The loan of professional not received me in past & present. I am applying in personal loan in HDFC but not give me loan . reason due amounts of Sarva HGB . This Personal loan amount is very important for me. Please quickly solve my problem heartly. I talk with the Consumer Helpline Number: +[protected] two times. You seggst me contact the home branch of Sarva HGB.
I am not receiv any loan by tha Sarva HGB in that past/parsent. So I am not visit any Sarva HGB bank and not know that Sarva HGB loan account where in the Citi.

I visited in Sarva HGB home branch the account no. 7727JH00698336 but this account holder name is Govind s/o Sh. Jagdish and this loan account is closed by Govind.
My credit report in Experian is right

Please short out my problem timely

    Hi I am avinash contact number is [[protected]] my cibil inquiry number is[AZYPA3527H], I have multiple unauthorized inquiries on my report from odd institutions which I am not aware of, I have already dispute running with Cibil however the response I got from them is contact the respect financial institution, but my question is how should I reach them as they are not even traceable, the inquiries which are on my report are faul, there is no way to know who they are, I request you to delete all of the below inquiries who did unauthorized inquiries, as there no way for me to reach them.

        With reference to above on the subject matter I wish to Bring to your kind notice my serious grievances. I was surprised and shocked to note some of the wrong details include in the report that too by a responsible and transparent GOI AGENCY. Listed below my grievances.
        1.0 Personal information: contact information:
        Address: I never stayed or worked in the Address no 3 and for included in your report dated 20/06/2006Kindly let me know how and from where this address has come into picture in my CIBIL report.
        Contact no. Phone numbers 2423424 and 22710697 does not belong to me nor ever I obtained this number form any of my known sources.
        Account information:
        Kotak Bank: I never opened any account in kotak bank nor applied for any personal loan. Therefore, kindly clarify & confirm from where and how this number has been include in my contact information.
        HDFC BANK: I never opened any account in HDFC bank nor applied for any AUTO LAON IN THE YEAR 2006. Therefore, kindly clarify & confirm from where and how this number has been include in my contact information.
        CITI CORP FINANCE: I never applied for AUTO LOAN PERSONAL under account number 976641 IN THE YEAR 2002. Therefore, kindly clarify & confirm from where and how this number has been include in my contact information.
        ENQUIRY:
        Axis Bank: I never applied for Business Loan- General with AXIS bank IN THE YEAR 2013. Therefore, kindly clarify & confirm from where and how this enquiry has been raised and has been include in my contact information.
        I’m enclosing the referred report and request Kindly note due to incorporation of wrong information in My a/c has caused me serious damage to my image status Kindly let me know the complete reason and make sincere request to rectify/delete misinformation to restore my STATUS IMAGE immediately.

          I, Bhavesh Parmar, first time check out my CIBIL report and found that there is unknown loan reflect in my account since 2007 which I have never borrowed even there is a no name of bank and account no mention in CIBIL so how to know from where loan was borrowed by some one . so kindly help to solve my problem as soon as possible because my CIBIL report is too bad because of that.

              I booked a Flat in DSK NABHAGAN at DSK Vishwa. The scheme was such pay 10% now and 10% on possession in August 2018. HDFC bank was given space at site and they gave loan to the builder on behalf of me. It is mentioned in the Agreement that interest on loan amount will be paid by the builder and I will start paying the loan instalment after possession. The builder is bankrupt and behind the bar. He is not paying interest. I had paid initially 9 lakhs ie 10%. My CIBIL RECORD is spoiled because the builder whom the loan was given directly is not paying the interest on loan.

                I took a education loan, a car loan.
                I repaid all the amount to the bank but the cibil is showing that account status active. The bank was union of india and car loan was mahindra and mahindra finance. I want cibil to clear my score as i have closed both the loans 1-2 years back. I am not getting loans anywhere due to these problems. Why i cleared the loans if it shows active in cibil after closing all the loans? This is very bad and cibil gives poor service to everyone. I heard from some people that they have closed their loans but still cibil shows they are active what a service, kindly solve my problem cibil.

                  I am Ajit Kumar S/O Shri Ramesh Chander. I am working as an Engineer in Advant IT Park Pvt Ltd., Sector-142, Noida. I have a salary account in HDFC Bank, Branch- Sector-142, Noida. Recently I checked my CIBIL score where I found that I have a loan of Rs. 50, 000/- is shown in my name, which I never availed, and is fraudulently taken in my name possibly by forging my KYC documents, and signatures. I immediately complaint (physically) HDFC Bank branch about this fraud. On 11th April’19, one Mobikwik associate called me and informed that I have a loan of Rs. 50, 000/-, against which EMIs are falling due and asked me for the payment. Since I did not take this loan, so I denied about any such transaction and complaint to the person about this fraud. Upon enquiring details about this loan, he informed that the loan was passed by DMI Finance Pvt. Ltd. having Personal Loan Account No - DMI[protected], opened on 18th Dec 2018. I refuted this transaction, and asked him to immediately cancel if any such transaction is in process. But unfortunately following amount credited in my HDFC bank a/c, which I never requested, nor this amount belong to me, so I lodged complaint with the HDFC Bank branch:
                  1. Rs. 1, 926 was credited in my account on 27th Dec 2018.

