My credit card application got declined by amex and the cibil report provided by them had a credit score of 6xx and these 2 issues:

1. Presence of a tradeline 91+ days delinquent 13 or more months ago.
2. Presence of severe delinquency in the past 6 months

I paid 1200 on the cibil site for my credit report. This fresh report (Generated 2 days after the amex report) had a score of 7xx and no such issues...
