My name is sweety sumit ohal. This is my second time to raising a complaint on same concern.
I have taken consumer loan. I closed my loan 3 month's back and also i request my lender to forward my credit score to cibil union. Lender is done all there formalities from there side but still my credit score is not updated in my cibil reports from cibil information bureau india (Cibil)
So i request you to solve my problem as soon as possible.

    1. Loan a/c no.[protected] paid rs. 8, 06, 650 from 01.9.2017 to 30.11.2017, now there is no due in this account.
    2. Loan a/c no.[protected] paid rs. 42, 41, 116/- from 3 months, now there is no dues.
    3. Loan a/c no.[protected] paid rs. 39, 78, 252/- from 01.09.2017 to 30.11.2017, now there is no dues.
    3. Loan a/c no.[protected] paid rs. 7, 48, 267/- from 01.09.2017 to 24.11.2017, now the account is fully paid, there is no dues.

      I paid 1200 rupees as annual charges for cibil report. It is mentioned that i would be getting 4 free reports (One report in every quarter) in a year. However, till now i have received only one report since march. I paid on 1st of march 2017. I raised a complaint through their help line after a lot of difficulty. However, it has not been redressed yet. There is a lot of errors in my cibil report and i feel helpless as there is no one to short it out as the organisation itself is very lackadaisical. Now their help line is not working as the electronic voice tells that no input has been selected even after selecting "1" for english language.

      We have two loan A/c No. In these we have repaid all the amount and we have no dues. Still these dues amounts are showing in my cibil report. I’m attaching the NOC’s given by bank related to these A/cs . It is an humble request to rectify these A/cs ASAP.

        Dear sir/maam

        I debarchan padhi having pan card no bktpp9458d.
        Actually i applied for personal loan in a bank. But they rejected my loan because of my cibil score.

        As per my knowledge i just use my credit card of axis bank just once but i used to payment and clear the balance amount within the due time.
        But i really very sorry to say its very pathatic my score was not been updated.
        So kindly rectify my cibil score as early possible.
        Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        A loan was taken through SBI credit card and the loan was paid and cleared but still the credit rating not getting corrected.
        I have approached SBI credit card team and still matter is pending.
        You can also check my credit payment record.
        NOC request from SBI was requested before against all the clearance in the subject matter but no response.

          Hi,
          My self vani k working in indian overseas bank as manager and taken several loan and all the loan are regular no overdue. Presently am over outstanding loan of rs. 6039/- only but cibil report show o/s as 941853/- and staff cash credit is having rs.663382/- credit balance is shown as debit balance. And staff cash credit account closed in the 2014, is showing o/s of rs.272432/- hence i am getting very low score of 668.in spite regular repayment of loan why i am getting less score. Kindly rectify the report and give me reason for low score.

            I was having a loan account with punjab and sind bank since 2015, whose payment was regular still it was showing overdue in cibil report.

            Now my loan account has been closed in the month of jan 2017. Still cibil report is showing overdue by rs. 601.00 and current balance as zero (0).

            According to me my cibil score is not up to the mark. Please solve this issue at the earliest so that my cibil score gets improved.

              Dear sir,
              My name is birendra jha, working at sbi as chief manager. I have taken several loan from sbi and installment of each loan is deducted every month without fail from my salary. But in my cibil report status of my loan a/cs [protected], [protected] &[protected] are shown as 'suit filled' in spite of asset classification of these a/cs are shown as 'standard'. Cibil score is also 832 which is good enough. I don't know how & why these a/cs are wrongly put into 'suit filled' status and how to correct it.
              Please guide me as this is a highly embarrassing situation for me and my son is debarred to join sbi on this only ground when he called for joining.

The amount of one sanctioned loan is 3, 79, 00, 000/- and other details of loan also attached. These loans are not pertain to me. Whereas i have not given any guarantee till date.                     Dear sir,

                    I had applied for students loan for my son from sbi ashoknagar branch, ranchi. The cibil report indicated that some person with my name but different fathers name and dob on pan has defaulted on several loans resulting in my poor cibil score.