                  2. Rs.21, 571 was credited in my account on 7th Jan 2019.

                  3. These both transactions were done with Mobikwik App using mobile no. [protected].

                  4. By using this mobile number, out of Rs. 50000 loan, Rs. 23, 497 amounts was transferred to my HDFC Account and the remaining Rs. 26, 503 must have been siphoned off by fraudster.

                  5. When I complained to HDFC bank, I was informed that ECS Mandate applications from DMI Finance was applied many a times for approval. These applications with UMRN No. (Application no.) – HDFC[protected] & HDFC[protected], were rejected by the bank due to mismatch of signature.

                  6. It seems somebody stolen my KYC documents and also tried to forge my signature with melafide intentions to cheat me and financial institutions.

                  7. The person who is using mobile number: [protected] is the main accused behind this fraud.

                  8. I also informed the bank that, the above mentioned amount does not belongs to me and it’s a unknown transaction, so reverse that. But nothing achieved so far.

                  9. Neither Mobikwik nor DMI Finance contacted me personally or via any communication link before sanctioning the loan or transferring the amount

                  10. The amount was transferred in December 2018, and since then till 11th April’19, there was no message or any intimation about the amount. On 11th April, I got the call from Mobikwik associate asking for EMI payment.

                  I am pretty sure that DMI Finance Pvt. Ltd. and the person using phone number ([protected]) and having account with Mobikwik are directly or indirectly involved in this fraud or they are in direct contact with the fraudster.

                  It is a kind request to please look into my matter as soon as possible. I have been a victim of Cybercrime and may otherwise been cheated in this bank fraud. My name and documents are somehow being misused and it is causing me huge mental as well as financial stress.

                  I also complaint this all matter and give a written complaint to Police station Surajpur Cyber Crime Cell Gautambhudh Nagar (U.P) at 13/05/2019. the gave me a receiving and registered the matter.( I am attaching the FIR complaint copy. please check this.)

                    I had taken a loan with tata motors finance limited in 2015 and i have made a settlement of inr. 150000 towards the loan account no : [protected]. My final payment date was on 27/march/2019. I have obtained a no due certificate as well after this settlement done. However, in my cibil report it still shows amount pending or not cleared.                           Dear sir,

                          I applied for a personnel loan in state bank of india. Sbi did a cibil report enquiry, and they said that there an overdue of rs. 22, 868 shown in my account and hence the loan cannot be processed. Loan account does not belongs to me

                          When i checked the report date of birth, phone number, father name, email id, address, voter id no are mentioned wrong in that. So, i told sbi that the report is not mine but they asked me to contact cibil.

                          Then, i contacted cibil, they told me to raise dispute. I raised the dispute and cibil shared dispute id-csd[protected] the report again had the same wrong information. Cibil says contact to bank for correction. When enquired, they said that the details are updated by bank and they do not have any control over it and i have to get it rectified with the banks who updated it.

                          I contacted the bank to correct the details details or the account details. But, bank deny to correct. They said its cibil work and we have not send any wrong information to cibil.
                          This is a clear negligence by cibil personnel and bank personnel

                          Looking forward for an immediate response from you, as my home loan process has been halted because of this.

                            I have been fighting against fraud, cheating and mislead/misguide customers from few banks and the latest one is icici bank, against which have filed suit in rbi with all the proofs of their cheating and threatening customers over their mistakes.
                            I am not writing any bank issues here as this complaint it against cibil, as they never bother to check why the customer is not paying? Or why the customers emis getting bounced? What is the reason why customer is not paying credit card? Is there any issue from bank or else?
                            Cibil blindly follows bank reports against customers, which are 90% wrong as bank never mentioned the original issue while submitting report to cibil.in brief, my issues 1) sold credit card by misguiding (Proof submitted to icici and rbi, 2) false credit card statements online banking as well as over mail (Proof submitted to icici and rbi.) 3) without asking customers, given emi dates and when it gets bounce customers are at fault. (Proof submitted to icici and rbi.) 4) threatening customers over their mistake of giving wrong emi dates and then torturing customers and their family.
                            Now till the time above mentioned reasons are getting solved by rbi, as per bank report cibil has put me into defaulter list. This happens to all customers because of getting threatened by banks to put their names in defaulter list, not a single customer tried to complaint against any bank. Same happens with sbi, standard chartered (Details can be shared over email.) all are just threatening customers to earn money in wrong way.
                            Now from the day i have submitted complaint to rbi and stopped paying all emis, they have put me in defaulters list. Because of which i am not able to get any kind of loan and my reputation with all banks has gone down as soon as they check my cibil, which was clearly intentionally created by icici bank as well as other banks.
                            I am not complaining against only for myself, as if i stop here and do as they wants then they will never stop cheating and threatening customers. I just want the answer for my complaint that who has given cibil authority to put any indian citizen in defaulters list? As banks never present to correct report to cibil, so cibil has no right to devalue any citizen without third party authentication, which involves details discussion degrading someone or call defaulter.

