Got saree on 13- jan-2019, it's not at all matching the description and not worth for the money. I have spent 1500/- but it's very cheapest saree.
They have given wrong contact number in the website, so, i have sent a mail regarding return process 10 days back still they r not replying.

I ordered 2 saries for 2898, 1 for 1399 another 1499 through crazendemand.com same recieved from ecom expressand checked the saries quality it is too worst and cheap like 200rs saries. To return order i checked crazendemand.com website that link is not available even they are claiming return should be in less than 7 days. Before i got received call from crazendemand.com that my order receive today. I tried to call them but they are not lift my call then blocked my number. After some time i got call from another number and he is asking my banking details like my card number and expiry date and cvv. He is telling return link will send if i say my bank details... He send some message to my number and that sms is to forward another number which he said with in 30 seconds. Then he asked my googlepay details and sended my gpay got requesting new password. Unfortunately my bank balance is so less. Then he said link will come soon... Further no link recieved

I ordered a product which is mentioned as soft silk and came out to be some cheap quality material which can cost around 300 rupees in shops. Guys please do not order from here. This is a complete frard website that provides you with fraud email address and phone numbers they do not respond to. Guys dont dont dont buy and honestly this website and the user and ip address that created this website should be blocked or banned. They are also blocking people from their facebook page who are writing negative reviews about them

I have purchased a soft silk saree (Rs.1499/- + rs.50/- cash on delivery charge) from crazen demand.com facebook (Saree hub - whatsapp ph. No. [protected]) online site. I have got it 26th december 2018. But the colour is totally different also the quality is not up to the mark as per the price you have charged. So i want to return it. I called several times (Whatsapp ph. No. [protected]) but didn't get. So kindly let me know what i have to do for return the product. The quality of the product is very poor. It was highly defferent from that they have showed in the site. I have send mail but no response. Please let me know where i should have to complain. So i want to return the saree. Please make arrangements to return the saree code cd 164.
Fraud site, cheating people by selling worst quality products. My money is wasted... Never buy in craze n demand site.

The product that got delieverd was horrible. Neither the quality was accurate, nor the colour matched.
They blocked my number when i tried calling them, they blocked me on facebook when i tried contacting. They dont reply to emails.

Their refund policy in the website clearly states refund is available.
This is cheating!!!

I ordered an item on https://www.crazendemand.com/, they provide login details on 21 dec 2018. I ordered a saree of rs. 1499 and payment is done through my credit card. And status shows that placed order sucessfully and shipped order sussfully as shown 21st dec 2018. Then they send a sms about the tracing number awb[protected]. Ecom express. Then i contact then theough whatsup [protected] then give me shippment details.
Till date i didnot get my product.
Then i informed about this through whatsup they blocked me.
And the courier service was also give fake information about the delivery of the product. And they did not give any dc details and delivery boys number.

I have ordered a soft silk saree rs 1399/-, instead i got an curtain type material saree poor quality which is not worth of 1399/-rs, they don't have return option on site crazendemand.com and no customer care number also.

Somehow got the number from youtube that is [protected], they are responded and convince with in hour credit the amount your account i have give OTP number, he deducted two times 999+999 amount from my account through AIRTEL MONEY.

Please help in getting my money back, by returning the product.

I checked in google also there were many complaints against this sites.

I ordered a saree from the above mentioned company's site but the product they delivered to me was not the one which I have ordered. The one they delivered was something rubbish. The one which I ordered was Rs.1549 but they delivered was poor quality saree which doesn't match the money. I need my money back which is with them. Please help me to get my money back from them.

This is cyber crime!!! They are cheaters.. Not sure where should we be lodging complaint. I placed an order as the saaree was extremely bad quality and even the colors are not matching. When i tried to contact the given number, they have simply blocked my number.
I have not even received response on the email.
They are posting pictures of some very good quality ans pretty sarees and sending very cheap quality could be of worth less that 300 rupees for 1500 rupees.

I have placed order of silk saree worth rs. 1500/- with crazendemand.com vide whats app msg on [protected] on 22nd december 2018 & on same same i sent msg to them to cancel my order. Because i am not sure about quality of cloth. On 24th dec received msg that your order has been processed vide awb[protected] order no.[protected].

Received courier on 27th dec. When opened the cloth is not good, even it is not soft silk & on same day i sent hi, whatapp message that take back saree & return me the amount which i paid. He /she message but not replied. May be he now blocked number. There is no response from them.
I am sending them msg & there is no reply.

Please help me to refund the amount of rs. 1500/-

I ordered a saree on 28 dec 18. They delivered a different product which was shown on site. Its just a raw cloth of 6 mtrs out of big cloth. No saree look. On site they have border on it too. Its not silk n ugly looking golden color on the back of the cloth as well which was not on web site. When i send a text to them to take it back they blocked my no. N no revert till date. They r fraud. Please mark their site as fraudsters. So they cannot fool others.

You have delivered only one saree but i have ordered two saree's at rs 3598. And also modified my dress colur quality quantity is very poor. So i want to return my money back. I doesn't satisfy this company online shopping. The delivery boy also makes irregular talking and dirty. So i want to return my saree and give back my money. So i want to return my money

I paid rs.1499 for a tie n dye saree on 28th dec 2018 through citi credit card.
The payment was through. But i did not receive any communication from crazendemand regarding my order and hence i have nothing with me to track the order or even to communicate that i have not received my order.
I just have the proof of payment done through citi bank credit card.

I request either refund of my money or deliver the saree i ordered.

I would like to raise an issue against an e-commerce website under the name 'crazedemand.com' that sells consumer goods like sarees, kurtis, etc. Their return policy states that the customer can ship back the product if a wrong product is delivere. I ordered a silk saree from them and the product i received was not the same as shown on the website. The fabric if the product is not the same as stated on the website, the colour is different and the quality is cheap.
I tried reaching out to them via emails, what's app messages (Where they blocked my number after reading the messages) and their mobile number as stated on the website is not reachable ever since.
They have poor quality products and the worst non existential customer support ever.
It would be great if something could be done in this regard.

I had ordered a soft silk saree but the received saree was exactly opposite to the 1 i had ordered, the material is too awkward and rough its not looking saree in anyway. I need to return the product but there is no option.

They are not responding to calls or mails.

Please stop doing services like this.

Please help in getting my money back, by returning the product.
