopping. Gujarat govt. Should take a note of this and file cheating case against them.

I had ordered a product through crazendemand which is really not worth.

They had mentioned the product will be the exactly the same as picture shown. Which is not even 1 percent coincide with the pciture. Be the color or the product.

To return or to know the return procedure am not getting any response from customer care end.

It's purely cheating by showing unrelated pic of product.

Need complete refund for this product and take necessary action on the same.

The product was not up to my satisfaction... It was not delivered as shown in pic... The blouse was shown to be worked with many designs but the delivered product doesn't has any workimgs neuther the colour... The colir seems to be so dimmed... And after all the material was not a soft silk... It has not got a worth of the amount paid... Such an unworthy product... Take it back as soon as possible...

I have purchased a saree for 1499+50 from this site. It was detailed as soft silk, but i received a poor quality polyester kind of material which not at all look like the one they showed in the wesite.
When i tried to return the product, they are not answering to my call, email, and in website also no return option is available. They even blocked my number in watsapp.

I have attached both the displayed saree in the website and the received saree.

I placed return request. But now there is no any progress on that. Continously i am calling them but there no response from there side. Please help me to give my money back

Instead of shown saree picturei have received today worst saree only (Both in colour & quality). Actually it is a cheating which customer is being cheated through popular site through google.
These type of cheating site should not promote by the google. And even crazendemand site is not having any return option too. I have to get justice by returning my cash back of rs. 1399/- and request you to take immediate action against this site not to cheat any more customers.

Somehow got the number ([protected]) from juts dial, they are not responding to my calls and blocked my number, i have left a mail on both the mail id's they mentioned on site, but seems mail id's are not valid. Because they are not responding.

Please help in getting my money back, by returning the product.

My order id is[protected], i received a message stating that my order has been send by courier â€œecom expressâ€ (Awb[protected] but till this day i have not received my order, i tried to contact the seller by sending him a few email but did not get any reply. Hence i request you to please look into this and do the needful.

I have ordered stunning green colored soft silk saree rs.1549/- insted I got an poor cotton type saree. Very poor quality .and wrong delivery it's not worth 1549/-, and there are no return option on site of" crazy demand". And customer care number also no respond on my calls. I had purchased soft silk saree by paying 1550 rupees but i received a local quality saree which is just worth 300 rupees but in the picture they have shown silk saree with jari.

Please request you to take necessary action on them and refund the amount back. Disappointed with the quality of the cloths and we request them not to cheat other people as same they did for us.