                                I have 3 loan accounts incorrectly added into my CIBIL report. Upon reaching them out and raising dispute, nothing came. They asked me to talk to these banks who by error were reported. Imagine I had nothing to do with both the banks but it is more than 30 days I am running after those banks to get things straight with no results yet. The call centers for the banks are friendly to their customers but have no information regarding others. With great difficulty I have reached them on emails and phones and finally to their NODAL OFFICE. But here is the irony...the banks have accepted their mistake and they have sent me a confirmation that CIBIL has been notified of the error. When I called CIBIL they say bank has not sent anything yet. I am not sure who is right and whom to believe.
                                I am frustrated as my home loan is not getting processed because of this issue. I will take it separately with the bank.
                                But one thing is beyond my understanding that how come CIBIL do this without cross checking records properly.

                                  Citi bank cr. Card xx 6215 had a fraudulent international transaction in 2013 (Same date and time card was used in shopper stop and gulf petrol bunk) but i have not travelled abroad in my lifetime. After my complaint citi bank credited the amount, but after three months after analyzing my passport they sent a note that it is proved to be a genuine transaction. But i shared my passport which don't even have any visa stamping. I was ridicules meanwhile my emi of phone was over i also cancelled as i use to get calls and harassment calls from citi bank for clearing the due as their investigation dept has proved that this is a genuine transaction. Latter 2019 i want to take loan citi bank threatened if this is not cleared the cibil score will not reversed. I was badly affected.
                                  I had made the payment as forced by them but after a lot of follow up they gave a noc letter with out any sign or seal and it just having logo of citi bank. I wanted my credit score to get reversed at the earliest as they claim it will take min 3 months to do so.
                                  Kindly get the credit scored reversed.

                                    This complaint is in regards to multiple incorrect credit reporting's from banks in my cibil report. Cibil has reported 11 incorrect accounts from multiple banks across india in my cir that does not belong to me. I have raised a dispute with cibil in the month of september 2018 and now we are in the month of april 2019, but still cibil is not able to rectify my cibil report. Being a reputed credit bureau in the country, they have all incorrect information in the system. None of my personal details in the cibil report is correct. The dob, multiple phone numbers, multiple email addresses, multiple address across the country, passport details, driving license details are all updated incorrect that does not belong to me.
                                    Banks like axis bank has given credit card to a different customer linked with my pan number and that is reported in my cir.
                                    I have escalated this to the banking ombudsman (Rbi) and they are very well aware of this dispute that i have raised since october 2018. But still i have not received any help and the incorrect credit card accounts are still reflecting in my cibil report. This is affecting me to get future loans and more than this why should i accept these reporting's in my cibil report if they are not mine?
                                    I need you help because cibil does not do their investigation. I got them the evidence in emails from all the banks stating the accounts were not mine, but still they repeatedly report the same in the cir. I sincerely request the system to validate my personal details with all the accounts linked in my cibil report that is under dispute. None of the accounts matches with my personal details. Please provide help and get those incorrect accounts removed from my cibil report.

                                    What a disgusting Credit Bureau we have in the country in the name of Trans Union CIBIL who updates all incorrect information of customers financial reports.

                                    My complaint is still not resolved despite Axis Bank confirming that the mentioned credit card account does not belong to me.
                                    They do not even bother to respond or reply to complaints in this forum

                                        I undersigned Mr. Ravindra Shinde ( PAN : BIXPS3553G) CIBIL Control No. [protected].
                                        I am continuously following up since last four months from Dec 2018 with IIFL & CIBIL for my CIBIL clearance. IIFL is claiming that I have taken loan for 48 months and is not providing acknowledgement copy of sanction letter or any other document to prove the loan tenure.
                                        As per loan agreement copy loan was [36 Months] from 01st Nov 2007 to 01st Oct 2010 and Last EMI date mention was 01st Oct 2010.which is correct and repayment is also completed on 01 Oct 2010. Now after 12 years IIFl is saying that there was a typo error that too in two different places and loan was for 48 months with rate of interest 32% and providing unsigned documents to prove that loan was for 48 months not for 36 months with 32% rate of interest .CIBIL is also blindly without checking any documents updating the records in CIBIL
