We, techno global services pvt ltd had taken loan from bajaj finance, equipment finance as per below details,

Loan account statement for 4100ce00314475
Last disbursal date - 23.07.12
End installment date - 15.06.13
Final payment done & ac closed - 11.04.14

After that we have been following with bajaj finance for clearing the charge from cibil from last 4 years but still its not cleared, its affecting our cibil and hampering our credit limit.

Dear sir,
On 16/08/18 sbi credit card fraudulant transactions rs.70000/- has been done through my credit card. Within 24hrs as per rbi guidelines (17/08/18) i was informed sbi customer care, nodalofficier of sbi bank and lodged fir against this transactions and inform cyber cell too. My all informations pan card, adhaar card and sbi credit card details has been stolen by the caller. I complaint against this. But sbi bank create pressure on me for paying amount which is i am using nor swipe. I am worried about my cibil score.

It's been more than 100 days my issue is not resolved yet.

I sent you many emails but no resolution provided from your side.

I have only pan edbpd4639a which is correctly reflecting in my cibil report but in your backend it's showing two pans.

Kindly remove the other pan from my account as it's creating lot of problems in my account like other's account number are showing, other's enquiries showing.

My pan edbpd4639a was issued by incometax department in febraury 2018 and my account showing loans of 2016.

Please correct my account asap.

My name is parag jyoti borthakur, from guwahati, assam and i took a two wheeler loan from l&t finance guwahati on 28/05/2013 against loan no 1436177 for an amounting to rs.35, 000/-, i had duly paid full amount through my sbi bank ac no [protected]. But today after checking my c-bill record i found its showing pending of rs 9724/- since from 5/7/2014.
Please advice how to update the same. The mater was informed to l&t office long back. I took my noc which was submitted to rto, guwahati and transfer rc in my name.

I had a credit card with Standard Chartered Bank way back in 2004 to 2009. As I lost my job and struggled for 1 year to get a job as I couldn't pay the dues of Rs.12000/- in 2009 and when I settled down in 2013 I did repay to all the Banks, but this SCB credit totally got out of my sight. In 2015 SCB had written off my account and given a wrong information to CIBIL by mentioning a 15 digit account number (which is not my credit card number) that there is a default of Rs.3.58 lakhs from me and I have opted for a settlement EMIs from May 2015 to April 2018 and not paid even single EMI. As I had no idea of CIBIL rating, etc., i didn't worry, but when I opted for a loan I came to know this was present in my CIBIL account. I was shocked and filed a dispute with CIBIL on 13th August 2018 (I paid one month subscription to check credit score) and CIBIL informed that account was not mine and removed it from my CIBIL account. Suddenly on 12th September 2018 (when my subscription got over) it has been reinstated saying that account is mine and CIBIL informed I should get it resolved with Bank.

I sent a mail to SCB customer care division and received an initial reply there is no such account available in their database and requested for my PAN. I once again requested them to check with that account number they somehow got the lead and started to force me to pay Rs.3.58 laksh. I have been asking them to share the EMI details which they informed CIBIL that I have defaulted. They are not able to produce anything. Instead they have sent 200 Credit Card Statement from 2007 to Sep 2018 for the credit card which was written off in 2015!.

I escalated this to CIBIL they once again informed they will only go by SCB's statement and they dont have the law to check the correctness of the information provided by Banks. I dont know how they can rate me with wrong information. Moreover SCB is not worried to resolve my issue repeatedly telling me to pay Rs.3.58 lakhs. They are not committing on the EMIS and wrong information given by them.

Now, I don't know how to proceed and struggling.
I Need somebodies help to get out of this problem.

SCB & CIBIL should be punished and I am ready to repay the correct due to SCB.

Can anybody help me out please.

My Pan no ALCPA0127B. I have taken business priority agriculture loan from state bank of mysore with A/c no [protected]. I cleared loan amount on 11.03.2016. But still shows overdue Rs.137007/- in CIBIL REPORT. Hence, please rectify the error as early as possible.

