One two wheeler loan opened on 28/7/2008 it was taken by me but it is showing in my cibil the loan as been taken from ICICI BANK New Delhi branch and the vehicle has been regesterd their but it is linked to my cibil and 6 CREDIT CARD AND 1AUTO Loan I am un able to solve this problem so I called the costumer care they suggested me to raise a complaint to cibil

Sir yesterday on 7/6/2018i got a fraudulent call nearabout 12pm from a phone no [protected]asking my all my credit card details like card no cvv dob card expiry date etc followed by otp rcvd two transactions of rs 10000 were made from my sbi card xxxx xxxx xxxx 3968to mobikwik i request you to kindly look into the matter n take necessary actio

There is no link of this loan with me and the other person is not paying installments. And this is affecting my cibil score because the other person is not paying installments of that loan,

Please remove this loan from my pan account as i do not have any link with this loan

This is in regards to subject matter, recently i had applied for pl from hdfc bank, i have been associated with hdfc since last 18 yrs. I have always maintained good credit history but this time when i applied, i was told that my cibil credit score is 655 and there is a default against me for non payment of loan which is appended below.

And this was news to me as taking a loan of rs. 01 lacs and defaulting and tht too from a gramin bank. I investigated the matter and visited gramin bank and found out that this laon is not taken by me but isin the name of some deepak sharma (My name is also deepak sharma) his fathers name is different then mine and no pan card is mentioned, his address is different.

Now coming to you how can you put this is my name?
How did you arrieved to this conclusion? Or is it that business of your that you creat this confusion and than for rectifying the same you ask for money.

Before i take up this matter on social media please respond and correct your misdoing.

Very unpleasantly, wanted to bring into your notice that i gajendra pratap singh, have taken couple of loans from different financial institution (Details attached) to meet my requirements.

Due to certain financial crunches in the past, few of the ecss / payments got bounced; however, i cleared / paid them with respective penalty charges.

For last 4 months, there is no default; as per best of my information; still the cibil score has not improved.

I tried enquiring the same through cibil team by writing to them (Email enclosed) and calling them; i didn’t get satisfactory response.

As a genuine common consumer, my enquiries are very basic and are pretty rightful.

However, cibil; who decides the fate of any consumer by maintaining the credit score of the consumers; cibil, who are the “custodians” of the defaults and the payment records; are not able to educate me on the basic logic of the scores getting improved or getting down.

Please see the email trail, where i have written to cibil and the kind of response cibil has given. Absolutely, no sense / meaning to what i have asked...!

My simple queries are:-

1. How much point i loose per default?
2. How much point i score per timely payment?
3. How much time it should take to re-correct my credit score?

I am very hopeful that you will be able to answer my above queries and also let me know the process of filling rti to cibil for this; since, cibil is being governed by rbi only.

I lost my citi bank credit card on date 12/09/2015. I have fir copy too. I called the bank and informed the incident and told them to close. They agreed for that but after few months i started getting holding charge amount bill. When i informed them that i lost it long back, they kept sending the bills despite regular information that i don't hold the card anymore.

In the year 2002 i got a SCB credit card and i was close on 2006 i was never taken any credit card loan but in cibil report showing Rs15lakh loan how can it was possible on that time my credit lmit is only just Rs11thousand how can i take such a big amount. You people reporting wrong and check once again or may be reflecting my name with somebody what ever i need my report correct. Due to my bad report i am not able to get housing loan. I need my correct report with in 3days otherwise i will give complaint against you.

There is sbi credit card reflecting under my name and i have never used that card, i have raised a dispute for the same, they have repliyed me that no change, i m facing problem in my home loan and my cibil is low, they have linked that sbi card to my cibil is due to incorrect dob when they have my pan number with them, they should have my correct dob with them my dispute number is-cds[protected]
I am not at all satisfied with the cibil resolution they should do the full enq... And then link anything to anyones a/c i am not able to contact sbi as that card is not on my name... I have made the outstanding payment for the credit card which was actully not on my name
At lest this month i wont get a hit on my cibil... If this issue is nit resolved i will definitely going to take this matter to court
I am not sure who's mistake it is cibil or sbi i need the resolution that's it

This is with regards to the cibil score is not correct that is being generated with control number [protected] due to incorrect loan data in your records. As per your data i have an outstanding loan to be paid which is affecting my score and future loan interest rates. Actually i have cleared all my loans in respective banks and have no over dues.
Please find my loan clearance certificate attached to email provided by manager of respective bank. I request you to update the relevant data in your records at your earliest convenience.