                    I raised a dispute with cibil on 29/08/17 (Photo attached) to rectify the mistake and stop the fraud but haven’t got any reply.

                    Please intervene.

                      Hcfc bank has provided me a credit card, subsequently without the knowledge of me it has purchased a insurance policy, so i got surprised and contacted hdfc ban. The representative instead of finding solution to my problem it has created problem for me by putting civil scores in my name which is serious in nature. I therefore kindly look into the matter on urgent basis and to take needful action to withdraw civil against my name.

                        I have called the supoort team a more than 10 times no clear response by them when you pay for their subscription they will not care they are money minded only for subscription, i think we can use their free yearly report rather than paying subscription

                          I've applied for loan with hdfc credila and i got a call from them today suggesting that i had taken a loan for amount 1 lakh in 2002 and i delayed the payments and the account got closed sometime in[protected] timeframe.

                          This is entirely false as loan application to hdfc credila is the first formal loan application i've made. Now, bank in question is asking me questions on the same.

                          As far as i'm concerned, i've not authorized anybody to share my account information to anyone. Neither have i taken a loan in past on which i may have defaulted.

                          Necessary actions need to be taken on cibil for providing false information thus resulting in defamation.

                          Further, there's an option in cibil to view your score online where you must select a checkbox 'accept terms and conditions'. If you click the link 'terms and conditions', the next page 'https://www.cibil.com/terms-and-conditions' that opens up says 'page not found' and 'we all get off course sometimes' (Refer screenshot). Essentially this means that they can dictate terms and conditions as they want if the user blindly selects the checkbox. They say they are authorized by rbi and such an organization can go 'off course'? They cannot manage their website properly and they are pretending to manage the credit scores of millions of indians?

                          Communication sent to CIBIL today:

                          I applied for loan with HDFC credila and they called me up to inform that CIBIL report suggests that I had earlier taken a loan in 2002 the payment of which was delayed and the account was closed in[protected]. This is false in entirety and I had not taken any such loan.

                          Please provide details of the said loan so I may take up with the concerned bank. Further, please provide the information on who has authorized CIBIL to collect this information on me. As far as I remember, I've not explicitly authorized CIBIL or any of the banks I deal with to share my financial information with any third party. I'll appreciate if the concerns are addressed sooner because if there's a delay in me getting a loan, I'll hold CIBIL responsible for same.

                          Just for your information, the consumer helpline number provided on your website is 'busy all the time' and I've tried to call on that number several times in last few days.

                                Hi, Myself Chintoju suresh I am writing to you with regards to Wrong Date of Birth in my CIBIL Records and recently I have checked my CIBIL report and found that 2 Mistakes .

                                1) date of birth is Incorrect .

                                    I have trying to repurchase the cibil report to check latest status and resolve outstanding disputes but everytime it lands me to an error message that page requested dies not exists or have been moved.
                                    I have tried changing passwords but still issue persists.

                                    Indusind bank have been sending incorrect information to credit agencies and i have not been able to get issues resolved.

                                      In my cibil report wrong account number is mentioned with a outstanding iob jewel loan account. Wrong account number in my cibil report is [protected] for rs. 2, 12, 000/- and [protected] for rs. 52, 000/- as outstanding balance, but i have settled both the loan account. The correct iob loan account number is [protected] forrs. 2, 12, 000/- and [protected] for rs. 52, 000/-. I have settled all the above mentioned account number. Request you to correct the same in my cibil report, due to this wrong information in my cibil report my loan and credit card application is getting rejected. Request you to change the report

                                      I am paying my loan amount on timely basis and also have completed two previous loans within the duration. However I had issue with Axis bank customer care related to credit card of axis bank.
                                      It was a mere amount of 5 thousand rs. My cibil score has been reduced because of the issue and I am facing issue for home loan.