This is chinna perumal sekhar from tirupathi on 2013 i am vist reliance mart for buying samsun 32 inch led tv on that time of period i am contact with bajaj finance ltd company executive for loan process he explained. After i am submitted all documents details. Finance loan process on time i am submitted my all documents and one cheque. He collect from me after he say to me sir your loan process not completed he say to me. After i am asked please give me my all documents and one cheque but he not give my documents and one cheque lot time i am asked he all documents in bajaj finance ltd company office sir i will collect and give to you sir. He told to me. But after few days bajaj finance ltd company people they cut off amount from my bank account [protected] this account number after i am vist to bank to asked bank manager sir y amount cut from my account. He say sir you take loan from bajaj finance ltd that y amount cut. After i am visited bajaj finance office in tirupathi brach i am asking sir i am not take any loan from your company. But you take my amount from my bank. Bajaj finance ltd company people do wrong sign and wrong bank documents submitted for loan process taken from bajaj finance ltd used my name and my all documents and one cheque. Sir please clear the issues from bajaj finance ltd. I am asking request to cibil offers please clear issue from bajaj finance ltd sir.

I have paid my EMI for home loans with no delays however CIBIL report is showing days delay due to which my score has been degraded. Request you to help me in updating the correct information. I have checked and validated loan statement and it is not showing any days delay in repayment. I have also got no-delay letter from the Bank. Request you to please look into it ASAP.

Oo/- and i am payingh all total payment. But date on 15/10/2018 some what how i have not payment. So now tryingh again for the loan on the same but the bank answer is cibil score is not good. I am from davanagere in karnataka state.
I had vehicle loans with iob and both the loans were cleared 5 years back. And oof course there were delays but even after 5 years of complete loan clearance, the cibil rating is showing the 2 accounts on my rating. I had written to the bank's on several times to give me clear chit, but this is due to cibil body it is still appearing on my report.
I was told by several friends that it can be cleared if i pay some fees on each account.
If banks are not in a position to clear this, how can a broker or middle man can do this. I can smell something fishy here.
I need justice here. Please...

They provided fake offers to me and when they delivered the card i activated that same day and called customer support to get more details for the offer they are providing. They refused for such an offer is not given by them and i requested them to close or dis continue my card. Its been a month that m calling to bank for request to close the card. But they are not closing it.

My name is krishan kumar. Whenever i try to apply credit acrd of any bank its rejected due to low cibil score. I just asked with credit card person said your credit card is rejected is code s5..in that code the reason is due to cibil score is low.. Might be not paying your emi on time or any loan payment or credit acrd payment online. But its not true i just make alll payment all the time doesnt matter its auto loan, personal loan, home credit loan and its happening from last 1 year it keep saying your cibil is low why. I need answer of all this why is got rejected my credit card. I already have 1 credit card with bank its fine. All timely payment.. Why my cibil score is stuck and not increasing..

Have applied for housing loan in lic housing finance limited. When my cibil is found in lic housing finance limited there is loan of 2, 14, 220/ rupee which is continue from 27/12/2006, but i have not taken this loan and i am not aware of any of this loan. So, i therefore, request you to verify and correct my cibil and the loan which is shown in my cibil. Please tell me the name of that bank. Mai upbhokta forom main case karoonga mai defence mai hoon mera koi track record kharab nahi hai kaise baar baaar dhamki de rahe ho.. Bank k galti hai ye jo update nahi bhejti hai... Agar mera record kharab hua jo dhamki di hai 12000 ka lolipop khilane k koshis k hai sab record hai mere pass. Mai forum mai daloonga

In my CIBIL report 15 digit account number was shown by SCB that i have defaulted around 3.5 lakhs. Term is shown as May'15 to Apr'18 not paid even single emi. It is surely not credit card number. When I filed a dispute recd a mail i won and credit score improved. After 10 days it is rolled back. When I escalated CIBIL said SCB is correct. Ridiculous. CIBIL are not verifying records of the institutions. I started to right mails to SCB customer care. They first send mail and this account could not be retrieved in the system. When sent mail again to SCB they informed 2 difference credit card numbers that I defaulted. It was not mentioned in CIBIL. When I requested for statement, they sent a statement without my address, contact details and no previous records and even last 4 numbers of card number was typed. Previous transaction details were not present in that statement.

Even I have escalated the dispute with CIBIL they say SCB is correct. They couldn't even identify between credit card number and some other number. Now, I have escalated it to the next level of SCB and sent all the mails to CIBIL. But I am not sure whether they will take action against SCB.

I have lost a home loan offer because of this fraud by SCB. God only can save this country from these irresponsible institutions.
