I just confused after seeing such kind of fraudulent offences.

I had applied for housing loan facility from jammu and kashmir bank branch Govt Medical college Branch srinagar as a cobarrower for purchase of a flat at jammu. I have already availed a housing loan facility from SBI bank for my house. Before sanctioning the loan for flat executives of JK bank Checked my CIBIL score and status which is showing a suit against my housing loan account. So they rejected my loan application . the fact is that in addition to my monthly instalments i have paid/ credited more than nine lacs to my loan account. I want to file a case of defamation against CIBIL. As they have put my reputation at stake.

Can any one help me for raising the voice against this CIBIL score fellows as they were sharing the negative feedback and report & improper information at the time of LOAN or CREDIT CARD applied. number of times my application got rejected due to wrong info provided to required fellows due to this its impacting on our services as well as my status.

Disadvantage Of CIBIL

1. Always they were sharing necessarily wrong info to required fellows.

2. They always maintain wrong data in there database bcoz they want money from us to run these business.

3. Even though we have a clean record but they add wrong data necessarily & to remove that info we have to
pay them so this is what their earning of business.

4. shame on those bank fellows who are asking info from these CIBIL department who having a always
wrong info & depending on that info bank fellows are judging us even those we have a clean record.

5. CIBIL databases are maintaining improper data

My name is Nagaraju Kakani. Recently i check my CIBIL Score it was very less 741 i never made late payment in my life (holded 2 credit cards). I never had a Loan in any of the Bank then why credit score was less.

In my future if i need loan due to this Cibil score i may not get loan. I want to know why it has been low on what basis they are calculating it. Please make it correct and get right information from the Banks you are dealing with.

I have taken out my CIBIL Report on 05.09.2018 and found that a housing loan taken in the year 2005 with a sanctioned amount of Rs.11, 00, 000 from HDFC Ltd. ( Loan A/c No.[protected] which has been repaid in full with all dues in 2014 is shown as WRITTEN OFF(PRINCIPAL): 10, 61, 252.00. There was no settlement in any type of due from HDFC Ltd. HDFC Ltd. has given me the NOC disclosing that they have received the balance amount in full and there is no amount left to be paid to them on 10.11.2014 and if you need copy of NOC from HDFC i can provide you the same.
You are requested to kindly rectify the details in my CIBIL and show the loan as closed instead of WRITTEN OFF.
The same issue is there in my wife case also as she was the Joint owner in the property and joint applicant in this loan whose name is Manju Sharma (PAN: AMYPS5147C). Kindly rectify the same in her CIBIL also immediately.

Myself, G.P.LAKSHMI NARAYANA had approached YES BANK for Vehicle Loan last week and to my surprises YES BANK reported that I had been in position of additional PAN CARD No "AGWPN4679Q"; in cibil report of which I'm unaware and my original PAN No. AGWPN2467Q. I'm using the same Pan for all accounts & filing my ITR's.

I was asked to visit Income Tax Office @ Hyderabad, WARD 4(4) and the officer stationed had Searched/Looked for the Duplicate/Additional Card details and found that PAN Card isn't reflecting in their Data Base and the Msg give is "PAN DOES NOT EXIST".

Further to this I would request you to kindly explain me, how you got an additional PAN number reflecting on my name which PAN DOES NOT EXIST in online as well as in IT Department also. Due to this issue the loan was rejected and I'm physically suffering.

I'm herewith attaching Yes Bank Cibil Report & a formal letter written to Income Tax officer under Hyderabad Jurisdiction the same is being acknowledge.

Kindly understand my agony & revert back at the earliest.

Due to hypothecation issue i had not paid tw payments of each 1326/- amount to icici bank, because my two wheeler emi paymanets done to icici, but hypothecation is to sriram city union, i had asked the icici to change the hypothecation then only i would pay, but icici rejected my demand hence i stoped my last two payments, but finally i only came down and paid the due amount to icici and got noc certificate. Loan taken date 2007, issue resolved date 2017 (Only 2 emi payments) remained all claered with in the date to icici. From the date onwrads 2017 i am not getting any loans or any emi facilities to me, i am facing very much difficulties to pay interest outside from priavte financiers, im paying rs6/- interest for one lakh rupees, how can i and my family survive, while im applying for loan it is rejected due to cibil score, till now i am paing thousand of interest to private loan vccendors. How can i come out from this issue, due to cibil only i was drawn into troubles.

As i have settled the credit card account with j m financial arc card (S) no :[protected] but in my cibil report still shows an outstanding which is effecting my cibil score for no reason. As j m financial arc had given a letter for fully settled vide dated 19/12 2012 and the copy will be attached herewith. Kindly clear the matter as early as possible as it is effecting me for wrong reason. Hope you will do the needful and clear the same.

Cibil has classified me as a defaulter on the complaint sbi bank which was settled long back in 1997. Amount is just 12000. I have availed and closed lot of loans after that. I have not cheated any bank but only banks have dissapointed me by their inefficient service. I was informed that even if i settle this amount with sbi bank, there is no surety that cibil will remove my name from defaulters list. I am a victim o[censored]njustified business practices of this foreign bank for which cibil is a accomplice. What is the remedy iam having.

which i have cleared on 14/6/2016. bank has also confirmed & given statement
to this effect.but in mi cibil it is showing outstanding .

I had applied for the citi bank credit card. My application has been rejected vide on the grounds of negative credit history based on a credit information report from credit information bureau (India) limited ('cibil'). A copy of the credit information report with control number[protected] date[protected] was attached to letter. As per the report, my credit scoring was 680 and scoring factors included the following - 1. Over due amount too high

Ago 3. Presence of a tradeline with worst status in the past 6 months. However i got my cibil score report with control no. [protected]. On date[protected].in this report my score shows 752 and i can see only discrepancy on loan account number[protected]Sbi) i had paid total amount to sbi on correct date and closed account also, then also i can see in that report that i had settled amount and paid only 1, 81, 000 only. I thought that due to same name with any other it would happen like this but if i see citibank sent cibil report again same and additional comments as mentioned above all my payments are before due date in all bank or financial institutions. To my knowledge, i have not been a party to the above defaults and would like to get these defaults cleared at the earliest. I need complete details of the above defaults and the process to get these resolved so that my credit history is cleaned up for any future transactions.

I surprise to see my that, my cibil reports on 12th june 2018 a. C no b2co133034 is showing current balance 25, 322.00.
I am having noc (Full and final settlement letter) on 10th oct 2018 from barclays why it is still showing, is not accepted, i shall be going to consumer court without if the matter will not resolve within 10 days they will delete my name from cibil without any delay.

I am Lalita Rani and my Pan No. AIPPR2422Q. When I checked my CIBIL report, it stated wrong information about my PAN no. Before that i have applied for housing loan in 2015 from Vijaya Bank. The data provides that my PAN no. is AHPPR2422Q, which is not my PAN no. Kindly correct the information and revert back soon as need to apply for a loan urgently.

I am prashant mudliyar from pune. I have purchased unlimited subcription pack for six months of my cibil information from online cibil.com, but from 3rd july 2018 i cant refresh my cibil. Thats why i does not get my current cibil score. I was inform the cibil department about my problem through email i was 2 -3 times email them. I was also communicate with customer care of cibil department. But they are not helping me to resolve my problem.
Sir please take an action against cibil department and inform them to resolve my query before my subcription end.