I applying for credit facilities with many banks from last two year but they denied such services due to cibil report. then i obtain my cibil report and checked it. It contains my PAN NO. which is correct but other information like (D.O.B., Phone no., and out of 36 accounts 35 are wrong accounts which are related with different loans and credit cards o[censored]nknown persons.) due to such misleading report I faced many losses in past which bore by me due to cibil negligence. I had only one car loan since 2013, which was paid accordingly without any delay. so, I had no default on my end ever but face critical finacial problems due to misused my account threw cibil by default people. please check same and correct my cibil account accordingly as soon as possible to stop my future losses.

But cibil report is showing willful defaulter. An other loan open date[protected] is showing rs 1433/- written off and in both the loan accounts the member name is showing not disclosed.
In this connection i would like to inform you that i am a employee of state bank of india (Now retired) as per service conditions out side borrowing is not allowed. Therefore you are requested to rectify this wrong projections / misleading information/ report be rectified and a confirmation to this effect be sent to me for my records.

a. I never had any loan in SBI with A/c No.[protected] for Rs. 15, 00, 000/- as shown in the report as well I do not have any collateral security to give for this loan. On enquiry with SBI Coimbatore it is learnt that the borrower name is also HARIHARAN but not me.

b. Similarly, another A/c No.[protected] of SBI for business loan-priority sector small business is also not pertaining to me and it is shown wrongly on my credit report.
Surprisingly, the credit report repeatedly showing this loans which are not availed by me at any point of time and wrongly projected against my references.

It is therefore requested that immediate intervention to rectify this wrong projections / misleading information/ report be rectified and a confirmation to this effect be sent to me for my records.

Dear sir,

I am a military veteran. My name is wing commander pradeep chawla. I hold only one credit card of citi bank (Earlier called citi bank indian air force card) since the last 25 years. I have never ever faulted on my payments. Being a military officer i believe that my reputation & credit score must be excellent at all times. You can check my record from this bank.

In cibilscore there is an unpaid amount of rs 3147 being shown against my name. This needs to be removed in totality as i have never ever kept any amount unpaid to any one in life.

While in mumbai, during 2008-09, i was provided another citi bank card, free of cost, in a promotion drive, by their sales & marketing staff. However, to my horror, at the end of the year, the bank had forwarded the card-charges for the same. I had felt deceived and had taken up with the citi bank customer care telephonically and they had waived off the same. Thereafter, i had discontinued this card and continued to use my earlier card issued by citi bank (Indian air force citi bank card).

I feel pained when i find, to my horror, that a non-payment of rs 3147 continues to reflect against my name even today. This hurts me a lot. As an indian air force veteran and a good citizen, i humbly request you to remove the reflection of this unfair and uncalled for small amount from my cibil score /record.

I testify, as a military veteran, that i am reflecting the 'truth' and i owe not even a rupee to anyone in this country or abroad.

Please respect my honest background and keep my image 'clean' in your records. It hurts and haunts me.

My cibil score is low due to the following account that appears on my name. This isnt mine and when i try raising a dispute, the website gives an error "account not found"

I don’t own this account and in fact have never had any overdraft account with citibank or any bank.

Need to make the correction asap.

My credit card application got declined by amex and the cibil report provided by them had a credit score of 6xx and these 2 issues:

1. Presence of a tradeline 91+ days delinquent 13 or more months ago.
2. Presence of severe delinquency in the past 6 months

I paid 1200 on the cibil site for my credit report. This fresh report (Generated 2 days after the amex report) had a score of 7xx and no such issues at all. I make my payments on time and there is delinquency that i can see

Why is cibil providing 2 different scores for the same period? One for customers and other for banks. This is fraud (Taking money and providing wrong scores) and scam. Is there any explanation for this?

This is to bring your kind notice that i have bought tataindigo car from concorde motor parpadganj on 15th feb 2017 which was financed by tata motor finance for 4 year and along with that i have been misguided by tata representative (Concorde motor) to take the insurance amount loan also and it will be added, in that particular loan amount itself and we dont have to pay any single penny in term of insurance amount against the car for next 4 years but now as 2 nd year insurance has been renewed this year, tata motors finance has renewed it with the amount of wooping 36000 approx rs as insurance amount, which i feel is unjustified as 1st year insurance premium was 27000 and from 2nd year idv value has been reduced and amount of insurance has been increased by 10000rs this year which i feel should be the total premium of insurance amount as per the value of car, i feel totally cheated by tata motor finance as without intimating there client about the renewal insurance amount they are renewing it on our behalf without our knowledge that too with higher insurance amount than the actual market price of insurance renewal amount, so i request you to kindly do the needfull in this matter otherwise i will be bound to follow with the legal course.
