I am Ajit Kumar S/O Shri Ramesh Chander. I am working as an Engineer in Advant IT Park Pvt Ltd., Sector-142, Noida. I have a salary account in HDFC Bank, Branch- Sector-142, Noida. Recently I checked my CIBIL score where I found that I have a loan of Rs. 50, 000/- is shown in my name, which I never availed, and is fraudulently taken in my name possibly by forging my KYC documents, and signatures. I immediately complaint (physically) HDFC Bank branch about this fraud. On 11th April’19, one Mobikwik associate called me and informed that I have a loan of Rs. 50, 000/-, against which EMIs are falling due and asked me for the payment. Since I did not take this loan, so I denied about any such transaction and complaint to the person about this fraud. Upon enquiring details about this loan, he informed that the loan was passed by DMI Finance Pvt. Ltd. having Personal Loan Account No - DMI[protected], opened on 18th Dec 2018. I refuted this transaction, and asked him to immediately cancel if any such transaction is in process. But unfortunately following amount credited in my HDFC bank a/c, which I never requested, nor this amount belong to me, so I lodged complaint with the HDFC Bank branch:
1. Rs. 1, 926 was credited in my account on 27th Dec 2018.
2. Rs.21, 571 was credited in my account on 7th Jan 2019.
3. These both transactions were done with Mobikwik App using mobile no. [protected].
4. By using this mobile number, out of Rs. 50000 loan, Rs. 23, 497 amounts was transferred to my HDFC Account and the remaining Rs. 26, 503 must have been siphoned off by fraudster.
5. When I complained to HDFC bank, I was informed that ECS Mandate applications from DMI Finance was applied many a times for approval. These applications with UMRN No. (Application no.) – HDFC[protected] & HDFC[protected], were rejected by the bank due to mismatch of signature.
6. It seems somebody stolen my KYC documents and also tried to forge my signature with melafide intentions to cheat me and financial institutions.
7. The person who is using mobile number: [protected] is the main accused behind this fraud.
8. I also informed the bank that, the above mentioned amount does not belongs to me and it’s a unknown transaction, so reverse that. But nothing achieved so far.
9. Neither Mobikwik nor DMI Finance contacted me personally or via any communication link before sanctioning the loan or transferring the amount

10. The amount was transferred in December 2018, and since then till 11th April’19, there was no message or any intimation about the amount. On 11th April, I got the call from Mobikwik associate asking for EMI payment.
I am pretty sure that DMI Finance Pvt. Ltd. and the person using phone number ([protected]) and having account with Mobikwik are directly or indirectly involved in this fraud or they are in direct contact with the fraudster.
It is a kind request to please look into my matter as soon as possible. I have been a victim of Cybercrime and may otherwise been cheated in this bank fraud. My name and documents are somehow being misused and it is causing me huge mental as well as financial stress.
I also complaint this all matter and give a written complaint to Police station Surajpur Cyber Crime Cell Gautambhudh Nagar (U.P) at 13/05/2019. the gave me a receiving and registered the matter.( I am attaching the FIR complaint copy. please check this.)
Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have education loan and I have paid full EMI on last week but my cbil score is low, how many days to update the same.
